From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcome and taken care of. Although I'm sure all of their stylists are wonderful, I was incredibly lucky to work with Isabel, and I truly cannot give her enough praise. She was absolutely incredible. Isabel was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the gowns--fabric, designers, styles, silhouettes, details--you name it. She answered every question we had and made me feel reassured and completely comfortable, more than any other shop I visited (and I visited a good few!). One thing I loved was how personal the experience felt. During my first consultation, Isabel asked about my (then) fiancé, how we met, and details about our wedding day. It truly felt like they cared about me and wanted to get to know my story. I honestly felt like I became friends with them! There was never an ounce of pressure. In fact, it was the opposite--they respected when I needed time to think and never made me feel rushed or questioned my decisions. It was such a refreshing, positive experience. This shop--and especially Isabel--is genuinely at the very top of my list of wedding vendors. I've been excited to write this review since the day I bought my dress! They brought me over showed me a Prada beautiful but not something I would carry. We then started looking at the Louis Vuittons. I found one and assumed it was brand new. The salesperson used words like vintage I assumed it was a style. They also had me sign a form which I assumed was a warranty. This was my first Louis I had no clue and trusted the process. Well I learned it was used and it was a style that once home did not fit me. Two days latter I went to return it never carried all receipts in hand. I was told all sales are final and what I signed was an agreement to this. Notonce was I told these were used!! Not once was I explained that what I signed was a agreement to their final sale policy. When I spoke with the lady manager of Dillers Fallen Timbers she said that's their policy and could of cared my explanation. I asked if I could get a credit even trade for a different style. She said no because they can't authentic the purse. I said I never carried it its already authenticated. She said I cam sell it and the tag would let the buyers know all about this purse but they won't return it. I am soooo very disappointed! Please let this be a lesson to anyone buying a designer purse from Dillards ask questions be informed. Because they don't care aweful !!
