I had chocolate & milkshake stains (yuck) in my backseat upholstery and they got those stains out. These guys were great! I drove my Mercedes ML-350 cross-country three times with two large dogs. It was filthy & smelly! They spent a long time with it & when they were done it was like a new car! They were also very cool and the communication with them was excellent. I called several other companies before finding them, who didn't want to come "all the way to me" on the peninsula in Marina Del Rey or who scheduled an appointment and didn't show up or who just never even returned my VM. What they did do, they did well. I got a deluxe detail package on groupon and was expecting something more than the full detail also listed on groupon, but it fell short. They missed some areas during the vacuuming process, such as the side pockets of the doors & trunk (even though the groupon specifically noted the trunk would be vacuumed). I made a special request for the passenger seat to be steam-cleaned and they were courteous enough to do all four seats. Unfortunately, the stain on that specific seat was not removed entirely, but that might just be because it's such an old stain. The exterior looked fine from what I could tell. The headlight could have been better. The job as a whole, interior & exterior took about an hour, which seems a bit short for detailing. I'm sure that if had paid full price and not bought the groupon the job would have been better. read more

I had recently purchased a Groupon to get a deluxe detail from SWS. I was contacted pretty quickly and they said they were swamped. After a week I contacted them again and set it up for Monday. They never showed up. I then contacted them again and was told Wed. I got a call Wed morning and they said they would be there at 11. Again, they never showed. When I called again, he said they didn't have a canopy to cover the vehicle. He assured me he would call back to give me a new date. After a week, I sent an email complaint and I got a call from them. He said that if I came by Saturday at 8am he would get it done. I was there at 7:45 and they did not show up until almost 9. He said he would make it right and after all this, still charged me full price. The only reason they got 2 stars is that they did a nice job on the work. Customer service sucks though. read more

I found David's company using YELP, and I agree with all the other 5 Star posters...David and Juan did a great job on my Subaru Outback. They came out and although I had asked for the full (and more expensive) detail, after seeing my vehicle, David advised a wash, clay bar and wax was really all I needed to get my car back to tip-top shape. As other posters have said, David takes great pride in his work, prices his services very fairly, and is timely and efficient. My car was a god damn mess piece of shit when I called them, I'm just being honest. I don't take care of my car. But it got to a point where it was just too filthy, so I had to do something about it. Two days ago i took my 2005 ford gt to get a full detail. Keep in mind that i have not detailed this car in about 4 or 5 years. So it entered the shop a total complete mess. My car is black but it looks like a dry purple charcoal color when i left it there. After david was kind enough to give me a lift to target he said my car would be ready in an hour and a half or two. So when we arrived to the shop i couldnt stop smiling my car had the same look it had when i first got it. They did an amazing job and i definitely recommend their services. read more

The owner did finally call me back and we scheduled the detail. He continuously rambled on about how he hired some bad folks and was in the process of cleaning house. I suppose I can understand, but I'm still not convinced this business is up to par in the communications department. It's shouldn't take a bad review on Yelp to get a call back. When we finally did make the appointment, I was told I'd get a call the day before confirming the time. No one ever called. I got a call when they were already at my house. I figured they weren't coming since I didn't get a call the day prior, so I was already at work. Thankfully, someone else was home to pull the car out of the garage. The detail was ok. Certainly not the best detail my convertible has ever had. There were still smudge marks on the car during the walk around, which they had to go back and clean up. The inside was not as clean as I expected; it looked as if they spent most of the time on the exterior. All in all, the whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. I have just undergone the best customer service of my life. Initially I was meant to have a full car detailing last week, but unfortunately the owner had to cancel. At first I was upset but instantly David(the owner), gave me a call and let me know he would do it for a really good deal the same time next week. I didn't believe he actually would because businesses usually say they will give you something and there's always a catch. To my surprise, David called me early on the day of the appointment and confirmed. I arrived in Manhattan beach and his team, Heather and Aldo were ready promptly to give my car a full detail. The appointment lasted about an hour and when I can back my car looked amazing inside and out! They did everything perfectly! The most amazing customer service from Heather, Aldo, and David EVER. What I liked the most is that they still put 200% effort in the detail even tho it wasn't at full proce. I will definitely be going back to this company in a few months. Excellent work! my car has been never detailed since i first bought it at a used car dealership. I've never trusted anybody with my car, and i never took it a to a car wash or a detail shop. I thought it was time to give it a try and take it to a detail expert. luckily i found david here on groupon, so i decided to give him a try. David was spot on about everything. He tells me everything what their going to work on my car. We made an agreement of 120 with clay bar, wax and buffing on my car. My car has a lot of swirl marks and he promised me he can get out 60-70% of the swirl marks. He was going to charge me more for 100% out but i didnt have that kind of money to spend, but he did promise me it was going to make a difference. When I arrived back to my car, wow.... wat a difference. It was something definitely i cant do. He also gave me a bunch of free service cleaning. He also told me if i come bak in 3 months, he can guarantee me all the swirl marks will be gone again.
