But as for the cleaning I got 2 people for 2 hours at $60 per person for per hour. So I paid $240 total with a $25 tip. When the cleaners left I was confused on what they cleaned. The floors(only the living room and kitchen) were mopped and the outside of the cabinets were wiped, but that's about it. They didn't mop or vacuum the stairs or anything on the second level. Appliances were not touched. I honestly don't know what these 2 people did for 2 hours. I messaged the owner and she offered to have them come back to clean the fridge, but unfortunately I don't really trust their services anymore so I'd rather count my losses and do it myself or hire someone else. Long story short, I paid $265 for someone to mop one living room, and wipe the outside of some cabinets. Very disappointed and I feel robbed. UPDATE: The owner reached out and offered to send more cleaners. We eventually settled and they gave me a 50% refund which I appreciate. Seems like it must've been a fluke and the business owner wanted to make it right.

Pedro Vasquez managed the actual cleaning team and was always on top of things for us. He took care of handlng the security devices in our facilities and oversaw the cleaning crew. From the corporate side of INX, Amanda Panzer, Chase Mooney and Silvio Morales were all amazing as they supporting each other in insuring that the work was always done in a satisfactory manner. Everyone on the INX team was extremely responsive to any call that I made and to questions that I had. They even made suggestions that were very helpful regarding the performance of the details in our contract. Without the slightest doubt or reservation, I would not hesitate for a moment hesitate to recommend them to others for janitorial work. Give them a chance to suit your needs and see for yourself how pleased you will be !

Was told on multiple occasions that the person was performing services for over 2 hours at a time which was a lie. Also kept telling us we were out of trash bags and toilet paper. We now have a supply for years of both. I urge people to check their cameras to check on these people as we were being lied to for well over 6 months. They were charging us $900 to show up for 30 minutes and take out the trash.
