After being unable to get any communication, my sorority sister had no choice but to file a dispute with her credit card company. The credit card company investigated the transaction and ultimately ruled in my sorority sister's favor, refunding the purchase. This wasn't just about cookies. It was about trusting someone with an important milestone that could never be recreated. She ordered months in advance, communicated expectations clearly, and paid a premium price expecting premium work.
