My patio looks great, I LOVE it!

My patio looks great, I LOVE it! The process was painless from financing to completion! From construction start to finish in about 48 hours! I recommend.

Amazing transformation quality work on time. looks amazing. The guys worked from 8 o'clock in the morning to 6 o'clock at night Thank you so much.

Working with the System Pavers team was a wonderful experience. It started with James, who came out to the house to consult with me on the project, take measurements and pictures so he could provide 3D renderings, and a quote. When we saw the design we were instantly hooked and booked the project. He handed us off to Alex, our Project Manager, who oversaw the entire process from start to finish. His communication on timeline was clear, and he consulted with us when there were design decisions we had to make. The crew was also amazing. They worked tirelessly, kept the project site tidy, and completed on schedule. System Pavers is an extremely professional operation, and I would recommend them to any one looking to transform their yard into something magical.

Our newly constructed home in Aurora Highlands had no landscaping of any kind in the back yard when we moved in. We interviewed with at least 3 landscaping companies. System Pavers's Elizabeth Peacock spent maybe an hour and a half going through differnt possiblities in the design phase. Within a couple of days she sent us basic concept drawings for the project. Even more importantly, she was very patient with our many questions we had through emails and a visit to the SP store. The other landscaping companies wanted us to pay upfront for design drawings; SP didn't. Once we decided for sure to go with SP, the project manager spoke with us about next steps. The construction phase went well and took less than a week to finish a paver patio with fire pit, artificial turf, and a retaining wall in the front yard. We haven't found any problems with the work so far but they do have warranties if we do find something that needs attention. It should be noted that SP doesn't plant trees or plants nor do they set up sprinkler systems. For that work, we are going to use another landscaper.

Couldn't be happier with our experience using System Pavers, and working with Mike and James.

It has been 10 years since last we lived in Denver area. At that time I did research on turf used primarily for dog use. What I found was the number of holes per square foot was essential in the turf as well as the multilayered installation process. System pavers used a product and process that accomplished this. Consequently, ten years later and a move back to CO, we called upon System Pavers once more. This time we have another "postage stamp" yard and we were so pleased that even though tiny they could still do the job. Communication with the team members was flawless with the "portal" and phone. Jim, project designer, has great ideas and listens carefully to what you may need. Alex, project manager, is able to do a walk through prior to installation, helping the install crew to be on the same page when they arrive on a designated day. MaryMae kept us all going in the same direction with communication when inclement weather played a part with install dates. The install was just as remembered. The crew is professional, courteous and diligent. If you want a job done right as well as beautiful, then look no further. You have found your company in System Pavers.

    The backyard patio being built.

We are in the middle of our new paver patio project. The crew from System Pavers have been awesome. The patio looks amazing and we can't wait for the rest to be completed.

    Completed hardscape with lighting

We worked with System Pavers to redo the hardscape in our backyard, and we are very pleased with the outcome. We first met with Jim, who was patient with us as we figured out what we wanted to do and never pushed us to close the deal. Alex and Jorge were our project managers, and both were very communicative and even coordinated the services of electrician for us. Galvan and his crew were prompt and clearly took pride in their work. We ended up having two contracts, and Mary Mae was helpful in figuring out payments. Overall, we love our backyard and feel relieved that we can call System Pavers in the next 25 years and have any issues resolved.

After it was taken over by weeds and dug up by our schnauzer a few too many times, it was time to do it right. Cody came out for an estimate and design consultation. He is such a great guy who explains how it all works, gives you a reasonable number of options (helpful for me to not have information overload), and gets things moving. And for the work itself, these guys work hard and nonstop when the job begins. They show up on time and work full speed from morning until evening to get the job done. They build the patios in ways that work for Colorado weather, and they actually specialize in pavers, instead of a landscape company that doesn't do these types of patios nonstop. Paver patios are not cheap, but they're also not something you should do on your own unless you absolutely know what you're doing. If you're looking at redoing your outdoor space or patio, you should absolutely give these guys a look.

Our assigned project manager, Jeremy, was friendly and very professional, had insurance and license info ready at hand when asked, produced a reasonable quote, and did great follow up. The work crew, Freddy and Rigo, were absolutely fabulous.... Neatly and properly dressed, super courtesy while quietly working with the least amount of noise possible, never yelling or blasting music or slamming things around, and they were industrious throughout the day despite the 100 degree heat. These guys were very respectful of the property, demonstrated attention to detail in their work: measuring twice, using levels to make the wall perfect, were careful when moving equipment and product, and when using tools/machinery. They also cleaned up the job site... cleaner than when they first arrived! They didn't damage any plants, and left not a trace of their presence. With other companies and contractors, I have found water bottle caps, candy wrappers, cigarette butts, trampled flowers, bark kicked out on sidewalks, manufacturer stickers/labels laying around from products used or installed, nails or stains left on various surfaces; but this crew of Little Guy Pavers was just the opposite, and just excellent! See the attached before and after photos. Thank you!

This has been the most disappointing and frustrating experience interacting with a contractor, in…read moremy entire life. I definitely do not recommend. I was referred to Daysi, of Leaves, and contacted her by phone call, initially on Saturday 4/12. She texted me that she'd call me back, I waited, then she never did. Then she asked for my address, via text, without any phone call, consult, or explanation, such that I had no idea what she was going to do with my address. Was she scheduling an in-person walk-through? Was she looking up the size of my backyard, using publicly available information, to approximate the size of my backyard lawn to mow? I truly had no idea, given her poor communication. She also never told me her name, initially, forcing me to do all the work in our communication / endless text chat, which I found unbelievably exhausting. The only reason I stayed the course with her, was because she was recommended by a contractor who I highly trust. I continued waiting, patiently, for her to get her act together, then followed up with her, again, on Friday 5/2, given she'd read my texts, then fail to reply, so - yet again - I did her job for her, and asked her her working days/hours, to facilitate a better response from her. She never replied, or answered this question - directly. It started to become abundantly clear she was never going to call me. I returned back to the contractor who I highly trust, and asked him if he could move things forward with her. He did. 3.5-weeks later, we finally scheduled an in-person walk-through for my grass/lawn mowing, and side yard estimate, for Tue 5/6 at noon. Then it rained that day, and she asked about canceling. I have multiple medical issues, so I didn't want to delay any further. I said, I was still up to meet in the rain, if she was, and I politely offered her an umbrella. We discussed my grass mowing, she told me to name the price - which was also surprising & strange, so I asked my boss for his business case / pricing - then shared it with her, to modify for the size of my yard, which she did, and it was a fair price. She told me she'd send me an estimate, with options, for the side yard. I was expecting a normal estimate, I receive, from my normal contractors. An emailed PDF, with options, like I receive from my HVAC, electrician, plumber, for me to consider, then select, then sign, then schedule, then move forward. What I got instead was an incessant, inefficient, random, inconsistent, stream of texts, in a totally disorganized manner, with multiple photos of unlabeled plants, so of which were not according to my request, or even right for the side yard, per our discussion, and my requirements. Worse? We finally scheduled the lawn aeration, fertilizing, re-seeding, and grass mowing for tomorrow, Fri 5/16, from 8-10am, such that I take off work this entire week, to get a ton of home infrastructure projects completed, including this initial lawn mowing, given I don't trust her, so I want to be focused for the first time. I text her to confirm on Monday 5/12, she reads my texts all week - never responding, then less than 12-hours before our scheduled appointment, she comes up with a lie, that allegedly her equipment won't fit through my gate, when she saw both the gate and knows her equipment during our in-person walk-through over 1-week ago. Something is suspicious, and not adding up. If you want to waste 1-month & 3-days, being disrespected - to your face, and having all your free time wasted, contact this "business". She also never listened to me about requesting rock for the side yard, instead of mulch, or answered my questions about pruning the bushes she recommended, and she only gave me two options, none of which were what we discussed in-person, or what I wanted. This was a truly terrible experience, and one of the most unprofessional experiences with someone alleging to be a business, in my entire life, with time I don't have.

He was also very communicative about getting our project scheduled (BONUS: he was able to get us started sooner than originally planned). His crew is some of the nicest people too. My son was running a fever for the few days they were working on our yard and they asked about how he was doing each day (one gentleman even asked if he could pray over him which was so unexpected and nice). They are considerate of your space. At the end of each work day, they sweep up and consolidate their tools to one area so it doesn't feel like you're in a construction zone. The finished product is very polished and well done. When there were things I wanted adjusted or trimmed a little bit more, Josh was very agreeable and happy to oblige. And yes, I was that high maintenance client who had a request to add more flagstone AFTER they were done and they were so great to get a team out the next day to make that little addition. And how often does a project come in under budget?? Was nice to see that they are very precise in what they do. After the project is done, Josh takes measurements of the actual work and adjusts to actuals which made our project come in a little under budget (yay!). I would happily work with them again!

We are excited for him to work on the back yard projects soon. Thank you for what you did for our front yard!!!
