Nothing great, bought 2 Dubai chocolate ice cream and 1 Oreo matcha. Everything was ok but not amazing. I don't think it justifies the 53 dollar price tag for 3 ice creams. I have only been to Swirls Soft Serve once, but that experience was enough to tell me that I should give this place five stars. I went there for the first time with a group of friends, and we were greeted by the friendly staff. It was a cold night, and I had my doggie with me, but that was okay. We were able to sit by the door with no issues about that. Their menu selections are ample, and though I ordered what I thought was a simple soft-serve vanilla cone... this cone was more than simple. It was super tall! For reference, I took a picture of my cone next to my friend's arm! It was funny... and delicious! I love soft serce ice cream, though unfortunately, I am supposed to cut back on sugar (and I don't do sugar substitutes!), so I cannot frequent ice cream shops as much as I'd like to. I absolutely love this place. The interior was cute, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the soft-serve was out of this world. I love that they have a broad variety of rotating flavors. It doesn't help that those flavors are absolutely delicious. If I had a complaint, my only complaint would be their prices which seemed to be a little bit high in comparison to similar businesses. My husband and I started coming here in Spring of 2024. There's ample parking in the plaza. They're located right next to The Habit and there are either stairs or a ramp that you can take to get up. We've been here multiple times during the summer and came again just recently. Their soft serve is definitely a nice treat and plenty of toppings to pick from. My husband usually gets a dipped cone, but I like to keep it basic and will usually get vanilla soft serve, hot fudge and nuts (classic sundae) or I'll do half vanilla and half chocolate with a couple toppings. My husband got a caramel sundae the most recent time we came. It's a cute little spot and there's tables inside. They'll put a couple tables and chairs outside too so when we have our dogs with us we've been able to sit outside with them. The owner has also brought up little cups of whipped cream for them which is very sweet. read more

I got the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup and the vanilla soft serve. The strawberry was fresh and tasty, but I felt like it could use a bit more of the pistachio cream and pistachio in there. There were a lot more Nutella than the other toppings and it was overpowering the taste of the pistachio. As for the vanilla soft serve, it was a bit on the sweeter side, but you can tell it's good quality ice cream. Customer service was great, all nice and friendly staffs. Ice cream was good but overpriced. Very messy and falling on the floor (overpacked). The establishment floor was dirty and sticky as well as outside so that turned me off from this place. It needs a good power wash on a weekly basis. Not enough napkin dispensers. Should have one where you receive your ice cream, not just on tables because people get annoyed when you have to lean over to grab some. Tables need to be cleaned regularly. Bless the girls heart that was working when we walked in about 10minutes before closing. She was not rude and working in my younger years, I understand that sometimes it can be frustrating to have last-minute customers. We were on a double date so we ordered four different ice creams. On Father's Day this MOMMY wanted to treat yo'self to some ice cream and Swirls did the trick! It was my first time stopping in and although the menu is quite confusing, I landed on a soft serve selection of vanilla and strawberry (not swirled together). The ice cream was DELICIOUS and well-worth the price point. This spot is located in a large shopping center with plenty of parking (right next to the Habit Burger). Swirls Soft Serve is such a fun spot! The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to patiently explain how ordering works, which made the experience smooth and welcoming. They also highly encourage sampling as many flavors and combinations as you'd like before deciding, which really shows how much they care about customers enjoying their treat. Everything we tried was delicious, and the variety of flavors and mix-ins makes it easy to customize exactly what you're craving. My only recommendation would be upgrading their matcha powder. The current one seems lower quality, giving the texture a slightly chalky feel and a weaker matcha flavor. It's not bad but I paid 14$ for a medium chocolate matcha and came out thinking "well it was fine I guess" There was a lot of ice cream but it's too much to finish even for two people so it doesn't feel like you're getting the value you expect. Clean and cool place. My daughter and I ordered the Dubai chocolate soft serve, and based off the photos we saw, we decided on just 1. Got there about 2pm and there were 3 other parties already sitting and enjoying their treats, we ordered right away, and received our order in less than 5 minutes. Although, we were initially shocked that the total was a little short of $19, once we received the item, we understood why. We couldn't finish half! I had to get the Meow Tea Special because of its pretty colors. Luckily it's more than just for looks, it tasted very good as well. It's not too heavy so it was easy to drink. I forget which flavors it comes in, but I recommend giving it a try if you're not sure what to get from the menu or if you're looking to try a new drink. If you plan to go here a few more times, remember to ask for a stamp card because they do not automatically give it to you. They also have a promo where if you leave a comment on Yelp, you get a free topping. Service was very quick, and for those with social anxiety, there's a kiosk to order as well and the lady is very patient while waiting to see which drinks you need made. Interactions are very quick as well so you don't have any awkward conversations.

The pineapple flavor was sweet and refreshing, the mochi gummies were soft and squishy, and the toasted coconut added the perfect crunch Such a delicious combo! Next, I tried the Mexicali It's pineapple soft serve with chamoy, tajín, and a candy straw. It had the perfect balance of sweetness with a little spicy kick The flavors blended so well together and made it super addicting! Wow, this place is great. Every time I come here everyone is always so nice and friendly. The Owner is always so nice and always comes out to hi to us to make sure everything is good. Let me tell you everything is always sooooo Good!!! This place really hits the spot for us, we come here at least 2-3 times a week. We are very happy and lucky something so great like this opened up in our city. This Place has everything your looking for to get your fix for the day. I love coming here ( way to often ) This place is clean!!! (Which is a big deal to me) The staff is always on top of everything and they have amazing customer service. It always makes me happy to see happy staff members which means they get paid well and treated well. I will becoming here for years to come, I LOVE THIS PLACE. What a treat!! Came here based on recommendations from some friends. Place is clean, friendly and the portions are large! You are able to sample any of the soft serve prior to ordering. The staff is really great about going over the menu with you and answering all your questions. I got the pineapple dole whip and it was so delicious!!! They added the new Dubai Chocolate ice cream and strawberries, OMG are they good. I wish they had added it on the menu before I'm really glade they did it's really amazing and a must try. You could taste the Sunkist in the yogurt but the pineapple did overpower things. Service was good. There was only one woman working but she made sure to give attention to everyone and worked hard. The price wasn't bad as it was only $15 or so for both items. I just wish the yogurt didn't melt as fast and they had room to sit inside. The place did seem pretty cluttered and compact. Overall, I'd probably go back to try out another flavor and mix.
