I met with Jon, together we were able to plan out and negotiate a reasonable price. Although not the cheapest estimate I received, I decided to use System Pavers due to the size of my job and their company's reputation. I do not regret this decision at all. The crew arrived on time and completed the project earlier than estimated. Cesar, the project manager, was responsive to all my concerns and questions. On site, Mirna ran the crew. They also assisted with installing a plumbing pipe that was not included in the project. My project was a large 4-5 car downslope driveway. We've had our pavers for a while and our design is the envy of the neighborhood. Over time, there's been the occasional issue that needed attention. Since these pavers are a legitimate investment in the property, I've always called System Pavers to assess and fix if necessary. Cesar is my guy and even if I haven't spoken to him in a year, he always gets back to me within an hour. Just this past winter, we had some other work done around the house and we accidentally cut the power lines to the lighted entry steps. I called Cesar direct and he had a guy out within the week. The guy was able to fix the mistake I made and everything is back to being awesome. A lot of companies have crappy customer service but Riverside System Pavers is the exception. They arrived early on the scheduled day, and would have completed the entire project in one day except that it rained and they couldn't put down the grouting sand when it was wet. They installed a new drain that connected to our screenroom downspout, fixed a leak in our irrigation system, and disabled our no longer needed lawn sprinklers. Mr. Alvarado was easy to contact and ensured that everything ran smoothly. We are very pleased with the end result. Although the price was a bit higher than other bids, the 25 year warranty that System Pavers provides gives us peace of mind that our patio will last for as long as we're in this house. read more

I had initially laid sod in my back yard and with plans to lay a concrete patio. I did some research and found for the best return of investment in my home would be pavers. Concrete will eventually crack, stamped concrete is better, but the best ROI is pavers. I also think it looks the best. Did some researching of paver companies and was impressed with System Pavers quality of work and importantly the 25 year warrenty. I also recommend them if you are dealing with an HOA. My sales rep Mike Shanas was able to get all the paperwork together for the HOA. Project plans, drainage lines to the street, insurance, etc. He also would follow up with the HOA to help expedite the approval. My Husband and I, hired systems pavers for a complete backyard remodel around an already existing pool. It entailed a fire-pit, custom BBQ island, pool deck pavers and patio pavers. At first there were hiccups, however, they were due to communication issues on both sides. Once those issues were resolved, things began to run smoothly along the way. The entire project took about 8 months to complete but that included rain delays and a few 'redos'. Systems Pavers were professionals at fixing any issues that were brought up--we did bring up a few. Caesar was the foreman and project manager. Cesar was on top of everything by communicating with my husband on a daily basis, when needed. When there was something that didn't seem right or was not what we expected, we notified Cesar and he immediately took action to ensure the issue was taken care of by making adjustments. Overall, we are very pleased with the work from System Pavers. I consider our project a larger one and I do think there would have been issues, no matter who we hired, but in the end what matters is that our issues were resolved to our satisfaction.
