I'm def biased but I love any stop at Swensons. For the price, you won't find a better burger joint anywhere. Enjoy the unique curb side experience that you can't find most places any more. Salad boy is my go to but they have something for everyone!

Update: Management reached out to me in an email to send me a PDF of my full receipt. They said the cashier used the wrong Point-Of-Sale system that must have been outdated. Very thankful for fixing this! Now I feel like I can return here during my trip and give it another try. Thank you Swensons for having good customer service!

Super friendly and efficient service! I had ordered a large lunch for the office and there were no mistakes. The new Mac and cheese burger was delicious! The milkshakes are also great. Will definitely eat here again.

Swensons Drive-In located in Dublin outside of Columbus Ohio that my family and I stopped by while in town from Lousiville. We was visiting the nearby leatherlips sculpture around lunch time When I seen there was a Swensons nearby. Despite being from Lousiville I've always heard from Fellow yelpers and Cleveland browns fans online that if your in northern Ohio that you have to try one of these locations. So I finally crossed a visit off my list. This location was pickup only. You pull into a spot and a worker comes Out gives you a menu, takes your order, delivery's your food and collects payment. The setup had the 50s carhop diner vibe being pickup only which I'm personally of a fan of. The Service workers here were outstanding. They were both hustling all over and getting things done. Our gentleman was very helpful For some first timers. I personally went with the burger that makes Thai establishment unique in getting the Galley Boy burger. Which is a cheeseburger with bbq sauce and tartar sauce on it. Sounds strange right? Well it looked and tasted delicious. A very good burger and maybe the best "fast food" burger I've had. I added on the limited addition mint chocolate chip Shake to my order cause I'm a sucker for anything mint chocolate and it was tasty shake. The rest of the family got a chili, some Chicken nuggets, fries and fried mushrooms. They also got shakes of root beer, peanut butter hot fudge, and chocolate. Everyone enjoyed there foods immensely. I tasted the fries and fried mushrooms and both were very good and had nice flavor. Overall a feat experience and now I'm Super jealous we do not have these in Lousiville. I'm not sure if we got lucky with the service or not but the workers were top notch. I've heard the food was great and it did not disappoint. I look Forward to my next opportunity to get a galley boy burger.

    Double Cheeseburg

Food didn't do what it needed to. I got a double cheese with a shake. The drink was milk no shake served with double hockey pucks. Cold patties, also covered in straight mustard no ketchup. Next time I visit this location if I ever do again I will make sure to check my order immediately.

While visiting the area we drove by Swensons and decided to try it out for lunch. Once you park, someone will come out to your vehicle to take your order and deliver your food. The menu is mostly burgers and sides with a few additional options (chicken strip or shrimp dinner, etc) plus milkshakes. I felt like I was at a fancier sonic and the food was definitely a step up in quality. Two of us tried the classic Galley Boy (double cheeseburger with two special sauces) and really enjoyed it. I think once sauce was bbq based and another was sort of like 1000 island. Also tried the onion rings and potato teezers (potato, cheese and jalapeno). The onion rings were good but had a lot of breading, the potato teezers were awesome. Highly recommend. My partner tried the chicken strip dinner with fries and applesauce and enjoyed it. The shakes were also solid too. Service was friendly and fast. Overall I'd recommend trying it out and I'll be back!

    Limited time: caramel apple milkshake

Stopped in to grab dinner and try the limited time caramel apple milkshake. The shake was great - tasted like those caramel covered apple suckers. I always like their potato teezers with the cheese and jalapeño inside and dipping them in ranch. Also ordered a double cheeseburg with ketchup. The reason for losing a star was slow service. It took about 5 minutes for them to come to my car. Then possibly another 15-20 for my meal to come out. I've never waited that long at a Swensons.

First time trying it while in Ohio and the customer service was AMAZING! On top of the food being AMAZING! I got the BLT (but one of the employee, Evan Lee's, style BLTs) and I'm still savoring just thinking about it. The fries were amazing too! And the birthday shake and the Ohio specialty drink was great! I recommend you try! Cute spot for a casual date too!

I've been to Swensons a few times since they've started popping up around Columbus. I recently took my nephew for a bite to eat after exploring some parks nearby. This location was right around the corner and we figured this was a safe option for dining out since welp, you're actually dining in your car. We pulled in around 1:30 on a Friday afternoon and while the place was obviously experiencing their lunch-time rush, we were easily able to snag a parking spot and get friendly, speedy service from start to finish. I was happy to see every one of their car dashers wearing masks and made sure to put mine one while giving my order. My nephew went with a plain cheese burger and fries while I opted for their fish sandwich and the potato teezers. Everything came out piping hot and in a very timely manner. We ate every bite while watching Ace Ventura Pet Detective. Good 'ol nephew and aunt bonding time. Thanks for a seamless and safe dining experience. We'll be back!

The Juicy Lucy is only like $9 whereas other burger restaurants may charge more, is theirs grass fed to be more expensive? So then I started looking at other options on the menu and you could see those $20 and up but those dishes are actually pretty big for the price and now it makes sense why they are priced that much. I ordered a lamb kebab for instance which is in the $20 range that dish is meant to feed 1 person maybe for 2 days, if not shared with 2 people. That being said, not "all" nice restaurants are pricey as everyone states. You just have to really pay attention to the price tag when going out to eat. The service has always been excellent here as well each time. Even when we came during the final fifa game where someone ordered $2,000 doordash meal and entire restaurant waited for that order to be done. The staff were very nice and polite during every encounter. Looking for your next special celebration? Look no further than Cap City, for the service and price it just makes sense.

Regardless, we were seated right away. We were given a spot at a high top inside but adjacent to the open windows for some fresh evening air and a nice cooling breeze. Unfortunately, service throughout the night was a little spotty. The first round of drinks took a while to come out, the app went missing, our server (who seemed slightly less than enthused all night) took the liberty of snagging an extra one for us, and then our entrees came out right at the same time. I started with the sunrise mojito. Being a bit of a rum snob, I am particularly picky when it comes to rum-based drinks and this one did not disappoint. Probably one of the best takes on a mojito I've had in quite a while. I eventually followed that up with the peach bourbon smash, which was also tasty but pretty heavy on the peach and less on the bourbon. To get started on food, we ordered the street corn nachos. Now, I do love street corn, but something about corn on top of nachos on paper doesn't exactly sound like my personal first choice. However, since my coworker was putting the food on his company card, he went that route. Man, what a mistake I made in my assumption. Absolutely amazing. Gooey cheese, excellent flavors, and not too much to fill you up. My coworker got the shrimp capellini, which looked excellent and he agreed it was solid. I opted for the crispy chicken sandwich (a gochujang aioli? Come on). The sandwich was delicious. The chicken was indeed crispy but also quite juicy. The fries were also delicious being slightly soft, slightly crisp, and not too salty. All in all, a couple service hiccups aside, this was a really fantastic place. I definitely will be sure to make my way back here if I find myself on another work trip for sure!

I've gone during brunch for my most recent visits and can't seem to stay away from the breakfast tacos. I think what makes the tacos stand out is the fried chicken. It's deliciously crisp while still maintaining an excellent moistness. Add that with gravy on top?? 10/10! I find that two tacos is plenty especially considering the side of potatoes. Highly recommend this dish! The true star of this restaurant is the biscuits, whether it's the cheddar & scallion or the cinnabiscuits. I truly don't think I've had a better biscuit in Columbus. They're THAT good. You can't dine here without ordering one of these options. I love the environment and how friendly all my waiters have been. During each visit, a manager has come up to our table and chatted with us about our experience. Very kind people! An incredible establishment all around.

The margarita was great, the mai tai was the original recipe (strong with lime, not fruity), and the espresso martini, which was good though maybe just a touch watery. Really delicious (I'm from Buffalo so I can attest to its quality, despite it not using bleu cheese, which I actually appreciated) and definitely something I would order again. I got the chicken caesar salad, which came with some tasty croutons and fairly large parmesan shavings, and was again impressed. One of my coworkers got a taco trio, which looked really tasty, and then my other coworker and I split the BBQ chicken flatbread, which was also fantastic. We were able to get some seats outside on their really nice outdoor patio, though the interior had a lot of nice looking seating accommodations of all sorts as well, none of which felt like it was cramped or busy by any means. Our server was also very nice and checked in on us regularly. All in all, a really solid experience. For their menu, The Rail had three options for each of the three courses. I had the "Best Dill Pickle Chips - Ever," Smash Burger & Fries, and Buckeye Pie. The Dill Pickle Chips were great; lightly breaded, not too heavy, and well cooked! They came with jalapeño ranch, which I didn't try. The fries were okay and the smash burger was great! It might have had too many onions on it, but they were good and the cheese was nice and melted, but not dripping all over the plate. So we found that North High was the next closest place that closed at 10:00pm. We were also desperate for a restroom. We walked in - the place was devoid of customers - and the bar tender was NOT happy to see us. She had a very long day - and was yearning to "Just. Go. Home." We've all been there. She agreed to let us have one drink in plastic cups - completely understandable. But she messed up by letting us stay - completely underestimating the level of style & charm (not to mention handsomeness) my colleague and I possess *wink* . "One drink" turned into a handful. A good time was had by all. We hated that we had an early morning the next day - and had to return to our hotel well before we would have liked. I will make North High a "mandatory stop" on future visits (alongside my other "mandatory stop" - The Rusty Bucket for their buffalo chicken sandwich - with an extra side of buffalo). Side note - she gave me a taste of their Bloody Mary mix. *VERY* good. I used some of my dashing character and disarming baby blues to swindle them out of a bottle for only $15. It was worth $50.
