The portion size of the chicken souvlaki bowl is extremely small for the price. At $19, it is overpriced. Half the bowl is just pita and tzatziki, with only a few small pieces of chicken.

I was in the area looking for lunch, and my eyes panned the scene until they landed on Greco. One glance at the menu and I was sold--meaty pitas stuffed with fries?! Say less. The restaurant was clean, cozy, and service was quick and friendly. I ordered the lamb pepper pita (added cucumber) with a side of whipped feta--so good! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. I'm already looking forward to coming back and trying something new next time I'm in the area.

Made a pitstop here after getting a facial nearby, I needed a bite and somewhere to take a meeting. The place was clean, airy and mostly empty--perfect environment for taking a call. The menu ranges from plates to pitas to salads, many options to choose from. I went to my go to--a lamb plate! It was fresh, tasty and worth every bite. The warm pita bread was so so good. I would absolutely return!

First time to try Greco. Ordered the Classic Pork Tzatziki and after taxes it cost around $14. The Pork and the Tzatziki were OD! The only downside was that the fries lacked that ideal crisp/snappiness. Snappiness equals Happiness when it comes to fries. The crew were on point and the space was kept clean. Would need to try their other fares soon.

I really like their chicken pita wraps. This was my second time here and ordered a similar sandwich each time. The fries in the sandwich is very interesting, but it makes for a nice addition in a Greek wrap. The items for my wrap were already prepared, soy food was ready fairly quickly.

Yummmmmy. Quick and easy if in need for a not huge commitment in Georgetown. Only complaint is slight upcharge for the portion size + lack of side. Also the meat was a little cold and had no forks. But still would come back very flavorful

After spending most of the afternoon strolling through Georgetown, we decided to stop here for a bite before heading home. We're fans of hummus and pita chips so we ordered a side of the pita chips and the garlic skordalia dip (which we learned is much like hummus) we also had a side order of the spicy slaw. Both were really good. Service was great as well! The guy that served us was really cool and seemed to enjoy his job. The restaurant is clean and bright. This is a place I'd definitely return to when I'm in the area. If you like restaurants like CAVA or Mezeh, you will love Greco. I want to try one of the pita sandwiches next.

Unfortunately out of lamb so the platter we originally wanted wasn't available. Luckily we got an alternative platter and split between two, we got leftovers from it too! Delicious!!!

I was walking around georgetown and stopped by to this place for a bite. I ordered the chicken gyro here and it was really great. The staff was also very friendly. The gyro was the perfect size and I was able to finish it entirely. It was also very tasty. would order again 10/10

One of my go to quick meals! Solid Greek food with good sized portions Food 4/5 - I got the pork pita and fries, pita was great I'll have to come back and try the other meats, fries weren't good will not get again Service 5/5 - quick and easy ordering Vibes 5/5 - lots of seating with a nice indoor balcony style area

This was an okay stop in Georgetown! It wasn't super crowded on a Sunday afternoon so we were able to order and find a table easily. We got a Greek salad which was just cucumbers, onions, tomato, feta, and dressing. It was pretty refreshing and the onions were not too overpowering. We shared a lamb pita with tzatziki. The lamb was a little tough and not in the typical gyro slices you get, it was more like little chunks. I think it was more halal style with the fries inside. I also wanted the halloumi which was definitely overpriced at $6 for two slices of halloumi but it was good! Overall it was a fine lunch but probably not somewhere I would go out of my way to go again.

Putting Greco on my list for a good, quick bite. For a pork pita, interacting with the staff was swift and easy. There's not too much to building a pita - choice of meat, sauce, fresh vegetables, and fries - but it all wraps up into something simple yet delicious. I didn't know what to expect when I ordered pork, but I learned it was shredded, which works inside the pita. Since the restaurant is fairly new, the seating area was clean and bright. There's some tables in the front and plenty more on the side, away from the busy ordering counter, where lines can form. Looking forward to trying the different combination of meats and sauces I can get in a meal! They also look like they have some good options for vegetarians.

Impressed. Marketing themselves as true Greek food v. American Greek, Boston-born Greco is more Greece than America. The loukoumades (Greek doughnuts) on the menu prove it. Walk inside Greco'a first location in D.C. and find a large dining room with a glass side room. The menu is clear and you order like at Chipotle. There are pitas and platters. Pick one of five meats, a vegan option, and two vegetarian options and add toppings. The pitas come with seasoned fries inside and the platters come with sides like Greek slaw or bean salad. The pork pita with tzatziki and onions was a delight. It was flavorful and perfectly filling. Their pitas are warm and soft. The classic loukoumades were hot and just a tad sweet. They sell a variety of bottled drinks but go for the orange blossom lemonade or Greek mountain tea. Those come with free refills and taste refreshing. There are restrooms, the space is clean, and service is friendly and efficient.

The Tikka dish with fried egg was tasty, but wish paneer or larger protein option was built-in (not an upcharge)! The creamy red Tikka curry sauce, caramelized onions, crispy brussel sprouts, and fried ere tasty and paired well, the dish felt incomplete and something was missing, maybe some paneer or naan? I paid $5 for a side of zesty naan topped with different spices and really wish it came with the dish just came with it. While I was tempted to order the falafel, I couldn't justify shelling out another $5 for another upcharge and spend $10 on them for a total of $26 for just an entree - when these 2 upcharges should have been included in the entree by default. We ordered our food with the host/cashier and waited at our table for the food to be delivered. My companion's food was delivered and the server asked us if there was anything else. I said my food hadn't come and she asked me what I ordered. I told her it was the Greek goddess. I had to wait quite a long time for my meal to arrive and when it did, the server placed the plate on the table, grabbed the table number and walked away.No apology for the extended wait, no, "enjoy your meal." It was quite rude. The Greek goddess was pretty bland and my friend's soup was boring. The Falafel pita was ok. We have lots of options for lunch in Washington DC. From the moment we arrived, we felt like our celebration mattered to the people taking care of us. The food was incredible. We started with the Duck Hunt and Cesare salad, followed by the 40-Layer Lasagna, which absolutely deserves every bit of its reputation. Our cocktails, the Arancia Rossa Margarita and Negroni Fumo, were beautiful and delicious. We finished with the Gianduja S'Mores and Pesca Arrostita, and somehow each course just kept getting better. But as good as the food was, the people are what we'll remember most. Talya was incredible. She was attentive, warm, and genuinely kind, making us feel completely at ease from the moment we sat down until the very end of the night. She made wonderful recommendations, checked on us at all the right moments, and genuinely cared that we were enjoying our night. And then there was Robin, the Guest Relations Manager. She made us feel less like guests at a restaurant and more like people being welcomed into someone's home. She checked on us throughout the evening, celebrated with us, and made sure our night felt special from beginning to end. At the end of dinner, we were surprised with two complimentary chocolate cakes, one for our anniversary and one for my wife's birthday, along with cards celebrating each occasion. Those personal touches meant so much to us and were the perfect ending to an already beautiful night. When you're celebrating the person you love most, you hope the place you choose somehow rises to the occasion. L'Ardente did that and more. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was beautiful, but the hospitality is what will bring us back. Thank you, Talya, Robin, and the entire L'Ardente team. You helped make a day that already means the world to us feel even more special. We won't forget it.

Shortly after we got our drink, we received notification of an opening and were seated by 8:15. We had the burrata appetizer, Ragú x 2, and the seafood fra diavolo. The burrata was one of the best I've had since they serve it with pesto, pine nuts, and garlic bread. It was truly divine! The Ragú was not far behind. Incredible flavor and a generous portion. The seafood dish had a nice kick and had plenty of seafood, which is not common as of late. All dishes were also priced reasonably for the quality you received.
