Shane tried to get it to work right without having to change the door latch, but it only worked for him sometimes, and I had very little luck getting it to work. Luckily, he had the part with him in case he needed to change it out, but he was very aware of the added cost for this part. He gave me a discount on the service call, which I appreciated, and the fix was well worth the price I paid. Shane also helped me by doing a cleaning cycle for both my washer and dishwasher, which was great since both machines were old and hadn't been used for a few years. I appreciated his skill and knowledge, as well as his concern with the cost of the repair. I highly recommend this company for doing a great job at a fair price!

It broke down one week after I bought it and because they are right around the corner from me I walked in their shop and told the receptionist what happened and she told me to call whirlpool. I said that their door said sales and service and she argued that they had no service men and to call whirlpool I told her to take care of it because I had just purchased the refrigerator. The argument went on until the guy that sold it to me walked in. I told him what was happening and he understood the problem and would send a service man out as soon as he could, probably a couple of days. The service man came and replaced the computer and all was well. The refrigerator has worked ever since. The receptionist made me so angry at the time for her bad attitude I will not recommend this business to anyone in fact I will and have told friends the story of her not taking responsibility for their products that they sell and service. Love my fridge hate the receptionist.

The problem was a broken latch which I already knew. They then quoted me an additional $262 for the repair. The price seemed high, but I wanted to get the issue resolved, so I agreed to move forward. Keep in mind the part was $18 and he was there for about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix the dishwasher, even after I was responsible for ordering the replacement part myself. When the repair still did not work, they agreed to only refund $80 of the $362, despite not resolving the issue. Instead, the only solution they offered was to install a brand-new dishwasher, which was not helpful. I am fine paying some money for their time and I was hoping for a fair solution. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the outcome and the lack of accountability when the repair was unsuccessful. I know there are more honest upfront guys out there who are not going to charge you a crazy amount when they can't fix the exact thing you paid them to do. So do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The technician initially recommended replacing a thermistor, which we approved based on his professional judgment. The repair did not resolve the issue. On a later visit, the technician himself expressed doubt that further expensive repairs would help. When we tried to resolve this with management, communication was extremely poor--we were repeatedly told someone would call us back and no one did. When we finally reached a manager, we were offered only ~$120 back, while being charged for multiple visits, diagnostics, and a part that did not fix the problem. At no point was it clearly explained that this would be a trial-and-error process with uncertain results. Very disappointing experience--both in terms of the repair outcome and how the situation was handled.

    I was getting an air flow error on my dryer. Denis came out and "checked" my vents and said they…read morewere fine. He said we could continue to use the dryer (and need to restart it every 10 minutes and take hours to dry 1 batch), replace the control board for $700-800, or buy a new dryer. So, I purchased a new dryer, got it installed yesterday and $1k later, I'm still getting the same air flow error. it has to be the vents. I called customer service to have someone competent actually come out and fix it. Their hours say open 24 hours, same day service. But that is only for scheduling apparently because they said it won't be until Monday before someone will call me back. The incompetence and lack of customer service is beyond frustrating. Follow-up... I have record that Denis was arriving to my house about 20 minutes after 3:03 pm from a text message. At 3:26 was when I got a call with his recommendation of a circuit board. He clearly had no time to do any diagnostics that he claims to have done. After a few unhelpful calls with staff, Noel, the manager was rude, unprofessional and refused to do anything to help with this situation. Horrible customer service on top of horrible business ethics. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
