Where do I begin! I guess the best way to start off is to mention this is the first season with my swimking installed pavers and pool project. My pool and pavers were installed by swim king of rocky point in September 2019. Everything seemed to have gone pretty well with the installation until I started noticing staining , and a constant wet look throughout at least 90% of the patio regardless of precipitation. I opened the pool the weekend before Mother's Day and I gave the patio weeks on end to see if it would dry up , and even in high heat the issue never resolved. even with low humidity and no precipitation the issue got worse. After some time went by , I contacted swim king via phone and requested that someone come look at the patio in order to rectify the situation which is still warrantied as they say they give you 2 years from installation. It was at this point that the run around began, where I never received any follow up after multiple attempts for remedy. I called swim king who pointed me to "Paul" who they say is in charge of masonry and I asked for Paul to contact me back after speakIng with the office girls and never received any contact back. After reaching out to swim king yet again for the 4th time , I demanded they call me back being that I spent over $50,000 with swim king on this project with $11,500 of that being for pavers. Finally after some back and fourth, my salesman Luke texted me and said he was going to help and put me in contact with paul. Paul then eventually came to the house and inspected the pavers when he told me that the pavers were faulty and needed to be replaced. About a week went by and I didn't hear anything from anyone at swim king so I texted Paul who told me that him and his boss al were working on a remedy. Paul then contacted me back a few days later via text message and stated he was talking to Cambridge and they will be replacing my patio pavers in order to rectify the situation claiming the pavers were not made at the factory correctly. This made me happy at the time thinking that swim king actually cared. After that, about a week went by when out of the blue a Cambridge rep came by who said he would like to inspect the pavers in which he did. At this time , the rep left and said he would contact Paul and stated that he also thought the pavers needed to be replaced. Fast forward another week without hearing from anyone when I got a surprise visit from yet another cambridge rep named Charles Tesauro , who said he has seen this situation in other work and promised it could be remedied using an acid wash. Charles asked if he had my permission to try it out in which I allowed, although against my better judgement believe that a brand new patio should not need acid on the stone. The acid seemed to of originally helped for a few days so he came back the following week and acid washed the rest of the pavers. It is now approximately 2 weeks since Charles w Cambridge acid washed the pavers and the problem as you can see in the pictures posted still remains. I've had ZERO follow up from ANYONE at swimking after numerous attempts via email, text and phone calls. Paul has all together disappeared and no one is responding back to us. My brand new patio looks disgusting with all my guests that make sure to point out how horrible it looks. The fact that I've had no follow up after paying 50k in cash to swim king has left me feeling disgusted and sad that this is what my pool and paver project looks like. I've now turned to social media in hope that swim king wants to treat its customers as they should. Paul promised me he would keep in touch and has failed to do so disappearing and not answering any texts, so my wife and I called swim king AGAIN!!! We spoke to a man named mark with whom we sent pictures documenting the scenario via email as he requested for about the 4th time (sending pictures) and have still yet to hear back after he requested the pictures last week. I texted Charles from Cambridge in a group text with Paul, to tell him the problem still exsists and the acid wash did not work when Charles "let me know" that it rained 2 inches in my backyard in a rude manner although offering no solution. As a reference point I have an additional 1400 sq feet of pavers through out my property (installed by others) that NEVER looks the way the pavers that were installed by swim king looks. The brand new pavers look DULL, stained and honestly is not acceptable from a company that claims to be the best. I've included a few pictures in this post , but have MANY MANY MORE. I cannot express how satisfied both my wife and I are that we chose Swim King Pools to install our swimming pool this past May. We went to other companies prior to contacting Swim King Pools. From my very first phone call to your company, I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy that I received. After briefly speaking to Luke on the phone about what we were looking for, he setup a day where he would come to my house to meet with me and further discuss our needs and to see what our yard looked like. In that you offer pool installation, electrical work and patio installation and we did have to contract these companies ourselves. Luke, our sales representative, was very knowledgeable of his trade and was very courteous and never pushy. He helped us through the entire process and was very responsive to our phone calls whenever we had questions. The 3-Diensional renderings that Luke provided helped us visualize what our backyard will look like. The renderings look exactly like the finished product. The timeline he gave for the installation was very accurate. He even designed in a nice paved seating area on the side of the pool which was we did not think we was included in the patio price quote. They broke ground around the beginning of May and the pool and patio installation was completed right before our children's summer break began! All of the different installation crewmembers were very courteous and left the backyard very clean before they left each day. After the pool was installed, Raul came by to explain how to use the filtration and vacuum system. He took his time with me and was also very courteous and knowledgeable. He even vacuumed the entire pool and backwashed the filter for me! I have also shopped at your retail store several times this past summer for all of my chemicals and pool floats for the kiddies. I have also utilized your free water testing service. All of the retail crew have been very courteous and know what they are talking about. They have provided my family an enjoyable swimming with crystal clear pool water all summer! This is a first for us as we had an above ground pool for years and I always battled with cloudy water. After the swimming season was over we came in the store and purchased the pool cover and scheduled to have it installed. We were told that the cover needed to be ordered and it could take a few weeks to come in. A week later we received a call that the cover arrived. We had Swim King install the cover and were pleasantly surprised that the winterizing chemicals and filter clean out was included in the pool cover price. This is a long one. It's rare I write a review but I can't say enough good things about Swim King. We had Luke as a salesman the interaction was excellent. Straight forward and he was easy to reach when/if we needed him. He was great with the layout and design for what we wanted from our pool. Next came the equipment operator. As an equipment operator myself, this guy was insanely good. And we hardly knew he was digging a massive hole 30 ft away. The next couple of weeks the crews that came to form and pour concrete, plumb, finish the bottom and liner. No complaints every guy was courteous. Our job was all done during the shut down year of the pandemic 2020 and everyone was cautious. I deal w a lot of pool companies that specialize in high end gunite pools, so I know what quality products and jobs should be like and SK really exceeded my expectations. Now a year later and I've gone to the store a couple of times for advice, products, and water test. The staff is fantastic especially Ben and Zach. Their knowledge of the products I have installed has really made maintenance a breeze and they explained exactly what I needed and how to apply products. Swim King completed our pool last May and I wanted to wait to use it before I reviewed! From the first meeting we had with Luke to the very end of the build, it was a smooth, easy flowing process. They made lifelike pictures on the computer of what the completed job would look like in our yard as well as laid a template out on our grass so we would be able to really see the size and placement of the pool! This, I thought, was incredible because if you're like me, I can't just picture what the pool and patio would look like when it was done. The knowledge that Luke had about the pool and process made us feel off the bat that we chose the right company. After the pool was complete (which from start to finish with the paver patio with firepit was only roughly a month/month and a half!!!), Raul came to show us how to operate our new pool and was simply amazing, He showed us everything--step by step and took his time until we understood everything! We had our kids and their friends in our new pool every day over the summer!! They particularly enjoyed the slide! I could not have found a better pool company to out a pool in out new home in Southampton. We interviewed all competitors and all started out sounding the same selling similar product. In the end competitors said they had things to "mix in" to get a competitive edge and more strength in their pools. gimmicks gimmicks, just excuses to charge. product aside, I have to say its the people that matter. Our main point of contact was Luke. By far the most upstanding, honest and helpful account representative. Throughout the installation he was on site often supervising, communicating with us constantly making sure things we're done to our liking. Reconfirming things in case "he wasn't sure" which was actually him being modest because he was always sure but wanted to make sure we were gently guided into the best decisions for us. He leveraged his experience and great customer care to continue to make sure we got the most out of our choices and pool. Sim King built our pool in fall of 2016 and we have to say the pool is great. Everything they did start to finish was top notch. The salesman Luke came gave us the information on what we wanted in our pool, and printed out a quote on the spot. He said it would take approx. 2 weeks start to finish to complete the job and he was right on. The men showed up on the day they said they would start and 2 weeks later we had water in the pool. The workers were extremely polite and always cleaned up at the end of the day. After the pool was completed we had a few manufacturer warrantee issues with some of the equipment and I would call Jodie and they would be here in a few days to take care of whatever the problem was. Even after 2 years we had one of our lights go out and she had her staff here to fix it just before the 4th of July. I really didn't think they would get here, but they did, as usual. All we can say is they build a great product and stand behind there work. I have no doubt we will get many great years of use from our pool and if I should have any problems I know I can call swim King for help. read more

As far as the pool we got we cannot say enough good things. The pool & the company couldn't be better. Our project manager Malcolm was amazing & really took good care of us from beginning to end. The issue we had was with the mason Al from SK Poolscapes who was the worst contractor we have ever come across & I am in construction. The first day he worked at our house he cut a sprinkler line & buried it in cement. He also completely messed up the piping layout for our slide which had to be re-done. But the worst problem of all was he messed up the pitch on our pavers & did a horrible grading job causing major flooding around the whole pool area. After all these issues he had the nerve to call us on a Sunday morning to ask for cash before the job was even done. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Al refused to fix the problem. But Swim King (Malcolm) being a great company took care of everything & sent another contractor to do a French drain for us. We highly recommend swim king however we want to warn people who are getting masonry through them to be warned of AL & request a different mason to do the work. read more

Thought we had a great experience until today. Malcolm our salesman was top notch..workers great. All good until something goes wrong and they take Zero accountability and charge astronomical service fee for a 30 second fix. Long story short brand new pool installed has been open since the middle of May. Filter stopped working last Thursday we called for service ..service man came tightened something with a wrench which literally took 15 seconds. He left we didn't sign anything we were not told we were going to be charged and lo and behold we get $163 charge on our credit card for a service call and then told very condescendingly " You didn't expect maintenance?". No we didn't after 2 months.. because it's not maintenance! It was a new install!! Stand behind your work... I guess $32,000 wasn't enough you needed my 163! Poor Business model. Three years ago we decided that we wanted to install an in ground pool in our backyard. Like everyone else, we knew little about the process and "shopped" around. We went to several companies and ultimately decided to use Swim King for the instillation of the pool as well as the patio surrounding the pool. We could not be happier with how everything turned out! Swim King's staff was extremely professional, attentive to detail, and very knowledgeable. Just a few weeks ago, we decided to replace our existing deck with a stone patio. We again "shopped" around, but quickly decided that we were the most comfortable using Swim King for this project as well. A long process and a lot of work but at the end I'm very happy. Swim King did a nice job and I really like the team of guys working on this large project. Luke, Paul and Al were great! I had a few changes and upgrades along the way and these guys were accommodating and at the end of the day do good work. They did retaining walls, patio, kitchen, pool, pavers, fire pit and a sports court. I currently have a call in to Luke and Al to fix the fire pit igniter (not working) and the patio grout is coming up in a few places which needs to be redone. We couldn't be happier with our new pool. Our project manager, Malcolm was attentive, professional, and always available to speak to us about questions or concerns. The installation crew was knowledge, prompt, and professional. We met with numerous pool companies before deciding to use Swim King. We absolutely made the best choice. To be honest, one other contractor gave us a lower bid than Swim King, but the owner was disrespectful when we met with him so we didn't feel comfortable giving him the job. We just finished our pool project and Swim King has been by far the best contractor that we have worked with and we have done many projects over the years. Never once did I have to call to follow up to see when someone would be coming to the house. The crews kept showing up to complete whatever job they were doing. The entire project, including a patio and automatic cover was completed in a little over 5 weeks which is remarkable considering the events of the world right now. This company has the best product for a good price. The customer service is amazing and all of the young ladies know exactly what they are talking about. I love coming to this place knowing I will walk out knowing exactly what I need to do without any questions. The managers are always able to order whatever I need and get it in such a quick time span. Everyone is so friendly and really knows their stuff. I have used Swim King twice for new pools and both times they were always there when they said that they would be and did a great job. The reason why I decided to post something now is because i was having a problem with my pool filter yesterday and I called the service department knowing that they don't come out and service the pools after a certain amount of time which is fine. I have never needed them to. Yesterday I did need something and I got someone named Mike in the service department and he walked us through the issue and Bam, pool filter fixed. Our pool was installed in 2009. Our salesman Malcolm was knowledgable and helped us to design a beautiful pool. Everyone we dealt with at Swim king was polite and professional and the installation was just as promised. The first season our pool developed a leak and the Swim King technicians diagnosed it as a burst seam. They quickly patched it for the remainder of the season and then replaced the entire liner in the fall at no cost to us. Other than this one issue we have only had typical maintenance issues.
