Love this Romanian restaurant! I eat plant based, and Mediterranean is a good way for me to go. I have eaten dishes like falafel, hummus, stuffed grape leaves, tabouleh, and eggplant salad in the style of many cultures. I have had Israeli, Greek, Turkish, and Lebanese, and there are always variations. This is true again at Swift Grill. I really enjoyed the falafel wrap and I love their tabouleh. The people there are also so nice! By the way, I have been there with 4 others who are not plant based eaters, and everyone loved their dishes! Terrible. Gyros had weird taste. I think they mix lamb with ground beef to save money. Fries don't look like menu picture and come in a plastic bowl. Dinners like Souvaki are way over priced. Service was ultra slow and waiter brought wrong drinks. Had to wait forever for the bill. I don't think this place knows what they are? Hindu?, Mediterranean?, German? Greek? Which is it? First time here and was very surprised at this type food being around ft Pierce. I ordered the chicken shawarma plate and was surprised again at the size and quality of the food. From the outside I almost changed my mind but I am so glad I didn't. The inside is very classy and surprisingly clean. With that said, the service and food was top tier! I have a history with this restaurant. Ordered takeout and dined in. I would recommend dining in. The staff is super friendly and more importantly the food is hot, fresh and SO good! If you order takeout, it is condensed in a small platter and it just takes away from the overall experience of the food. Wanted to try this new place out. To start very clean establishment, very nice and helpful staff and plenty of seating. We ordered the chicken shawarma with fries inside of the wrap and spicy garlic on the side. We also ordered a chicken gyro. The chicken was well seasoned and very tasty. Both items were good. If I would have any issue it would be that I would have liked more protein in both the gyro and the shawarma even if it was a couple of bucks more. The spicy garlic sauce was delicious and had a nice kick but not overly spicy. My final verdict is it's enjoyable enough that we will be going again. Going to try the shawarma fries next. read more

Okay so when I first saw this spot I thought what is this little black box on the side of federal hwy ? Then I looked it up and got excited for some gyros and shawarma bowls . Now that I ordered from swift grill (second day in a row ) I'm pleased to say it's more than what it seem . The chicken gyro is so damn good it's not like other spots in fort pierce that just put bland big chunks of chicken , globs of taziki sauce on a stale pita and ask for 12 bucks . It's flavor city from the soft pita ,perfectly seasoned chicken cut to bite size pieces , crisp lettuce and onions , creamy feta & that damn mouthwatering taziki sauce that makes the gyro . Reasonable 16 dollars for the portion size on the gyro , fries and a drink this will definitely be the new lunch spot for me ! Drove by Swift Grill recently and decided to stop in an check it out. The location itself has a modern San Francisco vibe. The owner was really friendly and helpful explaining the menu. He even provided a bottle a bottle of water to a homeless gentleman passing by the store. The menu is a mix of Mediterranean, Japanese and some Mexican. We ordered a little bit of everything so we can fully experience the menu. Shawarma, gyro, kebab, dumplings, sushi and one of each dessert. The staff was fantastic, the food was delicious. I have been going to Swift Grill since they opened and the past 3 times I get the chicken kebab plate and the chicken is always rubbery and chewy. I have ask the waitress if the chicken is different and she says no, however, I was highly disappointed in my lunch. read more

I tried the shawarma, which was excellent. It was prepared very traditionally with a choice of pita or wrap. The lamb skewer was tasty but overcooked despite being ordered medium. The falafel was crispy on the outside but undercooked in the center. I also tried the starter sampler. The tabbouleh was excellent. I also liked the hummus, but it was missing garlic. The roasted eggplant/ babaganoush was disappointing as it was made with mayo and bell peppers instead of tahini and garlic. The pistachio baklava was excellent. We ordered 2 Philly gyro wraps, they were very greasy and had kind of off flavor to them. Fries were nicely cooked but tasted like they were fried in old oil. Times are tough felt like a waste of 44$. read more

My husband and I decided to try Swift Grill for lunch as this venue was a spot we always drove pass and wanted to try out. I ordered the classic gyro and my husband ordered the Shawarma. Our orders came out hot and fresh, however after three bits in of my husbands order, he noticed strings of hair in his Shawarma. He then called the waitress over to explain; the sous chef/chef came over to inspect the food and he had the nerve to ask "what color is the string of hair, because my hair is black". I was so turned off and was then scared to finish off my gyro (thinking their was string in my food as well). My husband's order was immediately redone in a timely fashion. However, we could of been compensated better by getting the shawarma taken off our bill or a complimentary dessert. I probably will not visit this establishment again due to the dining experience there. read more

A couple of friends recommended this place. The owners have done everything right.it's remodeled in crisp clean decor and nice background music. The kabob was super fresh and perfectly seasoned. Great selection of sushi too...and lots of craft beers wine and other beverages to from.
