I signed up when they were having a deal for the first month of premium washes for $20 - which was only $2 more than the car wash I was getting that day. After the first month I was billed $36 for the premium unlimited plan. Best believe I'm the kinda person that when you say unlimited - I say BET. With this membership I've been getting my car washed on an every-other-day basis. I come here for all the extras they got- microfiber towels, dash wipes, a floor mat cleaner, and compressed air along with their vacuums. I even came in with my partner in his car, mentioned to the attendant that I had an unlimited plan but with my car- and he still let us in for free because he was "with an unlimited member". I'm never going to let my partner live down the car wash clout that I have here. Seriously the best service- such a simple little thing but I love how everyone waves to you here. Everyone that works here just seem like good and happy people!

My husband pays the monthly wash deal. It pays itself after a couple washes a month. We hit this place at least once a week. Gotta keep the truck looking pretty, especially since it's white. We stopped in today for our weekly wash. As usual, staff that greeted us at the pay station was nice. Got us on our way. The employees in the wash tunnel did a great job washing the sides and getting any excess dirt off. The people drying off the cars are some of the hardest working people! They all do such an amazing job! From the tires to the window seals, they make sure there are no water droplets on it. I appreciate my husband always tipping them nicely for their hard work. They deserve it! There's another car wash right by us that hand washes cars too. But it's hard to take that chance for convenience when you know J's consistently does such a great job. My husband will always drive the extra couple miles to J's. Their service and hard work is hard to beat.

That excitement was short-lived. At the four Bluebird locations I have used in the past, the experience has always been the same: The attendant outside waves and smiles as you head to the member lane, the person inside waves and smiles and mouths a thank you and make you feel welcome. That's the opposite of Epic, where the outside employee was more interested in his cell phone than on customers entering the drive. And where the inside attendant didn't smile or wave, just motioned with his hand sign to keep moving forward. No thank you or smile when I reached the starting spot. The wash equipment itself was much older than what Bluebird uses and didn't seem to clean as well. My car was still wet when I left the blow dryers. I'd rather go out of my way to return to my regular Bluebird locations than to return to Epic. I hope the owners of Spotless Brands from Illinois, which bought the two Idaho chains last fall, concentrate on the Bluebird model and look to improve the Epic side of the business, which is far from epic, at least at this location.

I've reached out to the "business" and no answer, no call backs, and of course no email available. I'm not sure this place really qualifies as a "business" because that would entail actually interacting with your customers, and giving a damn. The self-wash seems to work, but I've never once seen any staff walking around, and the fact you can't contact them when you get overcharged is all the invitation I need to go elsewhere.

It is a black car that got caught in a small rain and some major dusting. Even though the car was dirty when I got it, I just can't turn it in that way. I explained to Jen my situation and she never even questioned me. She said, " let me open this thing up and get you on your way!" So, I gave her a candy and told her she is a "lifesaver!"
