The main reason I picked this company, aside from the good reviews, was that they had a website with detailed info and an email to contact them. I was surprised at how many inspection companies only provided a phone number and not an email. I asked John numerous question through emails. He always replied quickly and answered all my questions. I dealt with John mainly by emails since I didn't want the hassle of back and forth phone calls and I wanted to have all the info in front of me to look at and compare. As far as the inspection, it wasn't too complicated because it is a brand new home. But John gave us some good tips and was very professional. He found several items to repair, including a cracked window, shower with no hot water, rotted siding, clogged drains and most importantly, showed where there was hail damage to the roof and fence.
