Do they taste better because I picked them myself? I don't know! Yes? Regardless, they are delicious. The staff here is always so friendly and they are so welcoming to large groups. This is a great place to run the kids around and there are plenty of activities you can do for free or a small cost, like animal feeding, rides etc. My son loves all the playgrounds! Much to my surprise, it was about as lively as I had remembered it. The Alley was established during Covid times and offered a retreat to escape from the humdrum of the homestead. These days, its friendly vibe welcomes neighbors and visitors with a backyard setting strewn with twinkle lights and family-style tables. It's a causal scene and easy to soak in the live music, sunlight/moonlight, and neighborly banter. The layout resembles an alley with shops on either side, big open doors invite you to grab something to eat, sample a drink, or shop for handmade gifts. On one side, you've got craft brews and coffee roasters. On the other side, it's local wines and piping hot pizzas. Dogs are welcome all around. At the center of it all, there's live music on the weekends. Modeled after a Beer & Wine Garden concept, The Alley features Enegren Brewery (beer), Lucas Sellers (wine), California Coffee Republic (java), Fire & Vice (pizza), and The Craft House (non-alcoholic tchotchkes). As a self-proclaimed wino, I opted for a sampling of the Lucas Sellers Wines. Ashley, who was behind the bar and top of the pours, gave me good suggestions and offered anecdotes about each wine on tap. At the end of the night, my light pinot paired perfectly with the Mushroom Arugula pizza from Fire & Vice. And I felt right at home, surrounded by friends.

There is a large variety of information booths on the various Scandinavian countries. I went last year but it was more special for me this year as I recently spent 5 months studying abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark. They did a great job with putting the festival together. They had great works of art for purchase and delicious foods of each country. My personal favorite was the æbleskiver with jam - it made me feel as though I was back in Denmark! Will I come back here? Absolutely, I can't wait for next year!

I'm part scandinavian, and I love that side among all the other sides of me due to being heavily mixed race. However, due to the color of my skin, I was given odd looks and felt very uncomfortable when I was there. I felt unwelcome and like I had done something wrong. It's not a great place in that regard, but I enjoyed the vendors I saw regardless.

We recently treated our six year old granddaughter to her first live theater experience here for…read morethe performance of "Annie". We hoped that she would enjoy it, and indeed she did. It was so sweet to have her alternate at times from laying her head on Dear Hubby's shoulder and then mine. Sometimes she would sit up tall and lean forward at certain times in the show. After, she said, "I want to stay until the next one", thinking that the cast would be doing a second show right away the same day. She doesn't yet realize how much energy and effort goes into a performance like this, but I loved the positive reaction. The theater, while small scale and local, nonetheless does a great job of putting on entertainment which captivates their audiences. It's a blessing to have this venue close to home, away from the hassles and expense of going into L.A. Ticket prices are reasonable, parking is free, and the staff is friendly. The large cast managed to sing, dance, and act their way through a beloved classic musical on a smallish stage and made it work. Kudos to the visual technology that makes set decoration a new type of visual art. We're looking forward to seeing "Footloose" at the Arts Center soon.

Every lead was spot on. And the theater itself is a joy. Small enough that there isn't a bad seating the house (we were in the next to last row and had a great view of the stage). Her staff seamlessly underpinned the event. Her staff were professional, well trained, and just beautiful people. A live event can go "off" at any time. They charge by game or they have some promotions available. At first, the front desk girl assigned us to a lane but when we got there, it was full of 6-8 teenagers using only one lane in the entire booth area. I kindly asked one of the servers, Max, if we could possibly move one lane over since I'm only with my sister and toddler son. She spoke to the floor manager and was easily able to resolve this for us by moving us over to another booth! AMAZING SERVICE! She came by and took our order for drinks and appetizers, and also came by appropriately to check in on us if we needed anything else. The bowling alley is super CLEAN and caters to children who want to bowl with automatic bumpers! The arcade has so many games to play too! Will definitely be coming back here for the service and fun atmosphere!
