Their chips are very crispy and fresh, and I really enjoyed the flavor of their salsa. The guac is chunky and delicious, tastes very fresh. My dinner buddy really enjoyed his tofu burrito, which he described as "so big, it's almost too big" and "the size of a baby". Can confirm it was the biggest burrito I have seen in a while. The al pastor was decent, although it did not have pineapple as Al pastor usually does, and strangely came with radishes and spring greens? A bit odd. The rice and beans were alright, not the best. As other reviews have mentioned, they do get busy and it's a little bit of a wait, so don't go in thinking you'll be out in five minutes - you won't be. You're given a buzzer while your food is being prepped which gives you ample time to snag a drink and find a seat. The Swiftfired Pizza menu is extensive which makes it hard to choose - they have so many that sound good! I had to go with the PCT because as a pregnant person, I just couldn't pass up something with pickles on it. Admittedly that was the only word I saw, because I was shocked when I got it and it was covered in shredded broccoli (which is listed right there on the menu). The PCT is definitely a little different than what I was expecting, but still good. If possible, I think I'd ask for a different cheese other than provolone because that didn't mesh well in my opinion. On the simpler side, their cheese bread is delicious and their pre-packaged garden salad did a good job of giving me the veggie fix I needed. We pass through Cle Elum on the way to Leavenworth a couple of times a year at least, so I'm sure we will stop by again soon!
