APR2026 We've been through a few times for dine in and one take out. The kiosk gives you options for what to get and options to customize for different ingredients and tailor your meal. The first time I didn't take as much advantage of this and there's different veggies that you can get extra of. We've gotten the miso salmon, the hummus crunch, steak mezze, and the super green goddess. The flavors have worked well for each of the dishes. I'd say customizing to add more cucumbers and the different sides made it easy to try things out. When going through the menu on the kiosk, it would tell you when things are out though you kind of have to design your own adventure. The steak and was a bit dry, and miso salmon could've been warmer but it still hit the mark. I liked the texture differences for the hummus crunch from the garlic breadcrumbs. Conveniently, I could add those things onto other dishes if they're my preference since there's a number of toppings that cost nothing to add or accentuate. Pretty solid in my book just for that. Of course, adding proteins is generally an added charge so your real decision at first is just which one and what flavor profile you want to go with. I think as long as you pick your foundation right, this gives a good orchestrated way to tweak everything you like about what you get. read more

This is what happens when the DoorDash generation wants to go get their own food and still not have any kind of human contact or restaurant experience. Patrons enter the front door and move to one of the touch screens to scroll to their preferred items and modifications on each. The ingredients appear to be in clear tubes in a grand assembly line machine that literally drops it in the bowl as the conveyer belt moves it under the tube line. In my case the salad I selected came up with all included ingredients and a note that one item was unavailable. Maybe I was supposed to figure out how to make a substitution at that point, but typically I would ask my server about what would work in its place that they have on hand. In this case it just took my payment and delivered the salad without it. I then moved to the dining area, which is entirely, completely, totally two or three tables that will accommodate two people each. There are tables outside in the covered breezeway if your party includes three or more people I guess. There are people working in the facility, but they are very back of house, not gonna talk to you employees. When my food was ready a guy took it from the machine, placed it on the pickup counter, called out my name, then returned backstage. I've been going here giving this place my hard-earned money since they opened because my gf likes SG. I'm DONE! EVERY single time I order in store or online there is an issue with my food whether it's something missing or not made with what I ordered it with. I mean come on people. I have been saying for days that Santa Rosa needs a healthy, salad joint for the longest time, so happy to have a Sweet greens nearby as I've heard so much about it! Parking is super easy, they even have two 20 minute parking spots right in front. I ordered a salad online to be picked up *asap. I was quoted 10 minutes. Once I walked in, I was directed to their little pick up counter where my salad was all ready to grab with my name on it. So fast! Once I got home I dug in, I ordered their shroomami with dressing on the side. First off the portion size is big, definitely enough to split into two servings. I was starving so I devoured the whole thing. The flavor was good, the mushroom mix was warm delicious, the little tofus were decent, I enjoyed their miso ginger dressing as well. I think this is a great spot for a late night Healthy snack. I can't believe I'm saying that. Everyone knows that in Sonoma county It is Impossible to find some thing that is relatively on the healthier side after 9pm. Unless you're going to a late restaurant. (limited amount of places are open late IMO). We did take out, so I didn't really get to experience of service of dining in, however, take out was really fast. The actual place is very cute inside. There are multiple tables and it is green and feels very fresh. Now the food was good. I think they are generous with the meat on the bowl, I did think it had a lot of lettuce. I'll remember to ask for less next time. My only issue was the ranch, the avocado ranch was not my favorite. The spot is a bit pricey. We paid around $50 for two bowls and two drinks + a rice Krispy treat. But nowadays it is really hard to find anything under 20 bucks. The food did taste really fresh, and they do provide you a lot of food for what you are paying for. I will say I Recommend the rice Krispy. It was really good. I've never tried healthy, rice, Krispies, but this one was absolutely delicious. I am glad that they are open until late. I think it's a great option for people like me who are running around after work and sometimes forget to have dinner until really late. I will likely be back. It was a cool spot to try. This is a chain that I would say goes under the umbrella of healthy fast food. As long as you don't expect a nice sit down meal, you'll most likely leave happy. I like it for a quick easy lunch when I don't feel like cooking but also don't want greasy food. They do get busy so it's a lot easier to order ahead and customize than it is to wait in line because you'll be ordering on a screen anyway. read more

I've enjoyed Sweetgreen so far! I've been a few times and I haven't been disappointed so far. All the bowls and plates are really good and you get so much for the price point! One bowl is enough to share between 2 people. The Harvest Bowl is my favorite! Lots of fresh veggies and protein. All the dressings pair so nicely with the bowl. We also got the Crispy Rice Bowl and it was so good! Such a filling and delicious meal. I very much enjoyed the Apple Pomegranate drink as well. I love coming here for a quick lunch. Sweetgreen gets 2.5 stars at best after the first few visits. It's been convenient for takeout, the ordering online system is easy to use, and orders are expedited quickly. Portions are generous for the price point, and we've liked some of the sauces and dressings, but that's about it, and that would typically earn a 3-4 star review from me. What unfortunately really brings the experience down to a 2-2.5 has been the barely warm, yet somehow overcooked ingredients, rock hard focaccia, completely dry salmon, and forgotten accompaniments with sides. We hoped these were isolated instances, but something has been cold (yet somehow overcooked), missing, or otherwise "wrong" with the preparation on all three occasions. I don't think it's going to make it into our regular takeout rotation, which is a bummer considering what they did right would make it a great option, but not when the food itself is that unreliable. read more

I have been waiting for a shop like sweet greens to come to town! This town needs a healthy salad/bowl spot badly! The last 2 years I have been focused on healthy eating as much as possible, more home cooked meals and easy to prepare but healthy ingredients. Sweet Greens helps fill in the gaps on weekends or whenever I don't want to prepare meals and just want a healthy, satisfying meal that won't make you feel guilty afterwards. Ordering online was quick and easy! I ordered the miso glazed salmon bowl and the chicken avocado ranch bowl. Both had good flavors, high protein with a mix of carbs and veggies. Large portions and decent priced. I can't wait to come back to get their salads and drinks! This will be my "go to" going forward as I work towards my health goals. read more

Well.....I have ordered TWICE since my first amazing visit 5 days ago (6 meals in total) I thought when I went back a few days ago it was just what I ordered that made the meal bad. Mushy cauliflower, missing dressing, etc. We received a door dash order today with 3 salads. One in which I bought for my lunch tomorrow I haven't even looked at but the two today for me and a coworker were a HUGE disappointment. At first glance the sticker seal was ripped on one and inside was a bunch of wilted spring mix. No silverware or napkins which were requested. My coworker had to pull a bunch of lettuce out that was bad, the avocado was brown, and the dressing was very bitter. My salad had a bunch of wilted romaine but the kale was fine. Caesar dressing was fishy and overall the salad was a 2 at best. I threw most of it away. I was so excited to make this my daily lunch spot and now I'll likely never go back. So bummed!! The employees/managers are just plain rude. I've heard one of the managers yell at the employee from the back room or say something rude and unnecessary up at the counter. It's not the first time I've see it happen with those same employees. It's sad seeing someone basically get bullied over something they shouldn't. I go there often for lunch the two workers I've seen be rude to employees AND customers is Natalie and Estefania. The two managers that I've heard say/yell rude things to the employees are the two women managers. I've also witnessed them tell an employee that they don't get lunch until an hour before they leave. As someone who works in the food industry this is disgusting to see, and hope to see some change In possible employment. read more

I was so excited we we finally got a sweetgreen in Santa Rosa. I absolutely love the Berkley location and always stop when I drive through. That being said, tonight's order was less than stellar. I walked in and it just felt super sterile. In contrast, the Berkley location has a full counter where you can watch them make your bowl and the décor is like a modern garden. It just felt weird with no human interaction since you order from kiosks. The food came out fast which was great! But I was disappointed that my salmon was completely overcooked (the Berkley location cooks it perfectly, so I was surprised how dry it was) and I requested the focaccia bread with my bowl and instead received what seemed to be a highly processed slice of sandwich bread from Safeway. Hoping they're still working out the kinks but needless to say I'm not motivated to go back. read more

Made a vegan, gluten-free custom bowl that was excellent! First off, easy parking and restaurant was very clean, Staff friendly and helpful. You order and pay via a kiosk that was pretty easy to use (note dietary preferences option at top). (Guess that means no cash option which is a bummer.) Food is mostly prepared via assembly line, not sure if it's cooked onsite or not, I didn't notice. Bowl was ready quickly. Unfortunately, this location only has indoor seating for tables of two, so we ate outside in corridor which was chilly (will be ideal for warm days). I've eaten at Sweetgreen quite a few times, and one of the reasons I'm willing to pay nearly $20 for a salad is because the portions and quality are usually consistent. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite. While all of the ingredients technically made it into the bowl, the portions were laughably small. I received what felt like an infant-sized handful of coleslaw, three pieces of tomato, and two small pieces of broccoli. Several other toppings were similarly sparse to the point where they may as well not have been included at all. To make matters worse, some of the food appeared burnt and overcooked. The entire bowl felt rushed, poorly assembled, and nowhere near what I'd expect for the premium price Sweetgreen charges. I understand that portion sizes can vary slightly from employee to employee, but this wasn't a small difference--it felt like someone was actively trying to use as little food as possible. If this had been a $7 side salad, I might have overlooked it. For a $20 meal, it's unacceptable. I left feeling like I paid full price for half a bowl. I'll think twice before returning to this location. read more

Of the multiple dishes I was interested in, the main ingredients were not available/out of stock so I had to settle. The environment inside the store was kind of odd with the multiple doors and the music was extremely loud and overstimulating. There is no one at the cashiers so you have to use the iPad. This place used to be good when they first opened. They are open until 10pm but typically run out of items frequently after 8pm. Have come here the last few times and they've been out of several items like chicken, salmon and pickled onions. Their featured bowls and plates they have are often out of the normal items that come on the plates or bowls. Robots make your food too so what you order has inconsistent portions. read more

I really wish I could comment on the food, but we were not able to order anything! I've gone to other Sweetgreens and enjoyed them, so I was anxious to try this new location. Unfortunately, their customer service was really lacking. There are 4 tablets inside where you have to place your own order. One wasn't working. The customers ahead of us were having a very hard time using the 3 that were operable. There were about 8 people in line. The frustrating thing was that there were about 6 employees milling around, but no one would take an order at the counter. Very frustrating, so we left. They really need to make this easier for people walking in. read more

I bought several salads last week on different days. I bought a harvest salad one day and the next day I purchased another harvest salad. One was much lighter than the other so when I opened the container one had much less in it and no sweet potatoes. When I first got salad they were very full and I get it things are more expensive. I think it is important to have consistence in portions because the price doesn't fluctuate on size. I love your salads and I want you to be successful that is why I point out things that people might find annoying. I always go to places where the food is consistently good as well as service. Great food. So glad to see it in Santa Rosa! Super good, healthy, and filling meals that are consistently good. We have been to many. The team is new and trying hard to please, but they are still learning the system. The ordering took some tech savvy skills, which is all tablet. My wife and I ordered separately. She got some help from a staff member and ended up ordering two salads by accident. Manager tried, but could not figure out the refund process. Seating was largely outside in a breezeway, but it worked great. We will be back! read more

Great addition to Montgomery Village. The service is minimalist, futuristic and very efficient. I am hooked on the salmon miso protein bowl. The salmon has been perfectly cooked every time. The half avocado has been perfectly ripe every time. There are three choices of rice/grain to go with and you can choose the quantity. The spicy dressing is delicious and a perfect accompaniment.
