I contacted at least a dozen different companies about doing a chrome delete on my Tesla, and I ultimately I went with Sync Wraps. I'm really pleased that I did. Jerry and Chris were really responsive and helpful. I wanted satin black for most of my chrome delete, with a few carbon fiber accents and they were able to make it happen. After the iniitial visit I had a couple of areas that weren't quite right and they told me to bring it in and they did a great job addressing it. I see some other reviews about the car not being clean when delivered and such and I will say that while mine was dirty as well, in my case there were some time constraints. I also got a very reasonable price, and while it wasn't absolutely white glove I'd have had to pay a lot more for white glove treatment. I do know this: on my two trips there I saw Porsches, Audis, Raptors, Teslas, and other nice rides. The Raptor I looked at was having really great work done so if a job comes off sub-par I hope it would be an isolated case Sync Wraps would address. In my case, I was pleased enough with them that I also had them handle powerder coating my wheels, and that turned out great as well. Do not take your car to these people. They completely messed up my car. When i first decided to take my car to this shop it was based off the reviews. So I felt good because the reviews were good. When i dropped off my car they said it would be ready in 1 week. After the week they said next week and that kept happening for 1 month. I was frustrated finally when i went to get my car it was in terrible condition. There was dirt under the wrap there was bubbling everywhere on the car. The car was terrible. I demanded them to fix it. They said to leave the car for another 2 weeks at which point I demanded my money back and for them to remove the wrap. While they were removing their wrap i noticed there was blade marks everywhere on the car and the paint they damaged the paint. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM THEY ARE FARUD. I went to Sync Wraps to get my windows tinted on my 2020 BMW M340i and to say the least Sync Wraps did a phenomenal job. I didn't have a ride for the day, so I stayed and waited for them to finish the job. In less than 3 hours they were able to finish an excellent job on the tint. Note truck was there for a simple wrap on the hood ? They some how got vinyl wrap stuck onto fender and while pulling vinyl of ripped some of the clear coat off of the original paint that was on the truck since 94! Called to get a quote for a wrap for a motorcycle, and trust me when I say this, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are over charging for wrap jobs that don't look good at all. Just check the reviews on here (Yelp) They wanted 1200 for a motorcycle, which I would rather get a paint job for that price. Awesome, OCD-level wrapping for a new Tesla! Jerry was super responsive and positive via the Yelp quote messaging system, as well as when answering my questions over the phone. I was on the fence about the wrap, and had planned on coming in to their sister shop (The Windows Tinting) for tint only. When I arrived, Chris showed me their vinyl options, as well as their process (they seem to design in Illustrator, cutting vinyl on an industrial cutter). I was initially hesitant because I had heard horror stories of poor wraps that were essentially precut kits (visible, untucked edges, etc). Chris quickly cut an example door handle piece and went to my car and demonstrated the fit and look. It was perfect, with enough material to wrap around almost completely (he explained that 100% wrap was not possible in all places without removing body components, something I wasn't comfortable with anyway). I was particularly impressed with Sync Wraps attention to common high-wear areas (door handles, motorized rear view mirrors).
