Purchased a Lexus here and was excited at first, but the dealer didn't have the keys to test drive…read more This was the SUV I've been searching for these past few weeks and trusted there wouldn't be any lights coming on. After making the purchase, I noticed the TPMS light on, so I had to replace all the sensors as well as replace the spare tire that was blown. A/C refrigerant needed replacing as well. There was also a wood chip stuck on the blower fan after cleaning it out. Looks like a mouse lived here before, so I had to replace both the engine filter and cabin filter. This wood chip damaged the blower, so I have to replace this next. I should've gotten a bigger discount than the $500 I wanted. All of the work costs about $1k just to get this running well. I hope they do a better job with vehicle inspection and not always rely on a Toyota/Lexus dealership to help with this, which was shown on the carfax. Any Toyota/Lexus dealership should obviously look at the filters and TPMS and see the issues quickly. Perhaps this dealer should go back to Toyota/Lexus and complain to them for not doing a good inspection on the vehicles and charging another dealer for a bad job. Looking at filters is easy access and can see if there have been rodents living there. Also, if a spare tire is completely damaged, this should be a notified to this dealer/customer. The staff here were friendly and had a good amount of vehicles to choose from. There's a nice lobby with a TV and refreshments inside to make customers feel comfortable. I don't mind coming back here again, but will caution anyone to do their inspections on site regardless of what is shown on the carfax or any receipts shown. I'm all for a dealership trying to make a profit off any vehicle, but perhaps they should do more thorough inspections when accepting vehicles from people coming in for a trade. Most people don't maintain their vehicles well

I wouldn't be surprised if they somehow get my review removed on Google I impulse-bought a crew cab from Access Motorsports. The dealer on all my paperwork is actually Mudarri Motorsports, which has a D- on the BBB and filed for Chapter 11. My salesman swore ownership had changed and Mudarri was out of the picture, but Mudarri is named on every document I signed. Heads up before you trust the ratings: a chunk of their glowing Google reviews come from accounts that "buy a car" every 6 to 12 months across a rotation of similar small lots, and their Yelp split is almost all 1-star and 5-star with nothing in between. Click into the profiles and judge for yourself. At the lot the truck had a check engine light, and they cleared the codes on their own reader without letting me see them. I bought it anyway, assuming it was sound. That night I checked the stored codes myself: P0012 and P0022 (camshaft timing, both banks), cleared about once a week for the previous month. A Jiffy Lube tech found the wrong oil in it, 5w40 instead of spec, which he said is a common trick to mask engine knock. Two days in, my own shop's diagnosis: the engine is dying. Metal shavings throughout the oil pan, both cam phasers 88 degrees out of position, running in limp mode on a failed timing chain. They also found a JB Welded radiator, a dying starter, the wrong-size tires, and a fully seized front brake caliper (which explained the squeak and pull I'd felt on the test drive). The repair quote was $14,000 on a truck I paid $8,000 for and had owned for two days. The service plan was its own saga. They coached me to wait about 30 days, then file a claim so the failure wouldn't get flagged as pre-existing. Sit with that for a second: a dealership openly walking a customer through how to time a claim around the pre-existing-condition clause is essentially coaching you to defraud the very warranty they just sold you. And conveniently, that same 30-day mark is when you lose the right to a full cancellation. When I tried to cancel my roughly $2,000 plan, I got ignored emails, calls that dropped me from hold, and in-person runarounds. It only moved after I demanded a manager, and as of June 19th the credit still hasn't shown up. The only reason I can eat this is that I can pick up a second job and have scholarships and aid covering tuition. Most people couldn't, and a $14,000 surprise on an $8,000 truck would wreck them. Realistically, just don't buy a car from Mudarri or Access ever. And if you somehow do, not without an independent pre-purchase inspection first.

I can't in good conscience make this a 4 or 5 star review. My emails received no response and nothing was straight forward. I don't think it's malice but that they're very disorganized. I'd recommend an admin assistant because I'm sure it is hard to sell and show cars, on top of answering phones, scheduling repairs, etc.

First off I want to say I paid cash for my Volvo XC90 June 26, 2025 . And I was very clear that I…read morewanted a bumper to bumper warranty because repairs can be rather costly . In total it was a little over 24k. And if you're wondering why I inserted I paid cash out here's why.. I didn't want car payments and I had enough saved up for a bumper to bumper warranty. All the finance boxes checked. When I test drove the car it was great for the most part. The next day I wanted to add in the hands free cigarette lighter charger.. the cigarette lighter doesn't work. The cord to open the hood latch also broken. I was informed that the car had been wiped clean. I've heard of this before but they didn't mean the previous owners information stored in the car like Bluetooth .. ALLL THE NECESSARY SYSTEM UPDATES FOR THE ACTUAL INTERFACE! Upon going to the Volvo dealership to have my oil changed (I do this with every car I purchase) they informed me that my back breaks were in the red with less than 3% on them. I called and asked how come they didn't change the rear breaks? And the response was we don't do repairs at this location? Okay but that doesn't answer how come you would sell a car to someone where potentially the back breaks could stop freggin working! Not to mention who ever did do the "repairs" on the car double threaded and didn't use any anti-seize on the spark plugs. I called and asked if they would be able to remove that spark plug because I didn't want to mess up my engine trying to do it. And as you guessed it was a no . Fast forward to October my car is starting to misfire.. take it into Volvo and I need to get my whole fuel injectors replaced. Here's where the bumper to bumper warranty would come in.. come to find out ! GUESS WHO DOESNT HAVE BUMPER TO BUMPER LIKE SHE ASKED FOR?! If you guessed me then you're a winner. Power freggin terrain . Not what I asked for after repeatedly asking for and being promised I purchased. 2,700$ at Volvo to do. Rear breaks and rotors 1,900$ . After the repairs it was still misfiring . Come to find out it's because of the computer reset . Got it updated and it's fine now, after time wasted, money wasted and stress level through the roof. And then had the nerve to send me a text message asking about my next car purchase from there.. NEVER and if I had my way all of my friends and family will also not be purchasing from here. When I spoke to them about the warranty they said I could cancel it . Okay good I'll cancel then go through Volvo where they're in-fact honest . 12/27/25 I emailed the cancellation of warranty papers back to the car lot so they can submit them. (Also submitted the forms to the actual warranty place bec let's face it , I had no faith in them to do as promised) the sales rep told me it would take 6-8 weeks to be reimbursed. Today I called the warranty company to check my status.. not only did they not submit the paper work but the warranty they gave me is also no refundable and cannot be canceled. Do not buy a car from this place.

This was my first experience buying a car from a lot. It seemed like maybe there should have been another person there as Jimmy and Anthony were balancing a lot of different people and transactions. After deciding we wanted to vehicle, my husband and I went with the financing through Global Federal CU. The interest rate was good. There were a bunch of papers to sign. I wouldn't call Jimmy the most organized, however, everything was almost signed. He did have to send me an email asking me to sign a form that was missed. I think the whole experience was around 2-3 hours. Overall, the monthly payments for a 20K vehicle is what I expected and isn't breaking the bank. If we have to use the warranties, I'll update the review. Random FYIs: Our license plates were delayed due to some miscommunication. I can't recall exactly why. Our temporary plates were expired when we drove out to get the plates. That is also when we got the spare key which was at the other lot location. This doesn't impact the overall experience for me, stuff happens. But just FYI for those who are more particular.

Anthony Macht, Tim Johnson, Josh Waller, and their entire staff are basically "Genesis A+ super heroes" who exceeded our expectations introducing us to a brand-new customer experience that was anything but ordinary! My wife and I do not typically enjoy going into car dealerships because of prior experiences with "extra nonsense" but Genesis of Kirkland is just different. Never in our entire lives has a car dealership actually made purchasing a vehicle more than just a transaction. Genesis made it a brand-new customer relationship! It was fantastic from the moment we arrived they made it their mission to provide exceptional customer service with a smile! They treated us as "honored guest" with tremendous respect, courtesy, and kindness providing the added benefit of "peace of mind" taking great customer service and care to another level. They were extremely professional, very hard-working, and still managed to provide us with the absolute best, most memorable, and fun vehicle buying experience we will never forget! They communicated clearly, handled all of our concerns with a great attitude, and were very knowledgeable about the purchasing process and overall business goals. They understand your time is valuable and provided several options to help make the overall process more efficient and convenient. I cannot imagine working with any other dealerships because Genesis of Kirkland is simply the BEST! - Troy T.

He never called back. i called again, three times. No response. I have talked to Corporate more times than I have talked to Matt. He told Corporate that he never received the pictures. A lie! Corporate told me Matt was rude to them and did not want to talk about our situation. Our clear coat was damaged by Kirkland while the car was in for service. $$934.55. That is probably why Matt is avoiding us and our problem. I am getting ready to file a consumer protection complaint against Lee Johnson Genesis of Kirkland due to the custom at that dealership of charging customers for recommended service work prematurely, before it was due as "preventive" maintenance not covered by the warranty. Oh, the man hours this will cause them. They should have done the "recommended" service for free, as warranty work, instead of trying to bill us for unnecessary service. And they should not have damaged our clear coat with their half ass car wash job.
