We called Karters and they said they would deliver the scooters wherever we wanted and at whatever time! Everything was confirmed via email and they more than delivered on their promise! We changed our time (perhaps twice) and Karters was flexible and fully accomodating. Tony met us on time at our selected museum and gave a quick tutorial (the seniors had never used a scooter) on the spot. The scooters were fresh, clean and ready to roll. By the end of the day, the seniors so much enjoyed the freedom and comfort provided by the scooters that they decided they wanted them a 2nd day! We called and scheduled and did everything again day two - even riding the mall that day! (Of course we changed the pick up time 2 or 3 times.) Karters NEVER said "no" to any of our requests and served us like they were taking care of family members. The man on the phone suddenly became suspicious and started speaking to him like he was a police officer or a narc, which was completely uncalled for and honestly quite off-putting. What makes it worse is that the exact products he asked about are clearly listed on their website for anyone to see. So, the attitude of the man speaking with my husband - and his defensiveness - made (and still makes) absolutely no sense. If you're going to advertise late hours, you should be prepared to speak to customers professionally during those hours.
