I used Ubereats to order dinner from here one weeknight... The reviews are mediocre at best and that pretty much sums up my experience too. The food was mostly on the bland side; their chicken and broccoli was just 'ok' with what tasted like dark meat chicken, but decent broccoli. Their egg drop soup was really bland. Hi! I usually don't give reviews, but I could not resist as there are major food safety issues in this restaurant; employees are not washing their hands. I observed an employee come from the bathroom and go straight to packing food that I could see right across where I was standing and waiting for an order. My first time here, ordered Uber Eats. Prior to making my decision, we Googled to see difference between Lo mein and chow mein. Both looked delicious, we just wanted noodles. Order delivered, (broccoli beef, tofu and chow mein) The beef and tofu dishes looked great. The other is just a bowl of veggies with a side of fried wontons. I called the restaurant and was told there are not noodles in chow mein, they use the fried wonton wrappers. This is a major disappointment since we wanted noodles. Ordered Szechuan beef and hot/spicy chicken wings.....very disappointed that it was not Szechuan beef and wings were not spicy. This should really be rated a 0 if it was a choice. I was expecting Szechuan peppercorns in my beef dish but instead it looks like a regular beef stir-fry. I did not have that numbing feeling in my mouth while spicy at the same time. I have never been so insulted in my life!! I ordered delivery from this restaurant and spent almost $100. When the food was delivered, I noticed we were missing a meal, so I immediately called the restaurant just to be told that I was lying.... Like, she literally said that I was lying. After going back-and-forth with her for what felt like forever, she offered me a refund, but I didn't need a refund. I needed the meal because one of my kids couldn't eat because we were missing his food. She told me that she could not deliver the food because they were getting ready to close early. I told her that I needed the food because one of my kids is missing dinner, and if I was lying about not receiving the meal and was trying to steal or get over on them, then I would have been happy with a refund of money, but that was not the case I needed the food, NOT the money. I asked to speak to the manager or the owner, and she stated she was the owner. Getting into the food review, it was mediocre at best, and I have definitely had better. We usually get Chinese food from China King but my son wanted to eat some place different. I do think this restaurant is very different, the food is not good and it's over priced. I got the sesame chicken combination plate and sliced barbeque pork and neither one was good the barbeque pork had a very strange and it didn't resemble any barbeque pork I have ever had. The sesame chicken tasted old, it tasted like it had been sitting for a while. I never went inside of this place so I can't say anything about the inside. This is by far the best Chinese place I've found in Stafford and I have tried ALL of them. They also get triple points for delivering to my location which is at least ten miles away from them in the country. I love their beef & broccoli and I really appreciate that when I substitute fried rice for steamed, I actually get fried rice with meat in it, instead of brown rice with nothing in it, like many other places I've frequented. Got in late at the Hampton Inn and didn't want to go back out. Front desk lady at three places and said this one was her favorite so I went for it. I ordered egg drop soup, an egg roll and Mongolian chicken with white rice and a bottle of dr. Pepper. It was supposed to be 45 minutes but I feel they showed up right at 20. Brought it straight to my room, it was hot and good. Now, Chinese takeout is NOT healthy and yes it's packed with sodium and MSG, but you knew that already. The egg drop soup was your standard soup, crispiest were the only thing I didn't like. They were more like straight stick crackers but they did their job. The Mongolian chicken had just the right amount of flavor, was definitely more than I could eat with the roll and the soup. I forgot to say no onions or light on the onions because it did feel like it had an entire onion in it. I am satisfied and well fed, for an excellent price of $15.10. We had just moved into town and needed some good food while unpacking our house since we had not had the chance to make it to a grocery store yet. Needless to say this was one of the worst Asian food experiences we have ever had. Plus 2 of us ended up sick the next day presumably with food poisoning. When I want Chinese I go to Szechuan. The food is always delivered hot and has a good flavor (in my opinion). I've never had a problem with the delivery guys, they are always genuinely nice. I usually wait about 45 minutes between when I place the order and get my delivery no matter the day or time and I appreciate that. read more

My family and I have been ordering here for years. Food has been delicious. Service has been great. Tonight was a different story. Ordered our food at 4:57 pm and they said it would take 30-40 minutes which is normal. We did not get our order until 6:30 pm! We kept getting phone calls because the driver was getting lost. Our driver showed up, did not apologize and our food was cold! They also made a mistake in our order. We ordered Pepper Chicken and they gave us Steak Chicken. We called to ask them to bring us the correct food and to say that our food was received cold and over an hour late! The woman was very rude. She insisted we ordered the steak, which we did not. We never order steak from chinese delivery. She snapped at me and kept arguing. Then she said "next time we need to order what it is called." Next time? There won't be a next time. We have been loyal patrons for years. No apology for late cold food. No discount or anything. Got our chicken an hour later. Needless to say, we are done. read more
