I offered to pay for his salad since it was my error, but they were gracious and let me take all 3 salads for the price of 2. I really appreciated how well the employee handled the situation - he could told me "too bad so sad" or grumbled when I asked to fix it, but he didn't. He solved the problem with a smile on his face. I appreciated that they offer a chai with oat milk, which was pretty good. The food just didn't get to what I wanted in terms of variety of options. A fast casual Indian place should have three different dals, various breads and street foods, and a whole lot more than two vegetables.

I really like Sweetgreen. Good food, reasonable prices, clean stores. But this outlet is sadly let down by the poor quality staff. I've been there four times since it opened a few weeks ago, and the last three visits were a disappointment. On these occasions the rather disinterested staff (well, disinterested in taking my order, but quite preoccupied with having conversations with their co-workers) failed to take my order correctly and also failed to properly mix the salads (e.g. who wants an avocado chopped in two and just dumped on top of their Cobb salad?). This is nice looking store in a beautiful new building next to a flagship YMCA - Sweetgreen should have their A-team working here. read more

I work at home in the neighborhood and eat lunch there every day. It is consistently that good of an experience. The salads are great, fresh, local produce and good diversity of ingredients and dressings. The staff are all wonderful. They seem genuinely happy at work and happy to see their customers.
