He has been super responsive throughout the process. Our technician, Julio, arrived promptly, was friendly, and worked extremely efficiently. He quickly identified that our A/C, which was just blowing out air, had a non functional capacitor and contactor. Julio even showed us the faulty parts so we could verify the issue ourselves. I contacted Manny's Heating & Air Conditioning, and they were very responsive. Jerry from Manny's Heating & Air Conditioning was very professional and knowledgeable who diagnosed the problem within about 15 minutes, explained the repair clearly, asked for permission before performing each step, and verified the temperature and operation afterward. One important detail: my HVAC is a rooftop packaged unit with indoor access only through a master bedroom walk in closet. There are no building stairs to the roof, so the technician must bring a ladder and climb about 11 feet indoors. This unusual setup made it difficult for me to find a company willing to handle the access, but Manny's was able to take care of it without any issues. It has been 10 days since the repair, and the air conditioner is running normally again. The repair came with a standard 90 day warranty, but honestly the quality of the work mattered more to me than the warranty. I recommend this company.

The reason for the poor rating isn't their quality of work, it's their push back and excuses to avoid fulfilling any sort of warranty claim. Three instances over the last 6 years: 1. Shortly after one install the gas heater stopped working. They came out and said the gas company changed their pressure. Told me it was an "act of god" and charged me to adjust the regulator. Not covered under warranty. Ok 2. Two years after the other install the ac stopped. Told me it was a "wiring issue." I said "but you guys just installed the system and did all this wiring". Sent a different tech out. Turns out it just needed to be cleaned which I paid for. 3. Here's the one that got me the most and pushed me to write this review. Ac stopped working for my renters 6 years after install. The unit came with a 10 year part/labor warranty which I had in writing. They argued and argued with me that I didn't have any warranty left. Finally they realized they were wrong and we did still have warranty. But then the excuses started: oh you had the roof replaced so the warranty isn't valid. Then it was the name of my renter was on the invoice so it wasn't valid. They finally agreed to at least take a look. Turns out the renters dogs peed on the unit and damaged it but after asking three times they never gave me a quote to fix it. Went with a different company. They have potential to do really nice work. But their after install support needs major tweaking. Won't be using again.
