My fish and chips were fine but also lacked seasoning, lemon, or any attention to detail. I specifically requested fries without Old Bay but received fries heavily coated in it. We also ordered a steak and eggs meal to go, which took about 30 minutes. When it was opened later, it contained only three small slices of steak. My brother-in-law genuinely thought he had been given someone's leftovers because the portion was so disappointing. My husband quietly paid the $300 bill while I still hoped someone might acknowledge the birthday or retirement with a simple mention, smile, or thank you. It never happened.
