Kevin was very communicative throughout the whole process and super helpful taking the time to answer all of my questions. Coming into the situation I was clueless and stressed after breaking down, and it was heartwarming to find a business with people that were honest and helpful explaining things, and incredibly kind. Great people, great service, wish I could give 10 stars!

He is even assisting me with getting my car sold and transported safely to the buyer. He is going above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his willingness to hear my concerns and frustrations about the initial lack of transparency and respond in a way that makes sense for everyone I brought my Honda (100k miles) here for a water pump failure. I was quoted $1,800-1,900 to replace the pump, tensioner, and belt, and was told in writing: "This work comes with a three year 36 thousand nationwide warranty. Car is in good shape otherwise." Based on their assessment that the car was "in good shape otherwise" and knowing Hondas are reliable vehicles, my husband and I decided to proceed with this significant repair. After agreeing to the cost and completing the water pump repair, we were then informed the engine is misfiring and is not repairable - essentially requiring a full engine replacement. My concerns: We were never informed of potential engine issues before authorizing the $1,800+ repair We were explicitly told the car was "in good shape otherwise" A misfiring engine should have been detected during the initial diagnostic, especially before recommending we invest nearly $2,000 in repairs We are now stuck with a car that needs an engine replacement after just paying for major repairs Had we known about the engine condition upfront, we would have made a completely different decision rather than putting $1,800+ into a car that would shortly need an engine replacement. This feels like a failure in diagnostic process and transparency. When a shop misses critical issues like this, I believe they should take some responsibility rather than leaving the customer holding the bag. I now have to purchase a different vehicle and feel the money spent on the water pump repair was wasted

They sale Big Shot!…read more Can I end the review there? Probably not. Okay, this is a run of the mill, found almost at the corner of an interstate, small town convenience store. Gas is competitively priced because there are gas stations on both sides of the interstate, and it is major brand gas, Exxon. There is a hot food place inside that seemingly serves fried chicken, various Mexican food staples, as well as donuts. None of this, to me, warrants this place getting a fourth star. I will eventually try that stuff, but for now, it held no importance to my soul! What made me give this place a fourth star? This slightly dingy convenient store did something special to earn this extra star? Yes they did. Lo and Behold, when walking through the front door, if you make a right turn, and go to the drink refrigerator all the way to the back...and view the drinks...there is love in the cooler. At first you will not see it. Those international brands have a way of making sure they get top billing and shelving. Look at the bottom of the refrigeration unit...magic happens...they sale Big Shot cold drink (Soda, cola, soft drink, insert your term here.)! Why is that important you may ask? Well, being a NOLA native, and considering that is a drink that is made in New Orleans, sometimes you just need a taste of home to get you by in the new land! I wish they had it in the 2 liter variety, but I will settle for 24 ounces love, $1 at a time! Multiple flavors of tongue love made a fat man happy! This alone will allow this place a forth star. Take a look at the picture to see the photos of this drink, and stop by here to get you one at this convenient location. Just watch out for big trucks coming in and out of the area at all times.

The friendliest and cleanest car dealership I've ever experienced!…read more I didn't purchase my new 2023 Huyndai Kona from this dealership; but I'm so glad I brought it here for Service! I had a warranty-covered repair and couldn't be more pleased! Jason was my friendly, attentive Service Manager. Last week, I was able to get a same-day appointment for diagnosis through the Hyundai app. The part was ordered. I was late to drop off my car in the morning for service. But they still were able to help me. They had me in and out in under 3 hours. Could not be more impressed. Definitely will bring my car back here again and will consider shopping in the future when it's time to trade up in a couple years.

TL:DR- Brookshire Hyundai not only lied to me on 3 major issues when trying to purchase a vehicle,…read morebut they also refused to return my keys when asked. I would not do business with them- you can read more below. I walked out of Brookshire Hyundai never to return and here's why. I came to BH looking for a particular vehicle to test drive. The first salesperson that approached me offered a test drive. Before beginning, I asked some basic questions that I had already researched: What are common problems? What are the biggest likes or dislikes? His response was that he had only been there a week and went to get a more seasoned salesperson. Fine- no problem. Salesperson 2 (4 weeks experience) gets in and I ask some similar questions. Didn't receive a substantive response so I test drove it. Upon returning, I asked about incentives. I was told $3k customer cash. I asked about the dealer add-ons and was given an answer that indicated the add-ons included an extended warranty. I left and went back to search some more and found the exact model I wanted at another local dealer. I returned the next day and showed the salesperson the exact model, its location, and said secure it and call me back. I received a call about an hour later from a third salesperson who told me they could order it directly from Hyundai and receive it within a week. I was skeptical but he insisted it would be a quick turnaround so let's talk numbers. I went back into the dealer a couple hours later where upon arrival they asked for my car keys to inspect my proposed trade-in and met with salesperson 2 and 3. Upon arrival we sat down, and it was then that they both indicated that ordering from Hyundai would take a little longer than expected. It would be 4-6 weeks now. I was okay with that and asked if incentives would be honored. They said yes. They left and returned shortly after and asked if I would be okay with a new vehicle with a couple hundred miles on it because ordering from Hyundai would be 6-8 weeks and there was vehicle about 200 miles away (not the one I had shown them that was about 30 miles away). I made the mistake of saying why wouldn't I just go get it from that dealer so that I could drive it myself instead. They left once more and returned and said the Hyundai order would be 4-6 months, but they found a vehicle that was about 350 miles away. It was then when they showed me the first numbers and I asked where the incentives were. I was told I wanted financing and I responded I wanted customer cash of $3k. Salesperson 3 said there's no $3k. Suddenly salesperson 2 responds that it was for a different model. Then I asked about the extended warranty and was told that there was no warranty. I asked about the add-ons and was told it was a maintenance package, etc. for $4k. At this point I knew something was off, but I wanted to finish the process and see what kind of deal would be offered in the end. That was a mistake. I was shuffled into an office as I was clearly agitated over being lied to about the incentives, extended warranty, and the complete bait and switch on ordering from Hyundai. I discussed the problems with salesperson 3 and he kept insisting that I give up other dealer's pricing. I said I wanted to know what they could do and gave a round number for the monthly payment (I had already run numbers so I knew exactly what it would take). He persisted and I agreed to a finance application to keep the conversation going. He came back with a number that was within my budget, but I had not seen any specs on the vehicle they were sourcing or anything else but a number on the back of an envelope. It had been nearly 2.5 hours since I arrived and salesperson 3 had to leave so salesperson 2 returned to "close the deal." I asked for my keys to be returned and the salesperson left. He returned with some high-level numbers which I objected to receiving since they had no details and the vehicle still was not specified to me. I asked for my keys a second time. The salesperson left and returned with more pages but no keys. I said I needed to leave. I had been there 3 hours, and we were not closing a deal that day. He asked for ten more minutes, and I refused saying I needed to leave. He asked if I would talk to the sales manager and I refused once more. He left and I shouted no to him as he walked out the office door. I left the office but still did not have my keys. The sales manager approached and asked how I was doing. I told him, "Not good" and he asked why. I preceded to begin the tale this review is documenting and realized they had delayed me once more. As I recounted the major lies and deceptions precipitated on me that day, he interrupted me not once but twice. On the second interruption to justify his salespeople lying, I told him, "Don't speak." It was admittedly rude of me but after nearly 3.5 hours of lies I had enough. At least that finally got someone to get my keys and I was able to leave.
