After my regular cleaning person disappeared I of course came to my trusty Yelp and found this amazing company! My fellow yelpers definitely did not let me down! I called Heidi the day before and she was able to send her crew out the next day.... The communication was spot on, girls arrived on time, walked around to see the space, asked me what were my needs and got to work! And boy they left the place spotless!! One of the girls even found $5 while cleaning n put it on the table so definitely trust worthy people! I love this company!! They came on a Friday and on 1 days notice. Did an AMAZING job. I have a 5k sq foot house and they handled it in 3 hours. Bathrooms never looked cleaner. Based on the reviews I was excited to use their service. I called to scheduled a deep cleaning for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment and was confirmed a price. I work on Saturdays and left work to come let them in. The too ladies that came were very unprofessional and said they were told something different. I had a few clothes laying around and I went with them based on their pictures of dealing with rooms like mine. I asked them to put the clothes in the containers and I will go through them later. They made a big fuss and took pictures of my place and said they would not clean and left. I've never had a cleaning company treat me that poorly. The pictures they post are false advertising. They ask you to clean your house first which defeats the purpose of hiring them to begin with.when I called the main number to speak with the person I was texting, they did not answer. I JUST HAD THE PLEASURE OF READING THEIR RESPONSE AND ITS A LIE, THEY DID NOT MAKE ANOTHER DATE TO COME BACK NOR DID THEY WANT TO MAKE IT RIGHT! instead they insulted the condition of my 1 bedroom 1 apartment condo. I had never used a cleaning service before but when I researched on Yelp I saw the great reviews that synergy had. So I called and got a quote for a deep cleaning. I had bad tenants that had never cleaned in two years. I talk to Heidi she was extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with. They came out the next day first thing in the morning and cleaned the entire place. I couldn't be happier. The tub was so bad I didn't actually think they could get it clean but they did. The floors were sparkling clean which I didn't think was possible because the floors were old and the kitchen was extremely greasy and they got it all sparkling clean. After getting some quotes through yelp from three service providers I decided to give Synergy a try. Set up was all through text messaging since I gave a detailed explanation of what my needs were when I requested for a quote. With short notice Heidy was able to hook me up. Two wonderful and polite ladies came (I feel terrible that I can only recall one of their names) and did a great job. Each drawer/cabinet was emptied and cleaned thoroughly along with everything else they touched in the two rooms. Once the new year rolls around I will be using them regularly. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very disappointed with the service. Used them twice, as I thought they would do a better job the next time around. Considering I spoke to one of the owners regarding my expectations, of which nothing outside the norm. The first time they were in my home they were to do a deep cleaning, that DID NOT happen. My only special request was to make sure they wiped down the light switches and door trims. Not only was this not done, the patio was left a mess and I paid extra for. I even took pictures to show how they did NOT wipe down anything nor sweep; dust, cat litter, dirt on trims, etc.. The second time around....same thing no cleaning of the light switches, door trims, they put dirty dishes in the cubbard and home was left dusty throughout. I made my decision to use them based on the reviews on yelp, I'm now left wondering if any of the reviews are from real customers, since they've been in business for barely over two years and there's over 27 reviews, all of which are 5 stars. I was planning to use their service in my office, but after using them twice at home, I can't use them again. When I told her to take me off my biweekly scheduled cleaning due to the substandard work...her response was simply "OK! Sure. Thank You" Really? That's how you stand by your work? read more

My experience with this company was not a good one. I had clearly stated I wanted a deep cleaning of my house to prepare it for putting it I the market. The ladies were racing through my house doing a very sloppy job. In addition, they did not speak English so we had a language barrier on top of it all. I needed to clean my mom's condo (2 BDR 2 Bath) as it hadn't been cleaned in well over a year. A few rooms had very little furniture and was mostly decluttered but everything was dusty and sticky with a few stains here and there. The floors were all tiled and the toilets were new but one bathtub and all countertops were very dirty. I told Synergy that they did not have to clean the inside of the range, refridgerator or kitchen cabinets. They charged me $60 and hour and it took 2 people about 2 and 3/4 hours to clean everything I asked. In less than 3 hours they did a better job than I could have done in 3 days. Everything was very clean. It was the cleanest I've ever seen the condo. Even the outside of the cabinets were thoroughly cleaned. A professional and excellent job at a fair price. Would recommend them to anyone looking to clean a condo. I can see why they get so many 5 star reviews. read more
