If you want a David Bowl ($15.15 plus tax) here are the ingredients: Spring Mix Kale Wild Rice Blackened Chicken Roasted Sweet Potatoes Spicy Broccoli Cucumbers Tomatoes Chickpeas Spicy Cashew Dressing (If on the side--you will need 2 cups) Free Bread on the side--it taste great! I felt so good after this meal--like I could accomplish anything! Basically you are in the $15 range for a chicken bowl and $17 range for a salmon bowl here. Free parking the back of the store. I don't usually take the time to leave reviews, but I'll make an exception for how mind-bendingly lazy and rude tonight's staff was and their blatant disregard for the job. This is the first time I wish I could actually leave negative stars. They were so bad, I left and drove to the third street promenade location rather than have my food made by someone who is clearly consumed by malice. If management reads this, and wants to retain any customers, I'd recommend raising your hiring standards. Healthy food options for a good price. Haven't dined in at this location, but we ordered food for a staff meeting and they didn't miss a beat. Placed an order a couple hours before our meeting and our order was ready on time - all modifications were considered when preparing our food and they included utensils! You have to appreciate that these days lol! My friend loves the miso glazed salmon, so i had to give that a try. It was good. Slightly overcooked but I still enjoyed my dish. I'm a regular at this Sweetgreen since I work up the street. I have tried quite a few of their salads over the years and have liked almost all of them. The recently added Italian Chopped salad has been one of my favorites since it's tasty but doesn't leave me feeling to stuffed and bloated afterwards. I am knocking off a star for 2 reasons. The first being that I've shown up quite a few times to the food not being ready for pickup, a couple times I even had to wait half an hour which is not ideal on a limited lunch break from work. The other reason is they didn't bring back my absolute favorite seasonal salad (chicken + Brussels) this past Thanksgiving season. Hopefully they bring it back next year! read more

I'm not sure if Yelp gets paid to delete unflattering posts but my honest review of the recent "Steak" promotion was as truthful and there was no false information. It appears that it was deleted. Why? I was very disappointed in my steak salad. It ended up costing more because I had them adding another tablespoon of chopped up pieces of steak. I've been to a few locations here on the westside and I have to say this one is one of the better ones. The bowls are made consistently where others I've been to skimp out on certain ingredients. The interior itself is always clean and the parking is easily accessible. Today I had the pleasure of my food being prepared by Tori and from the moment she greeted me I could tell she has a huge focus on customer service. Not because she "has to" but because she has a nack for people. I went to this location today to try the Matcha coconut drink and it was amazing. I'm a coconut girlie so i really enjoyed it but I can see how someone who doesn't like coconut may think its coconut overkill. It's a little more coconut than Matcha, imo. I don't usually leave reviews for fast-casual chains because I feel like they don't have much impact given the corporate structure behind them. However, I'm writing this in the hopes that a general manager will see it. This location consistently disappoints. I order pickup from here regularly, and every single time my order is wrong. The most common issue is forgetting to include the dressing. It's incredibly frustrating to order pick-up, drive all the way home, and then realize they forgot the most important part of the salad. As I mentioned, I order from this location multiple times a week, and on average it takes more than 30 minutes for my order to be ready. Whatever the app says as the estimated pick-up time, add at least 20 minutes. The wait is always longer than expected, and it's not because they're overwhelmed. It just seems like poor management or organization. And then, to top it off, the employees here are rude and unfriendly. I've worked in retail for over four years, so I understand how it feels to have an off day, but the behavior I've encountered here has been consistently unwelcoming. I'm usually too polite to say anything, but it's really surprising that the staff is so consistently rude. I've been to a few Sweetgreen locations throughout LA, and while normally it's a good experience, this location was subpar. Ordered in person yesterday on Sunday at 6pm. They were missing several items (both fresh ingredients and lids), and the woman working on our bowls made mistakes that I had to correct her on! I had to ask for a bag (normally it's just bagged at check out) and she pointed in the direction of small individual bags, when I had ordered 5 bowls. I then had to ask for the obvious, a large bag. I live about an hour and half away and it was extremely disappointing to not be able to order inside. To start off with, we love Sweet greens and have frequented this Montana Ave. location many times. Over the past few months this place has really gone downhill. To start with you can no longer order in store you have to order online. When I asked why, I was told because they were short handed. It has remained this way for weeks on end. However every time I have visited, there are several employees hanging out talking in the dining area. Today there were 5 possibly 6! They were doing nothing and the three staff that were working seemed very annoyed. Like I said we have been here many times and today took the cake. We ordered a custom salad and a hot honey chicken plate with extra quinoa and added an extra serving of chicken (for an additional $3.) When we got home, because you can no longer eat inside here, we got a half empty container(see picture) I don't want to go to this location for poor annoyed angry employees and small quantities of a meal which we had the "privilege" of paying extra for. Agree with many of the reviewers about the customer service at this location. Came in for lunch and ordered the seasonal Peach Burrata salad to go and asked for no basil. (Of course when I got it home it had basil in it!). Also asked if one of the dressings has cilantro in it -- guy had no clue and didn't bother to check with anyone. The salad was fine but these little things add up and management has to take responsibility as these mistakes are happening alot and can be avoided with just the minimum of training. Parking lot in the back has room for only 4-5 cars so better off trying to find meters in the neighborhood.
