Great service and good coffee! I got a salt bread as well and it was soft and had a crispy bottom. Would come again if I'm in the plaza.

Bought a cream cloud cake for a work event and it was super delicious! The cake is not too sweet and is very fluffy. Tous les Jours never disappoints! They also provide complimentary 15 minute parking in the plaza which was super convenient. The cashier was super sweet and she even offered a free pastry with my cake purchase. Would definitely come back!

Great Tous Les Jours location at Little Tokyo in Downtown Los Angeles. They have been my go to recently whenever I've needed a cake, as getting in and out is very easy, and they package them up well for transport. Everything is made fresh daily, from the cakes and pastries, to their grab and go sandwiches. Some favorites are Spinach Feta Danish, Yuzu Pie, and the Almond Croissant.

Decided to stop by here while I was walking back to my car from Arts District to Little Tokyo. The breads are made fresh daily and you can tell, they had a heavy smell of buttery goodness. Prices are a bit higher than those as a Chinese Bakery at around $4 per piece. Selection was okay, not like super big but pretty decent and the breads were delicious. Overall good spot to pickup your daily dose of breads and pastries. Parking - They have a lot. I could be wrong but on Sunday the lot seemed to be open without charging. Otherwise other days they charge per hour I believe.

These cakes are out of this world! They are so beautiful you don't want to cut into them. The details are just incredible and packed with so much flavor. They are packed in sturdy boxes too making it so easy to transport from place to place, especially during the holidays. We absolutely enjoyed their mocha flavor and chocolate flavor desserts.

Talk about Nostalgia!!!!!!!!!!!! The name seemed so familiar when my partner mentioned he wanted to go there this past weekend. I had an idea of where it was, but didn't think too much of it as I usually go next door to the Little Tokyo Market. I remember when we first started dating, he mentioned visiting this place with his bestie at the time. He had brought home a curry bun and shared half with me. When we walked in, familiar aromas permeated the air and as I grabbed one for myself, all these memories kicked in. Once we left, we walked around LT and as soon as I bit into the bun, it brought back a happy memory for me and then I remembered why he always hyped up this place. We purchased some bread and other goodies as well as a very mellow and tasty Lavender Latte. I must admit something... I will return! I want to try and buy the Mango cake! It looks sooooooooooo tasteworthy!

Franchise...? Quality/Quantity - My wife got an assortment of pastries, see pictures. She really likes her pastries. And we seem to always over buy. FYI - A cup of water is 50¢. Atmosphere - Small bakery, we came just before closing so there was a very limited selection. See pictures. But that did not stop my wife from over buying. No seating, to-go only. Well, they had bench seating, but it did not look comfortable to sit and eat a pastry. Open 7 days a week from 8am or 9am to 8pm. $6 validated parking for 3 hours, see pictures. Service - Good. Price - I have no idea. My wife ran in and out with a bag of pastries... Just checked the credit card statement; it cost $23. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2004 in the U.S. and now with 70 locations, and 1650+ locations world wide.

There are quite a few items to choose from. Some of the baked food were sold out already though (around 4pm). The food was very fresh. I got the Belgium waffle and pistachio macaron. I heated up the waffle at home so it was nice and soft. The macron was also very tasty. Good quick service and it's nice and quiet inside.

The strawberry matcha einspanner was also yummy and had a great presentation The space is pretty small but there are a few seats available. The line was around 20 minutes long on a Saturday afternoon. Like most spots in ktown, the parking lot is limited and you'll likely need to find street parking, but it is definitely worth the hype!

Upon entering the place is clean, sleek, and modern. We were greeted right away. I already knew I was leaving with 2 drinks for the drive back home. I ordered: 1. Cold brew vanilla: Delicious, I love that tou can see the vanilla cream on top. This was definitely what I needed to wake me up. 2. Matcha einspener: I tasted this and immediately loved it when leaving the store. I saved it for last. It was so light and refreshing. I could easily drink it all day if they had a bigger size lol. I was hoping to try the seasonal mango cream matcha, but sadly it was gone. 3. Pastries: I wanted to try the sampler but I don't thinking they had it yet. I tried one of the cinnamon pastries. It was soft and very cinnamony. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll be back soon.

Here's a helpful tip: The bank next door allows 10 minutes of parking if you use their ATM and keep your receipt. There is security in the lot, so be sure to have your receipt as proof of the time. It's more than enough time to run next door and grab your treats. I ordered a slice of the lemon loaf, a gluten-free cookie, and the classic chocolate chip cookie. The lemon loaf slice is huge, I'd say it's the equivalent of two slices, so it's definitely big enough to share. As for the cookies, Levain is known for making them thick and rich. A small piece goes a long way, making them perfect for savoring over a couple of days (if you have that much self-control!). The moment you walk inside, you're greeted by the incredible aroma of freshly baked pastries, and the service was warm and welcoming. I truly think everyone should experience a Levain cookie or pastry at least once. It's worth the visit!

But let me tell you... the oatmeal cookie is on another level. It's rich, buttery, and packed with so much aroma. The chocolate chip cookie was rich and crispy. Pro tip: microwave it for at least 30 seconds. It completely transforms the cookie--warm, melty, and almost like it just came fresh out of the oven. The oats were warm and satisfying. Definitely one of the best cookies I've had in LA. Worth the hype!

We've seen all the viral fruit pastries online, and were so excited to try them. When we got in, we were able to see all of the options on display and they had a big menu telling you exactly what was in each one. You order off of a kiosk, which makes it incredibly easy to order. Almost all of our pastries were ready before we had even left the kiosk, which was great! I went with the mango and the peach, both of which were fantastic! The shortbread cookie underneath both was delicious, the mango mousse and filling tasted so fresh and amazing. The peach had an Earl Grey cream and fresh peach chunks as well. Both were in the classic white chocolate shell. These are so cute, fun to eat, very refreshing, and not overly sweet. The shop itself is adorable, plenty of seating, great decor and the staff was super friendly and very nice! These fruit pastries have absolutely gone viral, and there's many shops that do them, but Tu Cha is hands-down, the best!

It's just tiktok hype, save the time and get dessert somewhere else…read more What I ate: - Lemon shaped was probably the best of the flavors I tried. I also like the mango shaped one. The peach shaped and was forgettable Pros: - The cakes are very very cute and amazing to look at - Shop inside had a few tables. It seemed like most were just couples or a few friends sharing - Kiosk ordering do no need for human interaction if you don't want it Cons: - I really hated that the flavors did not match up to the cake shapes. I think I liked the lemon shaped one the best because it has the most citrusy passionfruit flavor. But when I break into the mango shaped cake, I expect a strong mango flavor. If the flavors were not going to match, I would've much rather like it if the cakes were in different shapes like a cute cartoonish animal, or smiley face, or a daisy. Some shape that I wouldn't associate with flavor - I also wasn't a huge fan of the flavor combos. I feel like they were really trying to go out there but often times the fruit flavors used didn't really match up with the tea or nut flavors. The flavors were not balanced at all, often just very muddled with one flavor either being too strong or not strong enough, or interfering with a fruits flavor. Some of the cakes were floral tasting from tea or almost slightly savory. The cakes are not sweet at all. Maybe I was just unlucky and tried the worst flavors. Again the lemon shaped one was the best because passionfruit flavor was sharp enough to cut through the other flavors - Parking is street and can be hit or miss - Expensive - I ordered a drink and I don't see it on the menu, or I just can't remember it. That's how different it was. I do remember thinking it was so sweet Would I go again? Absolutely not
