    BBQ Chicken Panini
    Julia P.

One of my go to spots for lunch while in at work in the Hauppauge office. My usual is the chicken panini which is very filling often times I finish the other half for dinner or lunch the next day. It comes with grapes and baby carrots. Although not pictured here, they have an amazing lentil soup! This soup has gotten me through many days when my stomach is a bit upset and I need something nutritious. The service is quick and it's a guilt free option.

The cashier was friendly and the place looked clean. I did not enjoy the food, it was a chicken cutlet sandwich on a roll, it comes with lettuce, pickles and tomatoes. I asked for no tomatoes, no pickles, added mozzarella and asked for a small amount of mayo. The sandwich had a lot of mayo and overall was bland, the price of $15.15 was steep for a chicken cutlet on a roll with no sides or drink. I'm new to the area but won't be going back.

Had takeout including salad, sándwiches, wraps, soups and pretzel. All was quite tasty!

    Broccoli Panini total mush

Food here is average at best. Prices are high. Close to the office so I popped in and tried the broccoli panini because it seems like it is a signature item. A panini should be crisp on the outside. What I received was total mush. Thank goodness I stayed to eat it there with access to tons of napkins because the panini oozed it's contents while still in its box and fell apart as I ate it. The bread was like a mushy soft pita. Just a few pieces of broccoli inside and the entire thing was drenched in some sort of cheese sauce - not fresh sliced mozzarella. I debated bringing it back to the counter to complain but didn't want to deal with the hassle. Very disappointing

Years ago, my company purchased a company in the area. I had lunch here a few times and thought it was good. Fast forward almost a decade and my company moved out office here. If I have time, I can shoot over to pick food up that will be waiting for you when they say it will or I can have it delivered in about an hour for a fee. I personally eat very unhealthy due to my toddler's french fry addiction, so I love getting lunch here when I am in the office. I can order one of their signature salads like the Cobb or a buffalo chicken and customize it to how I like it. I have eaten numerous salads and have yet to be disappointed. There extensive menu also makes it easier for my team to pick there for lunch, which is great. Salads, sandwiches, burgers, etc. I highly recommend this place. The food is great, prices are reasonable, deliver or pick up are on time and my limited interactions with the staff (I preorder for pick up or delivery online) has been great. I will definitely keep going.

I've been going to the sexy salad for a while. I haven't found anything that I do no like. The food is always fresh , you can create your own salad or choose one of theirs. I love the soups that come with a soft pretzel. And the owner and his wife are always nice.

FAST, super friendly, and chock full of everything the doctor ordered (and few things he/she won't mind if you have every now and then)!!! If you find yourself in this area, take a break from the cookie-cutter fast food chains and same old, same old lunch offerings and give SS, and their new cousin "Build a Burger" a try!! They've got TONS of premade salad and healthier lunch options available, but I decided to go for the "make your own" (actually made up for you @ the counter) choice. All the basics, plus plenty of "surprise" add-ons, including roasted brussel sprouts, marinated artichokes, and more!! I wanted one of EVERYTHING!! Wished it could have been served whole, but I can understand the logistics of having it chopped to fit in the container. Great salad, yummy dressing choices, and plenty of interesting looking, hard to pass up baked goods. If I lived/worked in the area, this would be my go-to lunch spot. Will HAVE to give the burgers a try next time I'm back in town... They look/sound awesome as well!!

this place is located in such an unassuming little strip of stores Ive seen things come and go here over the years I think sexy is here for the long haul and with good reason its not fancy but are you hungry for a big chopped salad? head on in they don't skimp on portions you pick from the bar of fixins and they chop it up for you just about everything from soup to nuts (they have good squash soup) around 10 bucks nice fresh filling friendly service there are tables and high tables nothing fancy but a place to sit menu also has smoothies and sandwiches which I have yet to try

Ok salad. Rude employees and even ruder owner. I wouldn't be back especially for the tiniest portions they add to a 14 dollar salad.

I used to be able to order through the website but that stopped working recently so I use the app instead which I don't mind since it's actually more convenient. Because this is near where I work, I prefer to put my order out quickly then get back to work before heading out during my lunch period so I don't waste any time in between. So far, this has always worked for me with MOGU. The food is always finished before the estimated time and it's always as good so I never have any complaints. It's why I tend to go to MOGU than any other store nearby as their estimated times have always been reliable so far. When it's relatively busy during the lunch hour, there are still plenty of seats available so whether you want to quickly grab-and-go or eat there, you can choose whichever suits you. The portion sizes are average. They're not so small that you want more but they're not so large that you're typically taking some food home. Since this place is going to be more expensive than a typical Chinese restaurant, I'd keep that into consideration. In my case, MOGU fills a convenience need more than anything. It's nothing substantial or extraordinary but it is very close to work, I get my food on time and I enjoy it which is why I tend to come here several times a month.

Thankfully they were, because that's when I found Zach and the Mung bean. The establishment doubles as a vitamin/supplement shop, in addition to serving up fresh juice and smoothies. The options are plentiful (juices, smoothies, wheatgrass shots) and REAL! Unlike some major chains who use fruit concentrate, etc. All the fruits and veggies used are kept in a large double door cooler towards the back of the store. If you're getting a juice, they'll juice it to order and right in front of you. I was given a few samples of other customer juice/smoothie orders, in a 1oz taster which is a nice touch but also a good strategy to keep you coming back to potentially order something new the next time around. Overall the customer service is great, the ingredients are quality, and the prices are fair!

He also pushed me to pay with credit card even though I wanted to pay cash. Getting to the food - I got bun bo hue, pho, and egg rolls - I am Vietnamese and I've gotten takeout from places countless times. You are ALWAYS supposed to separate the bean sprouts and mint and lime from the dish. Those are supposed to be optional for the customer. THIS PLACE COMBINED THE NOODLES WITH THE BEAN SPROUTS AND LIME!!! You are not supposed to do that! You are always supposed to package them separately. On top of that, the pho broth lacked a lot of depth of flavor. Also, pho is supposed to come with tripe, eye of round, beef ball, which this pho had none of. Bun bo hue is supposed to be spicy and have pig blood, which this one didn't. It was also not flavorful and was just lacking. The egg rolls also did not taste right and the fish sauce was off. I'm very disappointed with my experience here. This is not an authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Long Island.

My niece is home for Summer recess and she said for her birthday she'd like to go to her favorite spot, The Rolling Spring Roll. I've been to this location before and ordered the Banh Mi sandwich, it's always my go to at any Vietnamese restaurant. I had plans to order the same sandwich but my other niece said I should try her favorite, the Angus Beef Short Ribs platter. I'm into a new dish, sold! I ordered the Angus Beef Short Ribs platter with vermicelli noodles. For the table we ordered the famous Shrimp Spring Rolls as well as chicken wings. Both dishes came out fast, very fresh and enough to share. I guess there was a mix up in the kitchen, My rib platter came with rice and my sister in laws dish had the vermicelli noodles. Not a big deal, I didn't feel like swapping items. The Short Ribs had a terrific marinade and they were grilled to perfection. This was a nice treat to eat. I was noticing the other customers, they are all just in the zone getting their Rolling Spring Roll fix. This is more of a casual eatery, like a pizza place. Zip in and zap out, no tablecloths at this spot. Overall, everyone enjoyed their food. My niece was happy so that makes me happy. I would love to try their Vietnamese coffee!
