Unfortunately, I made the mistake of backing into my garage door. I brought my Maserati over to Syosset autobody, and spoke with John, who gave me a few options on repairing the scratches. John was very transparent with the cost associated with both options, and instead of suggesting what would cost the most right off the bat, he instead suggested, trying to buff out the scratches first. John and the rest of his staff were extremely pleasant to work with throughout what could easily have been a very frustrating and stressful experience, had I gone to another body shop. I had damage done to the front of my car and was really stressed out trying to find the right place to get it repaired. John at Syosset Auto Body did a through assessment of the damage before giving me the best quote possible. It was much lower than any of the other places I'd tried, and many of those places didn't even bother assessing the damage properly. Ran into a fallen tree in the first snow this year. Luckily the tree fell right in front of me, not on top of the hood/roof. The front bumper was pulled out and totally loose when I backed up from the branches. I called the shop and drop off my car there. Paul took a look and suggested put the old bumper back instead of replacing it as my car is ~15 yrs old that doesn't worth to get a new one. Last week, I was sitting in my parked car in a parking lot waiting for my husband to come out when a car backed into the parking space next to my car and hit the side door. The damage was hard to assess when we had so many snowstorms. Last Saturday morning I drove to Syosset Body shop to get an estimate on the damage done. John listened to my story and reassured me that they will do everything to make it look perfect. John gave me a preliminary estimate to share with the person that hit my car. Last Monday I called John and he was able to take my car in on Wednesday and that the work would be completed by Thursday. Since I needed a rental, John was able to arrange enterprise to pick me up to get a rental. My car was ready for pick up on Thursday by lunch time! I drove the rental back to Syosset Auto Body shop, left the rental there for enterprise to get it from them. Everything was seamless, quick and easy. The entire experience at Syosset Auto Body was honest, professional and trustworthy. John was amazing! I also had the pleasure to meet Dave, John's brother, when I picked up my car.
