We were in a bad situation and just asked them to get it done. The techs spent 3 hours (generous) cleaning up the residual and cutting a hole in the ceiling. We had a dehumidifier for 2 days. Total charge $1800. 3 hours of work and say 3 hours of associated time means they charge me $300/hour for the picture below. Make your own conclusions. Update: the owner did reduce the invoice 20% but I still feel this isn't justified for the amount of work done. The invoice had 'After Hours' on basically every line item despite the work being complete during normal business hours. Really all the techs did was cut a 2x4 hole in my ceiling and clean up. There was very little water remediation required.

I called RestoreX, someone came the next day, great! It's now 4 days later and nothing. No, I'm not following up. Either they're too busy or disorganized, either way I don't want to proceed. Not sure why they're rated highly. Im very distraught over what happened and obviously they don't care. Will now have to start over with a different company.

I would never use ServiceMaster again, and honestly, I would not have used their service at all if…read morethey had not been referred by my insurance company. When the technician came to my house, he asked me to sign an agreement on his phone and assured me that I would never receive any invoice or bill from them, my insurance company will be fully responible for the cost . Then asking me to read and sign the long writing agreement on his mobile phone? Asking me to read the agreement on a phone and sign? OKAY, I trust them, and it was my fault and I signed it. Today (April 4) I received an invoice stating that payment is due by April 6. They charged $2,500 just to set up two dehumidifiers in my house. They said they would come back and pick them up after 3 days, but they never did. I had to follow up myself and ended up calling them three separate times to ask them to pick up their machines. Every time I called, the customer service rep just said, "I have your concern in our system, and someone will reach out to you." So basically, you end up waiting at least 1-2 days just to get a response back. Because they failed to come back on time and never explained whether I should turn the machines off, I let them run continuously for 6 straight days. This resulted in an additional $350+ electricity bill. The communication and customer service were extremely poor. It feels like all they care about is finding every possible way to charge you. For the payment method, you can pay by credit card but there will be 3.5% processing fee. The other way is to mail a check to them, but they didn't provide the mailing address. It's 2026, I didn't know people still use mail for payment. Be prepared for all these troubles if you want to use their service.

After 2 years and almost no problems I can strongly recommend Go Green Think Clean for your business cleaning needs. The few times that we have had any issues I have called the owner, Karen and she has taken care of everything immediately and that has only happened a few times in 2 years. We also seemed to get different janitors every few weeks when we worked with other companies, but with Go Green Think Clean the same people come every week. The price has always been good and they have never raised it so they are a great value also. I highly recommend them.

Gabriella has been cleaning out home for over a year and it has changed my life!!! The first time…read moreshe came, she gave me multiple quotes depending on the frequency of visits and extent of service which allowed me to determine how to fit this necessary luxury into my budget. We worked it out so that at each visit, she does all the basics and rotates one extra task, like the oven or the fridge. A few years ago, I used a different service which I found on Yelp, but it was hard to get a regular day/time and what I thought was a single person was actually a crew. Since someone different came out each time, it was really hard to have any consistency and messages often got lost. Having a direct line to Gabriella has been great and means that we always have clear communication about expectations on both sides. Plus, it is important to me that I am supporting a woman-owned business in my local community (Richmond). My husband and I are both teachers, so we don't have a lot of extra money, but having Gabriella take such good care of our house has been a dream, especially now that it has become our office and gym and kids' school. On top of that, she has been careful to follow strict precautions during COVID. I know that her family means everything to her and I appreciate that she also wants my family to stay healthy. She comes on a day that we can all be away for a few hours, brings all her own equipment, and wears a mask the whole time she is in the house. Feel free to message me if you want more details, but I can promise you that you'll love coming home to a Gabriella-cleaned home as much as I do!!

When she got here, she looked through the entire house then started. She said she would clean over 2 days, and both days said she would have an assistant with her. She showed up both days without one, but I understood as it was short notice. She did a good job deep cleaning the 2.5 bathrooms, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. She was agreeable to all my cleaning requests, and while that was appreciated, I was surprised as she was slow and I couldn't imagine her finishing the 3rd floor on time. As expected, the 3 bedrooms were very rushed. Overall, I was still happy with the service, and I paid her $275. At the end of the 2 day cleaning, I asked her to come back monthly for $200, which she agreed to. Then I asked her what her price would be if she came more often, let's say twice a month. She quoted me $100 per visit and I agreed. I told her she can deep clean 1 floor each time and lightly clean the 2 other floors, and she agreed (unlike the first time when she deep cleaned all 3 floors for $250). Fast forward 2 weeks, I message her to confirm our time. She started quoting me completely different pricing. I run a small business myself and can understand if she felt the job is too big for her and she may have under-charged/over-promised; however, what I can not stand is the unprofessionalism and the gaslighting that she tried to pull of as if I was confused by what we discussed.

I hired this company for a move‑in cleaning based on what their website advertised. My booking…read moreemail confirmation came from "CA Maids," and the reply‑to address was PacificMaids.com, which was confusing but I proceeded. Before booking, I spoke with a male representative who confirmed that inside‑appliance cleaning was included in the move‑in package. When the cleaners arrived, I even saw them cleaning the inside of the fridge, so I had no reason to think inside appliances cleaning was not included. After we moved in, I discovered the bottom fridge vent was still extremely dirty. I sent a video to Ava and received no response. When I called to follow up, Ava told me inside‑appliance cleaning was not included and insisted she was the one who spoke with me initially and told me this. She also said the cleaners were "no longer with the company," but that she would reach out to them and call me back. She never did. When I pointed out that their website clearly lists "appliance deep clean" under the move‑in package, Ava told me the website was wrong and needs to be updated. Throughout the conversation, Ava's tone suggested that I had misunderstood their services, rather than acknowledging that their own information was inconsistent and that the issue needed to be remedied. There was no accountability and no effort to correct the situation. Only after I said I would leave a review and not use them again did she offer a discount on a future cleaning -- which does nothing to address the job I already paid for. We spoke about a week or so ago, and the website is still not updated. The website, the staff's actions, and what she was telling me all contradict each other. The cleaning itself was fine, initial communication was nice and timely, but the inconsistent information, and lack of follow‑through after the issue was raised were unacceptable. I would not recommend this business.
