The downside, we never get an answer when we call, which is ok, but we reasonably expect a call back or return text or email. Nope, doesn't happen. They forgot to come this week (first time they have missed in a year) and we cant get a response. I think the company would be "perfect" if they communicated better. It is frustrating to feel ignored. Update: February 2016, they installed a chlorinator last fall and haven't billed us. We have reminded them twice. I don't get these guys. They provide good, mostly reliable service and our pool is clean, they just can't manage customer service? Somewhat sad.
