The drive-through is super efficient and quick! Everyone is always super friendly and the quality of the drinks and cookies are great!

First I missed the drive-through. Then I find the drive-through. I wait in line at the drive-through and put in my order... you ran out of Coca-Cola? You are a drink place. Right? Love SWIG, but we are always left waiting at this location when we pre-order. The drive through gets 100% of the attention.

i am really sad to write this but after going to this location dozens of times, i haven't had my drink made correctly the last 6 times i've gone. i have been a swig drinker since it opened in saint george and i just don't trust this location anymore. the employees are always chatting about stuff with each other, my order is never right, and the customer service is really disappointing. i have never had a bad experience at sodalicious or fizz and will be going there from now on unfortunately :/ read more

I love swig! But ever since you guys switched to not having someone in the shack and instead to have them walking around the service has been SO SLOW. We go all the time and we have actually turned around several times this week to go somewhere else because the line is SO long. I know you are trying to save on costs but it may cost you customers. read more

Y'all I love swig so much it's a problem. But when they stopped using the shack, it became PAINFUL to go when I have to wait 20+ minutes to get ONE drink. Who has that time? And this morning at 9am I go through the drive through and wait at the window for about two minutes and NO ONE was even behind the counter. I say "screw this" and leave the drive through. As I leave, I look into the store through the windows and all of the employees are in the lobby doing absolutely nothing. That's a little ridiculous to me. Plus the other day they told me they couldn't use my QR code on my phone to pay for my drinks since I was in the drive through but they actually could and it was a whole ordeal that took FOREVER. I have always been a huge fan of Swig! However, my first time at this location at the drive-thru was a little disappointing. Asked for a "Raspberry Dream" with syrup instead of purée and an oatmeal cookie with no frosting. When I got my order, there was raspberry purée in my drink and wayyy too much frosting on my cookie when there should have been none. After receiving my order we went inside and the employees were very accommodating in fixing our order which was awesome. However, three-fourths of the cup was filled with ice and not enough soda! Will definitely come back and hope to have a better experience next time :) read more

This location can be off and on. Sometimes it's a wait and sometimes it's good. So if you can handle the bad with the good then I would say swing by but if you can go to the second Lehi location then I would do it. I usually get the Pretty and Pink or The Paradise both great drinks on a good day. read more

So sad with this location! Drive though line wrapped around the building, so I figured I would just run inside. The line was out the door. I don't know many people who have 20-30 minutes to spend waiting for a soda. I left and went somewhere else because it definitely was not worth my time waiting. Would love to see more staff or a smoother process so people don't have to wait as long! read more

i went to this swig to get a regular drink i get all the time. just a classic 44oz dr pepper with lime and coconut. ordered itn everything was going well. pulled up to the window and the girl says "dr pepper with lime and cherry" so i told her it was wrong very nicely asked for coconut instead and she apologiesed and went back to fix the drink. and i watched her like tripple check the label on my drink. and she handed it to me. as i drove away i started drinking it. and it tasted off and made me feel gross. the label on the drink.... lime and cherry. the taste. cherry. never going back to this swig. honestly made me mad. it's not hard to fix a drink and cherry flavors make me feel nauseous. so i took probably 5 sips and felt gross and threw it away. read more

I LOVE swig, so this pains me but I won't go back until they change their customer service. Since they stopped using the kiosk, I've had to wait 15-20 minutes. You're losing customers which would more than cover the cost of additional employees. read more

I come here all the time, I waited in line for 15 minutes in line and was not offered service because it was 5 minutes past closing when I finally reached the door. They still had the "Open sign" on when I drove away. read more

Delicious soda with pebble ice, foam cups and lots of options. Cookies need to be cold everytime and this can sometimes be inconsistent. This is a better option than gas station soda. read more

I've been going to this swig for a very long time, some of us are slow learner's. The wait like most of you know is absolutely ridiculous, but that's not why I'm here. They get the ingredients right about 60% of the time. The label on the cup is correct, but by the time I get it, it's missing one, some, or all the ingredients and I pay an obscene amount of money for a plain Diet Coke. I'm taking my business to any of their competitors, because I'm sick of being disappointed, but that's what I've learned to expect. These guys are crushing it in the COVID-19 environment. They are drive-thru only, but they keep the line moving pretty well. They have someone by the drive through speaker taking orders (with social distancing) on a tablet that is linked to their ordering system. When you get to the window they use a touchless method to run your credit / debit card and hand you your order on a tray. You can tell they are really trying to make things as safe as they can. And the drinks are first rate. Great job, people! read more

The customer service at this location is less than desirable. I love Swig and come here often, but this location is slow, and the teenagers working here would rather talk to each other and flirt with their customer friends. Fiiz has better drinks and WAY better customer service. read more

This company is going downhill. I went through the drive thru and ordered a big al. They gave me a mix with a raspberry dream. I am a diabetic so I can not have sugar so I went in to ask politely for my correct order. They then handed me my fixed drink, however it was a RASBERRY DREAM mixed with a big al. I took a drink realized it was wrong again and asked for them to fix it for the THIRD time. I mentioned to them I can't have any sugar bc I am a type 1 diabetic. They then handed me my drink for the third time and after I left the door I realized it was regular Dr. Pepper. They got it wrong for the 3RD TIME! I left bugged. I am a regular customer but am not going back any time soon. Fiiz has better customer service, and I will be taking my business to them in the future. read more

Oh swig! You are breaking our hearts. We loved you sooo much but the last couple of months have just been so bad. Today I ordered 3 drinks. One was just a Dr Pepper and was just seltzer water without the syrup ( an easy mistake to make) but one of our kids drink cups had a USED BANDAID on it... one that maybe came off an employers hand!!! I called to let you know but no one answered the phone after several attempts and the mailboxes were full.
