I used Swoop for my wedding that was in Temecula, CA during the Pandemic. My guests felt safe driving with Ben. He had gloves, a mask on the entire time and hand sanitizer available. The shuttle was extremely clean, it smelt good, it was very nicely detailed (It looked almost brand new), The blue lights were a cute touch. The sound system was very clear. This shuttle was luxury and worth every penny. Ben was very punctual and even made a couple early stops for guests who were being transported to and from Pechanga Hotel and Casino. The behind the scene staff, Jack and Andrew were very easy to get a hold of, helpful, nice, flexible and very accommodating especially when I had to change my event 3 times due to Covid. Swoop is amazing. I've ordered one a handful of times, and it's always a such a great experience. Usually when I'm out with a group of friends, and we decide to head to another bar. Instead of calling 3 separate ubers to transport us, I'll secretly order a Swoop and have everyone surprised when our ride to the next bar arrives. When my friends ask how the heck I got a party bus there, I just like to smile and say, "I got I guy, don't worry." It always really kicks up the energy of the night. We can bring our own drinks on board, and they always offer to pair my phone with their blue tooth sound system, immediately. Drinks in hand and music blasting on the way to the next destination, it really keeps the party going. Everyone definitely walks off with a huge smile on their face. The price is good, too. I think it's about the same cost as an uber SUV, so if you're planning on taking that, it's a no-brainer. The drivers have all been super cool that I've gotten. They always go with the flow, let you crank the music, make stops or pick ups, or even take another lap around the block if we're in the middle of a song we just have to let finish before getting off. Swoop - you guys are filling a major void in the transportation/social game, keep it up! And I would recommend for any occasion, not just for spur-of-the moment party bus weekend bar hopping (although it's perfect for that!) but really it'd be good for anything - family outings, weddings, going to a Kings or Dodger game, etc. Do it! read more

Ok I am a little late with my review but better late than never, right?! Anyways, we had Swoop come and pick up me, my mom and my 93 year old grandma to go on a cruise. We had a ton of luggage, a walker and a wheelchair so a regular taxi/lift/uber was not going to cut it. Our ride was on time, immaculately clean, and so luxurious! We had a smooth easy ride to the Harbor and absolutely had a blast getting there. Overall this could not have been a better experience. I have recommended Swoop to all of my friends and family. We just used Swoop with my friends (we are over 50 years old) this weekend for a dinner party in Atwater, which is about 30 miles from us and we loved it. The Mercedes Sprinter was customized inside, clean, and had everything we needed to really enjoy our night out. We never once worried about getting home safe and we could keep the group together all night. Los Angeles is so big and so much traffic that we often pass on taking an UBER (multiple UBERS) or driving just because of the hassle - meeting friends for a night out in LA usually means cars, freeways, parking and hassle.
