They're fun to tear apart - you get to play with your food! You get plenty to share for two people! For our main, we ordered Beau's Supreme Pizza. It had lots of veggies, some cooked, some raw. The mixture of textures was great & all of the veggies were fresh with lots of flavor - especially the kalamata olives! It comes with plenty of sausage & pepperoni as well! The crust is thin but fluffy with a great chew & a surprising amount of flavor just on its own. I would be happy to eat the crust as breadsticks for an appetizer even! Service was quick & friendly - nothing to complain about there. We wanted take out pizza. We were visiting from out of town and there were 4-5 pizza options in the CleElum/Roslyn area. We tossed a dart and landed on Beau's. The good is that the pies were ready on time and had great toppings. The not so good is the crust. It seemed kinda pre-fab, perfectly round, from frozen. Hand decorated with great ingredients, but not a hand-tossed fresh crust. Next time in the area we will try another pizza joint. read more

Based on the ambiance and prices, we probably could have dressed up a little bit to dine in, but since we were camping, our attire was limited. I forgot all about how underdressed I was when I tried the bread!!! Their bread is the softest, most delicious bread I have ever eaten. We stopped in while staying at a local RV park for the night. This place was busy!! And the noise level was extremely high. We were greeted by an older blonde woman and we opted to sit at the small bar since there were no tables open. We got our food fairly quickly but never saw her again. We had to flag down another server for our bill. There were about 6 servers on staff and they were all very attentive to their own guests. We both had the clam chowder and we've never seen one that was so loaded with clams. Delicious. I had a wedge salad for my entree and my husband had the spaghetti. Both were amazing as well. If I can give this zero stars I would. Me and my boyfriend get there excited to have a calm relaxing sit down but once we entered the restaurant we got judged. My boyfriend is of color and they were racist and rushed us to get out there. Wendy the old lady that works there she was really rude, when she went to seat us she slammed the menus down but the only good part of this place is our server Livy she was sweet and respectful and the food was good. Never walked into a place and felt so looked down on. On a little weekend retreat and wanted some good food, looked promising. Older Blonde lady was BEYOND visibly annoyed to even greet us, barely acknowledged us and walked away. The dirty look was wow..Looked us up and down like we were trash. Unfortunately, the old blonde lady with horrible lashes and a bad attitude ruined that the moment we walked in. Beau, his mom and wife are almost worth the trip alone, how charming they are. But the peanut butter pie is out of this world as well. Additionally: atmosphere is super welcoming. What could you improve?! - food and service! We took our boys out for a nice dinner. Received the steamed clam appetizer and then silence. Especially for 6 clans at 2 $20 ....... 30mins later still no salad or soup let alone main course. We are talking g about a $300 plus dinner and nice tip. I have visited Beau's many times, one of my favorite places to go when I am at my cabin. So far, I have loved all of their meals, from pasta to salads. This visit, my mom and I had two of their pizzas. And as always, the pizza was excellent, very delicious. I also indulge in a huckleberry lemon drop, loved it. I must share that I love the atmosphere. It can be a causal dine or date night. This restaurant is rustic ally elegant. I know, sounds like it should cross each other out, but I think it describes it perfectly. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. read more

We came across this gem On a random Sunday evening on our way back from Seattle. Our middle little gentleman who just turned six that day, and decided he wanted pizza for dinner. The rule in our house is that on your birthday you get to pick every meal so we found a spot to grab some pizza! We were all very pleased with the choice! This spot is loca Is located on the main drag in an old brick building. They have tons of different options including standard fare as well as slightly eclectic pizzas. We had the Pollo Blanco which, as it sounds, was a white sauce pizza with chicken. It was absolutely delicious!Our little dude who's birthday it was wanted an extra cheese pizza, and it too was on point. The medium pizza was 12 inches and two of them served our family of five with enough left over for a snack the next day. Given the current pandemic, at the time of this writing, we got ours to go. We called in about a half hour before hand, and it was ready for us. They met us outside, took the cards, and away we went! We were very pleasantly surprised with how delicious this place was and are looking forward to checking it out again in the near future! read more

Full range of Italian menu. Tried their Wild Mushroom Marsala, mushrooms in a creamy Marsala wine sauce and fettuccine noodles. Food quality, presentation was excellent! As was the service, despite the growing number of customers the restaurant was quite and comfortably.The manager stopped by to check how are meal prepared, we then talked with her for a few minutes about various subjects, very interesting conversation.Turns out she grew up not far from where we live. In closing with a number of different items have on the menu I would suspect there's something for everybody. We will definitely make a return visit the next time through Cle Elum. read more

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant during our honeymoon. Initially, the older woman in charge refused to seat us without a reservation, despite the fact that there were only two of us. After being placed at the bar, we noticed her allowing other parties without reservations to be seated. This felt both unfair and unwelcoming. It was disheartening to see such double standards, and the way she interacted with us left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Unfortunately, her behavior suggested a level of snobbery that is unbecoming for any establishment. Additionally, we felt that her attitude carried undertones of racism, which was shocking and unacceptable. We had hoped for a lovely dining experience, but this treatment ruined what should have been a special evening. Sad that the older women who seemed to be the owner has such sad views on people. read more

Racism can be manifested in many different ways in this century and I felt it firsthand at this Location. I'm coming back to try the Seared Ahi, or the Garlic Knots, or even the Steamed Clams... Once we scarfed the fresh basil and mozzarella down, we ordered the Combo pizza, and it is was delightful. Anymore, it's hard to find a place that can make a good pizza let alone a great one. We split a large Italian pie amongst the four of us, and each were able to have 3 slices each.... just perfect! I can't wait to try the Beau's Special and the Rat Pack. As if the food and atmosphere wasn't enough... our host and waitress was AMAZING! She kept us topped off, made us laugh, was very hospitable, and had a gorgeous smile! She even was kind enough to meet us halfway across the street to return a pair of gloves that was left behind. Best lasagna I have ever had! Ate "Papas lasagna " and it is just amazing, meaty and cheesy. Also their garlic knots (rolls) are amazing! Make sure you have a reservation though, otherwise you may not be able to get in. Service was also outstanding, thank you Alysa! Also it was a bit expensive for the amount of food served. A mix mushroom pasta with no meat costs $23 (portion is probably 1/3 of Jambalaya Pasta at Cheesecake Factory). TLDR: Food is great but service was horrible (including getting a reservation a week in advance inspite of having an almost empty restaurant while we walked in) Recently we stayed at Cle Elum and Beau's was highly rated on yelp. We wanted to make a reservation since we were a party of 8. We called 10 days in advance and the person on the call refused to give us a reservation for 8 members. She said they can accomodate max 4 and no more. Fair enough we assumed they might be sold out well in advance and hence cannot accomodate us. We requested her and mentioned we are okay with splitting the group as well but she just refused to reserve a table of 8 stating they want to keep a few tables open for walkins - this is fair as well. Finally i reserved a table for 4. We called on the day of (Saturday) for dinner around 7:30pm and asked if all 8 of us could stop by and dine in if there was availability. The person on the call said they were extremely busy and had no tables available and were completely booked for the night. Since we had a reservation for 4, we headed there while the rest waited outside. To our surprise when we walked in more than half the restaurant was vacant with nobody seated. We were shocked and asked the host if they can now accomodate our group of 8 on 2 separate tables since the restaurant does not seem busy at all. The host refused to seat the additional 4 folks stating she wants to keep those tables for walk-ins. Well werent the 4 additional folks technically walk-ins? Finally another lady hesitantly gave us a table for 4! Once we were seated, again the host comes back to tell us how we cannot occupy those tables since they want those to be free. Free for whom? Who are u seating there if not ur customers? All this drama inspite of having more than half the tables vacant. Seriously? For the hour that we spent at this restaurant the tables continued to be vacant so there were no reservations for a later time. Also i believe this restaurant does not take reservations post 8pm (as was told to me). Finally the host let us sit there after a lot of back and forth. Now coming to the food - here is what we ordered and loved everything. Food was delicious. Loads of options for our vegetarian friends as well. Appetizers: Caprese ( excellent) and garlic knots ( great) along with clam chowder (great) Pasta: Cajun Shrimp (the best i have ever had the spices and creaminess of the sauce just elevated the flavors), wild mushroom marsala (delicious) Pizza: we ordered a veggie pizza with mushrooms spinach and spicy sauce and it was divine Cocktails: loved the peachy cocktail and their collection of wines After stuffing ourselves with so much food we had no place for desserts (unfortunately). Ambience is also very nice. Loadsnof seating indoor and i believe they close their outdoor seating during winter. Service was slow but food was great. All in all we did not enjoy the way we were treated at this restaurant so we will not come back here again no matter how good the food is. read more
