I was given Zinda and Son's name by a co-worker that has used them for years. I called and was told I could come by at any time for them to look over my SUV. My previous mechanic required an appointment almost a week out to get in. So I took my SUV to Zinda and they gave me a very reasonable estimate and tremendously lower than my previous mechanic. Ever get a call a month after the repair asking how your car is doing after the repair? Our Jeep Liberty's heater was not pumping out heat, until we were at freeway speeds. We took it…read moreinto this automotive shop. They kept the Jeep for a day and said they flushed the radiator, replaced the thermostat and temp sensor. Within two days, when we needed heat, it was still not working properly. We took it back, not happy that it wasn't fixed and we were out $822.00. The second fix was to replace the radiator. They said we cracked if after the first repair. There was 7 days in between the first repair and the 2nd! It never worked right after the first repair! They said the radiator was "rusted out" So how could it get rusted out in 7 days. They never said it was rusted out at the first visit!! 2nd repair was a new radiator and new coolant for $756. STILL DOESNT WORK RIGHT!!!
