Synergy has been providing caregivers for us since November. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the entire staff and how punctual they are. All are attentive, caring and personable. In response to Saili the owner who just commented on my review I will reiterate that I DID NOT call the caregivers after their shift. I would never do that. In fact I have never called the caregivers on their cell phone at all. I was told by YOU that I am NOT TO CALL MY MOTHER AT HER HOME when the caregivers are there because the caregiver Donna wants it that way. My friend and my husband heard you tell me this, as you were on speakerphone. You know very well I did not do that as that is not my argument and you don't have any record nor do the caregivers that I have called them. You are speaking untruths and you know it. I have read other negative comments about your business. You must scroll further down. They are surely there. Pictures paint 1000 words and that is proof enough of which I have 3. I also have my husband to verify and my sister who you spoke to as well, where you forbid ANY contact with my mother when the caregivers are there. Your employee Stephanie was at the coffee shop too where we met discussing all the horrific practices going on with your 'caregivers'. She saw and heard you laughing at my concerns as to the 'care' my mother was given. And you are really trying to base your response on me calling the caregivers after their shift??? That is your only retort? And a lie, no less. People concerned for their family care, think twice and then run! read more

We contacted Synergy when we needed some one to help with a family member with memory issues. Saili did an onsite assessment of our particular needs. She was attentive,knowledgeable and a great wealth of information. The caregivers Synergy has provided are very professional and caring. Saili, and all of her staff (Staffing Manager, CareGivers, etc.) at Synergy Home Care, have treated my parents (Dad, nearly 90 and Mom, 85) with the utmost warmth, respect and responsiveness, especially needed during a time of high family stress, due to Dad's failing health issues. After a year or more of diligently building a caring relationship with our family, Saili responded immediately to our urgent 24x7 needs for Dad, who fell and fractured his hip, in addition to experiencing a deteriorating heart condition. During a period of 2 weeks, Dad had support from Synergy CareGivers around the clock, each of whom was on time for their shift, caring and responsive to my Dad's needs. I had a terrible experience with this agency. It was for a temporary 3-week replacement position and there were 6 shifts that were not covered. I was completely left to fend for myself and it was quite difficult for me to manage without help. Also, one of the caregivers did not do complete work. The quality of service from all the caregivers was terrible. I do not recommend them and I will never use this agency again. read more

The first caregiver was a disaster and I was told that it was my fault. The second caregiver has been great but she has not shown up as scheduled - not her fault. I was told by the office that they are very busy and she couldn't make it. I am not mobile and this is a serious issue. I consider this company to be very unreliable. read more
