I personally did not care for the drink that I got at Swig, and decided to not try any other drinks while I was in town. My daughter on the other hand loved the drinks and could not get enough. We came here every day we were in town. She liked the Daisy Duke. It's their blended energy drink with some other flavors in it. I walked in and ordered a 16oz watermelon sugar drink, but didn't get my drink until after a group behind me ordered their drinks and received them first and they left. Another worker finally asked what I was waiting for after the group had left. I told her what I ordered and she seemed confused for a second, looked at the computer and noticed that my order somehow got pushed back. I didn't get her name, but she was friendly, apologized, and got my drink immediately after that. Thank you! The drink itself tasted fine but I honestly could have gone anywhere else for a bottle of coke and gotten it within 30 seconds. Our first time trying popping boba and we didn't care for it. It reminded us of big fish roe mixed in with a sweet drink. There was a sign on the front door stating due to staff shortages, the lobby would be closed until further notice. It was pretty annoying placing an order online and then waiting in the long line to pick it up at the drive thru. The NY Times reports some of the drinks here can add up to 1,000 calories. Whoa! This was my first time at this Swig location, and I didn't think it was that great in comparison to the American Fork one. I got the dirtball cookie which didn't taste super fresh and the icing was a bit too sweet and thick. However, it could've just been that this specific flavor wasn't my favorite. read more

When they handed it to us the Watermelon Sugar started overflowing all over me, my console, the drink holder, my passenger...I handed it back so they could dump some out. They were nice enough to let me use some rags to clean up myself and car. Nine buck and now I have to detail my car. The least they could do was offer me a gift card. I don't think the 16 year olds running the place have much customer service experience. Last $4.50 soda for me...I'll just refill my Stanley at Holiday Oil for $1.00 and forego the mess. read more

I've been to a few of the "dirty soda" shops in the area and this chain is probably the most well-known. Also, my least favorite to date! The service was lackadaisical at best--the high school girls working gave the bare minimum of effort and I'm 75% sure they put the wrong soda in my drink. We ordered three of the famous sugar cookies--and we left with three tummy aches. They sure taste good but it's the kind of cookie that instantly sinks to the pit of your stomach and just sits there. And gives you heartburn for another couple hours. My son's chocolate frosted sugar cookie wasn't even fully thawed when they handed it over. Poor form, Swig girls. Overall it's a soda shop. Any of the chains will offer you what you want--soda pop with extra flavors mixed in. But if you want enthusiastic service, pick a chain that isn't already assuming you'll show up no matter what they do. For myself, that means I'll be sticking with someplace other than Swig. read more

This place never fails to disappoint. I love that their cookies are served cold. The drivethru is pretty quick, and the employees are friendly and nice. One thing I did notice this last time going was that I could smell this strong, vinegar like smell coming from out of the store while I was sitting by the drivethru window waiting for my cookies...kind of odd and unpleasant but my cookies tasted amazing so I guess I can't complain to much! read more

This location is the SLOWEST for no reason! Doesn't matter the day or time. The drinks are good but the amount of time it takes to move an inch in the line is unreal. You could drive 15 minutes to the next location and wait in line there and get your drink faster than you would if you stayed in this line. read more

I've been to this location twice and have nothing but good things to say about it. The drive-thru window isn't disconnected from the rest of the building, for a change. So they can take your refill cup from you when you order instead of holding up the line at the pickup window. The ladies here have all been super nice on all three of my visits. On my first visit, I went inside and was really impressed with the cleanliness, spaciousness, and design. It's several steps above their other stores on the inside. My other two experiences were in the drive-thru, and both visits were speedy and accurate on my orders. I think this location and the employees are great. I just wish it were closer to my work, but the east Draper location is much more convenient from work, unfortunately. Still, keep up the good work. read more

HORRIBLE! me and my friends attend COPA dance studio right by it. we ran over during our 15 break and were extremely disappointed with the service. their lobby was closed so we walked in the drive thru (like usual) and we're turned away because of a "safety hazard"!!! because we couldn't go in, we had to order online! i created an account and was preparing to order $30 worth of drinks for 6 people. when it came to paying, me and my friends only had cash. they only excepted card and apple pay. we asked if we could just pay in the store and we're turned away. they offered to give us 2 large drinks to get us to leave and we gratefully took them. we eventually just took out thirsty needs to starbucks and was satisfied with our purchases there. read more

I was getting my oil changed near by and thought I would walk over for a drink while I waited. The lobby was closed and so I waited in the drive thru line with about 5 cars ahead of me. There was a girl outside in the line taking orders and after I waited in line for 10 minutes and it was my turn she told me they don't take walk up orders in the drive thru and I could order through the app and then come back in the drive thru to pick it. I love going to swig! Who doesn't love a bubbly soda and delicious cookies. I prefer Their cookies to Sodalicious' cookies. However, I could drive to the Sodalicious that is about two miles west of this location, get my soda and drive back by the time this place could serve me! (Yes I understand that is an exaggeration) They are sooooo slow. Today there was one car in front of me. The car was sitting there before I pulled up. It took 4 minutes for the person to get what they ordered. I pulled forward to the window and waited another 3 minutes before someone game to the window to take my order. Then another 3 to get my order of 1 soda and 2 pre made cookies. That being said, the employees were kind, I was greeted with a smile, and as always my soda and my kids cookies were yummy. I only write this in hopes that the manager or owner sees this review so they can take a look at why service at this location is so poor. read more

Literally every swig in the valley including this location has let me use the card Ive got on file no problem. But today the kid refused to give me a drink unless I dug out my wallet from gym bag in the trunk and showed him or told him the last 4 digits. Idk the last four digits. So he refused to get me a drink. I asked if it's some policy change and he said "no" so I just pulled out and Went to the other swig in Draper no issues with using card on file. When I told them about it they laughed and said that's ridiculous. After I got home I saw he charged me even though he wanted it verified. So no issue charging it with out verification but wouldn't give me the drink regardless. Pathetic. Now I get to call and deal with that. read more

I absolutely love this place. It has the best customer service and the drinks are amazing. They are really fast with the drinks. And they get through the drive-through line so fast. I recommend swig 100% I honestly love getting swig for work it always brightens my day. read more

Ok to be honest this is as much a rating for swig in general as it is for this location. We went in at about 1130am on a Saturday and were the only customers inside (there was one car at the drive up). We ordered our 2 large (32oz) drinks and were shocked when it rang up for a total of $6.50ish. Once the order was placed not another word was said to us. When the drinks were ready the gal making them walked over placed them on the counter and called out the name of the drink even though they asked for our name when we placed our order. Zero acknowledgement that we were even in the building at that point. One we tried the drinks there was very little that differentiated the drinks from a drink from the fountain at maverick. The reality is there is nothing about this chain that is worth what they charge. I would rather hit any of the competition to get my sugary drink fix (especially if it's a certain place on 1300 south in salt lake city). read more

This Swig is the queen of all Swigs, and I've been to many. They always get my order right, the staff is so nice, they are helpful, and fast. Other locations sometimes mess up the orders but this one never does. Also, for some reason their drinks just taste better at this one! This location is the best kept Swig secret EVER. It's a fairly newer location, not too far from the other 123rd Swig location. This one is west of the freeway while the other one is easy. The line is never too long and the service is fast and friendly. Great location, pretty much the only one I go to now. My only complaint is that the drive through is kind of tricky to get to, it's not the most convenient, but I feel like a lot of their locations are this way. So it's all good! read more

My job does a very big order every Friday and the last 2 times they forgot to give us our straws, and they get at least a few of our orders wrong each time. Today they not only forgot to put ice and coconut cream in my Strawberry Breeze but it had no taste. NOT HAPPY. read more

Very good at mixing my Mtn. Meach and friendly service. They work hard to keep the line moving so it is mostly a quick "sip n grab"

They just redid their menu, getting rid of a few items you can't get anymore (RIP peanut butter cookie) and hiding others that they can still make, like the Dizzle. Prices went up, too. A bit much for some sodas with fruit now, so I probably won't be coming back anymore. Customer service has always been hit and miss, as they seem to employ almost exclusively high schools (some are amazing, others have been beyond apathetic). I used to come here a lot, but with the price changes, I'll probably just start making my own. read more
