It is a donut shop/restaurant, so the atmosphere is pretty casual, but don't let that dissuade you! The donuts are excellent, but the Cambodian cuisine is STELLAR! I love Thai, Lao, Vietnamese, and I especially love them if they are spicy! I hadn't had Cambodian before, but it is my new favorite! I tried the lemongrass beef, and it was so spicy, fresh, HOT, and SPICY! So fresh and delicious! It was a little bit of a wait, but so worth it to have freshly made, perfectly prepared, piping hot food! One serving more than two of us could eat at once -so very good value! That deserves a star within its self. However, the donuts we got on a Sunday morning were NOT made fresh that morning. The feel like they were made yesterday or the day before. An yes they do! I enjoyed every bite. It was fresh and hot.
