When stopping at Dru Bru, if you're looking for a bite, Swiftfired Pizza Co is your best bet! This small pizza truck is located in the parking lot outside of the brewery and is the perfect pair to a cold beer. As other reviews have mentioned, they do get busy and it's a little bit of a wait, so don't go in thinking you'll be out in five minutes - you won't be. You're given a buzzer while your food is being prepped which gives you ample time to snag a drink and find a seat. The Swiftfired Pizza menu is extensive which makes it hard to choose - they have so many that sound good! I had to go with the PCT because as a pregnant person, I just couldn't pass up something with pickles on it. Admittedly that was the only word I saw, because I was shocked when I got it and it was covered in shredded broccoli (which is listed right there on the menu). The PCT is definitely a little different than what I was expecting, but still good. If possible, I think I'd ask for a different cheese other than provolone because that didn't mesh well in my opinion. On the simpler side, their cheese bread is delicious and their pre-packaged garden salad did a good job of giving me the veggie fix I needed. We pass through Cle Elum on the way to Leavenworth a couple of times a year at least, so I'm sure we will stop by again soon! read more

The grub supply for Dru Bru. It was not swift; waited 25 minutes. Not sure what the hold up was with a couple staff inside the truck and no one at the brewery. By far the best "ready to go pizza" in the 509. Service was friendly, quick (order was ready before our given eta) AND they sent us a text to let us know when it was done! I love that they're outside of the brewery, made it extremely convenient to grab out to gos. Chill vibes with the safe and nice open seating both outside and indoors. Will stop by on a later date when i can really peep the atmosphere and see what flavors their brew master is working with. Worthy of the 5 star rating across the board. Convenient location and ample parking also a big plus. Extra bonus for being open on a Sunday. The name is fitting, their pizza is fire! Definitely a go to suggestion for local community/fam. We stopped here on a road trip after hearing great reviews. I ordered the gluten free margarita pizza and asked for added chicken. I asked for the balsamic on top and on the side. My family also ordered pizza with regular crust. After waiting 45 minutes for our food, during which time we only saw 2 pizzas come out, our food was ready. The guy at the counter asked my husband if I still wanted my balsamic to which he said yes. When he brought the pizza to me there was barely any toppings and the chicken was cold! Like out of the fridge cold. Not to mention there was no balsamic on top. I ate one bite and went over and asked politely for them to warm it up, the guy said no he couldn't, and that it came out at the same time as the other pizza and that is just how it is served. I pushed back and asked him to touch the chicken to feel that it wasn't warm and he declined and said that it was in the oven and he saw them pull it out, so it was cooked and there was nothing he could do about it. I said the mozzarella was barely melted and he said "that's how we make it!" I paid $5 extra for a gluten free crust that was barely warm and $19 total for a pizza that I threw in the garbage. I can't believe the horrid customer service. I was willing to eat it if they would just heat it up for me, but I'm not eating cold chicken on lukewarm crust. I would not go to this place for the pizza again! The brewery is a cute location though, I had a cider that was good and my husband liked his beer. read more

This pizza truck is located at Dru Bru Brewing in Cle Elum and they are awesome. The meat is from Glondo's, which is a local butcher with awesome meat. They offer kids pizzas as we'll as free Otter Pops for kids. What I really like is the gluten free pizza. Don't get me wrong, I love gluten but my wife can't eat it so finding a gluten free pizza place is a win for both of us. This is the first gluten free pizza I really, really like. It's doughy and tasty which is really hard to find. The service is also very friendly and the beer at Dru Bru pairs well with the pizza. read more

Ordered 2 $10 McKinley Pizzas, one with pineapple ($1) and one with sausage and pepperoni ($4 for both add-ons). Together, the total should have been $25, $27.25 with tax. But they charged $32 and some change. Their reasoning for gauging was that inflation made it difficult to purchase ample ingredients. Inflation and supply chain issues are two separate things. We suggested they update their menu pricing but when we came back to pick up the pizza, were told that we were probably just looking at the kids menu pricing. Which, obviously, we weren't.
