I was shocked after reading these reviews. System Pavers broke something by accident but then fixed it.....that's more than I could ask for. Its construction people, relax. My wife and I had been looking for a company that understands pavers. We had done a ton of research and had multiple bids on our driveway and front entrance to our home. Most of the "companies" that came out to bid the project looked like they were working out of a pick up. Two of the guys never even measured my area but simply created a number out of thin air. I waited weeks for two of the estimates to get "emailed to me". None of the contractors we talked to even went over the process of how things would be installed. Shane from System Pavers came out weeks into our process when we had about given up hope. We heard they were expensive so we originally were not going to look at them as an option. I would have regretted that very much. Shane was great and explained what they were going to do step by step. He went over my property with great care to make sure there was nothing we were missing and that his pricing was accurate. He helped us with the design and choosing the right stones for our house. The price was higher then a couple of the bids but at the end we bit the bullet and decided to go with System Pavers. My only complaint was that they took about 6 weeks to get out and start my project but we were warned up front and it was busy season so I cant complain too much. From start to end our project manager Jason was fantastic. He came every day of the 6 day project to make sure things were going smooth. The crew was awesome and everyone was friendly and "spoke English". The salesman even came by to make sure things were good. We only put down a small portion of a very expensive project and were able to wrap some of the balance into a finance plan. The finished product looks absolutely amazing and I don't regret spending a little extra in the least. Im not saying that someone else wouldn't have done a good job, but from our experience and the landscapers who came out to bid on it, I think System Pavers is unmatched, at least in Denver. When we had our home exterior refinished, I used a guy that saved me a lot of money and hired subs. Once the work started, he collected and we never seen him again. Needless to say it was a hack-job. we learned a valuable lesson and we will never go cheap on an expensive home project again. You get what you pay for. Thumbs up to all the folks at system pavers. We are very pleased with the artificial turf installation with System Pavers. I highly recommend. From start to finish: professional, excellent communication, and high quality work. John A was very thoughtful and easy to bounce ideas off of prior to initiation of work. He stayed in communication with me throughout and guided us through what to expect and when. Project manager Josh R updated the plan to on initial walkthrough to include additions that I initially thought would be out of reach. Once the work began, he was the primary contact with regular updates. They made it happen. Although we are early in use, I am confident in the durability of the turf installation. Josh immediately noticed a concerning area for historical water runoff against a house. In fact it was creating a sink hole that required multiple dirt "fill ins" and he could tell. He additionally added protection and a fix (multiple feet of extra pipe given the yard) to that issue to avoid any continued damage, thus adding longevity to the entire project. That gave us peace of mind in such a small space. Afterall, with such a long warrantee and how long this company has been operating, they surly rather do it correctly up front. In other words, they did it right. I'm not confident others would have gone above and beyond to the extent they did to make sure every component was installed properly and that it would last. These guys have expertise through multiple years of experience on such projects, and it showed. The work itself is beautiful. What I didn't expect was how easy it was to communicate with the team and what a difference that made. I now understand the difference between quality professional work with easy communication that comes with it as opposed to simply going with the lowest bid. The communication was not only for us but others that had questions about the proposed work. My wife and I have commented on how happy we are that we chose them. Absolutely worth the mild difference in price for multiple aspects. Don't make whatever you are doing more stressful. Get these guys on the job and let them "do it as if it were their own house". I'm looking for other projects that would fall under their scope and am recommending them to friends in the area. We had pavers and turf done at our Denver house - overall, the final product is fairly average, but one thing seriously rubbed me the wrong way. I don't think I'll be using System Pavers again or be recommending their services to anyone. Blake, the woman who came to my house to sell the job to me (and ultimately was the designer) was fantastic - very responsive, very flexible and understood our objectives for the project - she did a great job working through a few different design options with us and we landed on a very practical design that we love. She was pushy in trying to get me to sign the contract on the same day, but I guess you expect this. However, things turned south during installation. At the beginning of construction, we realized that the design was 4 feet short (mutual miscommunication between me/them) and didn't include a drain that was promised for free if I signed the contract the same day (which I did). Blake and the job manager said they would "take care of me" to fix the issues with the design (whatever that means), but then later that week, the job manager texted me that unless I preemptively posted positive reviews on a bunch of websites before the work began (he sent me links to where he wanted the reviews posted), it would be around $1000 change order to address these issues. I asked him to delay the crew from working until the situation was resolved, but he still sent the workers and refused to have them leave my property even after multiple requests to do so. The only way they would leave is when I told them I was going to call the police. This felt so uncomfortable and the job manager totally crossed a line by trying to intimidate me by having the crew trespass on my property - a complete violation of trust and comfort you put in a company working in your house. This put a huge stain on my experience working with System Pavers and I would caution everyone here that some of these reviews may be paid. Eventually the situation was promptly resolved once the original salesperson got involved, but this was such an uncomfortable and frustrating situation we were put in (and I did end up paying for the change order). Also note that they promised us and our friends each a referral payment, which is also on their website and neither of us ever received it. l WOULD STEER CLEAR. read more

I recently purchased a paired home in Aurora, which required landscaping a side yard. In the process of finding someone to do this, I saw a yard sign for System Pavers. I called, and I am so happy I chose to do so. My first appointment was with Kelly, a design consultant. Since I hadn't any clue as to what I would want, he kindly spent between 6-8 hours, over 2 appointments, to assist me. We agreed upon a plan which included pavers and artificial turf. He suggested the turf, as he knew my two small dogs would enjoy their own area. This plan was way better than anything I could have imagined. Kelly's awesome ideas, and his construction experience and knowledge, were certainly a plus in getting this design completed. We agreed on a price which was totally reasonable, and he even provided a starting date for the work. My next appointment included Kelly and the project manager, Zak. Zak reviewed the design while looking at my side yard, and answered all the questions and concerns that I had. He indicated it would only take 2 days to complete the project, and confirmed the start date. To my surprise, Zak called to say that he was starting the project 2 days early. That usually never happens. Zak and his team arrived as scheduled. His workers were hard working, professional, and skilled individuals. Zak was in constant contact, to provide updates and answer questions, if needed. Within the time frame specified, the team had finished a beautiful patio side yard for my home! Everything was perfect and the appearance and quality of work was even better than I had imagined. As for the Project Manager, Zak, I could not have asked for a better person! He was courteous, kind, concerned, knowledgeable, and a friendly individual. I was very fortunate to have him on my project. I am very impressed with System Pavers and its employees. System Pavers (SP) installed a large paver patio and walkway in our back yard. The design process was quick and fairly simple as it complemented the general footprint of our previous deck and flagstone walkway. We wanted to hire a company who specialized in pavers and stood by their work. SP has been around for a couple decades in the Denver area and offers a 25 year workmanship warranty - by far the best we found. The construction was a smooth, seamless experience with the workers typically arriving around 7:30 am and working until about 5:45 pm (dark). The crew's teamwork was simply amazing to see. I watched a neighbor undertake a similar project (DIY) and it took him about 2 years to complete - he worked on it every day and even hired a hand or two on occasion. The SP crew completed the job in about 6 days, usually only stopping for lunch breaks here and there. What was even more impressive is they started two days after a big snow storm and had another lighter storm come during the middle of the process. Jesus, our project manager, was on point with managing the job and offering advice on our plans for future usage of the patio. He dropped by at least once every day to check in on the project and coordinate any changes we made. If it weren't for him, we wouldn't have been able to accommodate the new pergola we ordered, nor the hot tub we plan on getting in the near future. His communication was by far the best I have ever dealt with when contracting work out on my house. We still have a lot of work to do to get our backyard in prime condition, but System Pavers got us off to a great start! read more

We had been stalling on replacing our 13 year old large concrete slab/flagstone patio which had broken and heaved because the job seemed overwhelming in scope and expense. Knowing that we did not want to invest in another slab patio, we finally called System Pavers Denver and had a project designer/manager visit us at our home. Josh could not have been more thorough in his recommendations and design. He quickly put us at ease and scheduled a visit for us at their showroom so that we could pick out the right paver stones and colors. Josh educated us on which stones he believed would work best for our application. He explained the entire build up process in detail and was able to provide us with a very fair price that was in line with two other quotes we had received from other companies within the past couple of years. We were completely at ease with the project concept because of Josh. The project was scheduled to begin in mid December and take 5 to 6 days. Weather (snow storm) was the only thing to delay the start of the project, which began right after Christmas. Kyle was the project foreman and he was very professional with constant communication with us and made sure to follow up in person or via phone each evening to discuss the progress. The job took 5 long days (as promised) and the crew was excellent. The craftsmanship was meticulous. The patio looks fantastic and adds value to our home. System Pavers layed a well made, beautiful tile driveway at my home in January 2025! The workman were very skilled and were quick to complete the job. Right about the time they completed my driveway, I discovered water problems in my sewage system located in the upper 3rd of my driveway. I was not sure if System Pavers caused this sewage problem or not. I met with the project manager and forman to discuss same. It was decided that System Pavers would remove 1/3 of upper driveway where the sewage line was located and that a local Plumber Company would repair or replace the sewage line. The sewage line did need replacing & that it was found that it was not System Pavers fault. A reliable plumber service company replaced the sewage line at my expense & then System Pavers agreed to remove and replace 1/3 of the upper driveway at no expense to me., which was so very much appreciated. We had some snowy days, but when the snow disappeared, S.P. was back on the job to replace 1/3 of the upper driveway, which made me so very happy. I now can charge and park my car in the garage and have a very beautiful driveway. System Pavers forman and workmen were very easy to work with and the workers exceptionally skilled, polite and cleaned up in a fine fashion after completing my beautiful driveway. Plus, I still have a 25 year warranty which I can pass onto the next owner of my home. "System Pavers knocked it out of the park!! When we bought our home last year, the first thing I knew I wanted to do was renovate the patio area. It was an awkward DIY from the previous owners. We now had a large space to enjoy and entertain on, and I couldn't wait to transform it. The entire process from start to finish was seamless! Kyle was the designer, and helped bring my idea to life! After a few years my 1,000 square foot system paver patio was sinking an inch or two below the perimeter "wall"... so about 2 to 3 foot all around the edge of the patio. I'll be honest and admit that I didn't know how it could be fixed and didn't have experience with whether they would honor their warranty. After a little mix up on communication, we connected. They literally arrived within the next day or two. I was out of town and was concerned that they would say it can't be repaired. I called my wife that evening and asked what System Pavers said about the patio. She said "oh, they fixed it". I was confused... there was no way they could fix it in one day, how did they schedule that?? I was eager to get home to see what it looked like. It looks new. They evened it all back to a flat surface, every thing lines up, they re-sanded all the grout, and left it in clean and like-new condition. My sincere apologies for doubting System Pavers. They are now my favorite 5-star company because for me it isn't about how good a job is when it's done (and it was good), it's how the company responds in the future to keep you satisfied. System Pavers are not the cheapest product for a patio, but I had already poured one stamped concrete patio that failed when I decided to upgrade to System Pavers. For the past three years our front entryway had been deteriorating, was separating from the foundation and generally was in need of repair. I had filled cracks for two seasons with cement to try and avoid full replacement. In the summer of 2018 my wife and I began looking into alternatives to cement. After looking at 6 companies, checking references etc., we made an appointment with a representative of System Pavers. Being skeptical of all contractors, I was prepared for the "hard sale" or some lame pitch. What we got was a pleasant sit down meeting, a walk through of our needs, almost unlimited options on materials and a more than reasonable discount on our project. For my wife and I, the selection of available materials, the quality of the stone, the warranty/guarantee of materials and workmanship, in addition to the professional, yet relaxed approach of our sales person put this company on top of our list. We delayed our work schedule for six months, which was our choice and when the crew came to do the work, they were professional, considerate, NOT IN A HURRY-which means they did the best possible work, our job wasn't put on hold because they had "other jobs" scheduled at the same time, and they checked in with me both days to make sure they were meeting my expectations. Here's the good the bad & the ugly Good: -Great communication to the point of annoying. In my case the salesman, two people from the home office and the helpful Project Manager. -Did the work in 2 days, despite a very rough patch of lawn to work with. Let's hope that 2 days doesn't translate into bad work - Their website is easy to use and they are very clear on what you are getting and how it will look. Also they keep you up to date on their scheduling. - Financing was easy. - The patio looks great Bad: - Additional fees. They are going to charge you extra for disposal of grass, dirt, rock & roots. They'll even offer to finance it. - Know that these 5 star reviews are written before the job is complete. They offer a discount on the disposal fee if you write them a good review early "So their boss knows that they're doing a good job" - They'll use some high pressure tactics to get you to sign offering all sorts of percentages off. Ugly - They piled 8 inches of dirt and rock up against the siding of my house. I think to ensure proper drainage, but dirt & siding absolutely don't mix. They offered to fix it, but I've been down that road before and said "no". - In doing so, they buried all my ground cover in that area. I had told the helpful Project Manager that i had plantings there, but I don't belive helpful Project Manager was actually there during the installation. read more

My experience with System Pavers was excellent. The initial meeting was informative and thorough and all my concerns were addressed up front. The 0% financing was a great incentive but I was particularly happy with the cost including removing all the concrete in my back area which was cracked and uneven. The design of my patio, the color of the pavers, the various sizes arranged in a seemingly random pattern was stunning and coordinated with the blond brick of my house yet enhance all the flagstone paths I had leading away from the patio. I can't say enough good things about the crew who did all the work. They were amazing! They arrived on time, removed the bulk of the concrete by hand, only using a jack hammer for the stairs and over 6" thick concrete in one area. They cleaned up each day and were efficient in delivery of the materials and staging while completing the demolition. The patio was hand laid, including the steps to my patio door, and everything was completed on time. The project manager came to the site every day and reviewed the work, spoke with me, and ensured all was going well. The prep of the area before laying the pavers was extensive and reassuring. Having had 3 floods over a 4 year period in my town, I needed a solid and appropriately leveled (for water runoff) patio. The guarantees matter to me and I will rely on them as needed. read more

Working with System Pavers was a great experience from start to finish. Nate came out to our house and spent nearly 2 hours on the initial visit going through our options and the different ways we could approach our project. He walked us through all the different pavers and showed us different styles and what they would look like. After selecting SP, Nate came out to our house again for over an hour laying out the pavers we selected in a small grouping to ensure we could see what our patio would look like. Nate was in contact with us throughout the process and constantly kept us up to speed on the schedule (our installation actually moved up a week, which was nice). Our PM, Andrew, then came out to our house and walked us through the process and made sure everyone was on the same page ahead of any work happening. Andrew was always in contact with us and checked in with us multiple times a day asking if we had questions or concerns about any of the work. The crew that worked on our patio was very professional and cleaned up our yard daily when they finished their work for the day. We are so happy with our new patio and it looks great! The communication throughout the process was awesome and we never had to seek out anyone with questions because both Andrew and Nate were always checking in with us. I used System Pavers based on a recommendation from a neighbor that had used them on several projects a few years ago. They had System Pavers come back for some minor repairs under the warranty and had no issues. Nate was my first contact for the initial visit, estimate and design. He was very clear on the pricing and offered different suggestions in the layout. Once the project was scheduled, Travis was the project manager and provided daily communication on the status of the work. Travis, Nate and myself met a few days prior to the start of work to go over the final layout and to make sure everyone was on the same page. This is extremely important when starting a project. They had a cancellation and were able to start on my back patio project a month early. There was some coordination with my carpenter contractor in replacing the column posts that hold up patio roof, (we were changing the elevation of the patio floor), but we were able to get it worked out. The work has been done for a couple weeks now, so I will see how everything holds up, but so far I'm very happy with the final product. My only complaints were the small amount of trash (water bottles, pop cans, etc) left laying around the property, and the bottom edge of my siding got beat up somewhat, from their plate compactors. What a wonderful change! A company that has professionals who show up, follow up, are available for you, and who actually care. I came across System Pavers as my mom had hired them for her backyard and it looks A-MAZING! So, I also hired System Pavers! First, there's Blake (design consultant). She deserves a patience award. We must have changed my backyard design a good ten times due to me being indecisive (or we can say continually creative) and to fit the project into my budget. Blake was always supportive, flexible, and genuinely excited about my project. Next, was Josh (project manager). At this stage of the project, Josh went over a few things I needed to make decisions on and he explained the project process/timeline very well. He came to the project site every day to ensure each step of the project was on point. Josh was very knowledgeable, available when needed, and dedicated to my satisfaction of the project. Following, was Javier (construction lead). He oversaw his extremely skilled and hardworking team. This crew was absolutely the best! They were respectful, cleaned up every day and well, just look at what they did! The gratitude I have for Blake, Josh, Javier and his team, is immense. Our old flagstone patio was falling apart - flagstones were moving so they were uneven and the flagstones at the edges were becoming unattached. After getting proposals from a several firms for a variety of replacement patios, we choose System Pavers. Although more expensive than other systems (concrete, flagstone, etc.), we chose System Pavers because they offered a 25-year warranty against movement. The work was completed in March and with our backyard getting little sun that time of year, we were concerned with schedule and quality of work in the winter. However, System Pavers did an excellent job for us. The crew was fantastic - they kept the site clean, even power washing the street after using up materials. They were extremely diligent in completing the various phases of the work, even when the weather was cold and it was uncomfortable working outside. They completed the work ahead of schedule and the finished product is awesome. The project manager for System Pavers was also excellent - he worked with us to ensure we got the patio exactly as we wanted, and had the crew stack some of the old flagstone so our daughter could take it and we could avoid putting it in a landfill.
