This is the BEST local Chinese food in the area. I have Celiac Disease so it is incredibly difficult for me to find places near by that offer Gluten Free options. This place goes above and beyond every time. As someone with celiac, cross contamination can make me severely sick and I haven't had to ever worry about this place getting it right. They are extremely detailed and attentive and the service is out of this world. They are so kind, polite, and extremely generous. We love this place so much and the people who work there. I'm not sure if they do this on purpose but every soy sauce packet we receive in our order has a little panda doing a different activity on each one, we never receive any duplicates. It's the cutest & funniest part we look forward to every-time we place an order. Inside the restaurant, it's very clean and inviting. Lots of seating arrangements. Eventually, we would like to come in and eat here but with it being so cold outside, we love just having the ability to place an online order from home and have it delivered. This place is great! It's a classic Asian restaurant that brings hospitality and quality forward. They specialize in both Japanese and Chinese food. So full of flavor, you can eat delicate sushi or some of the hearty fried Chinese favorites! They deliver, and much faster than some of the other options. I have never had an issue with delivery here. But I have had issues with some of the other local Chinese deliveries. Stopped in with my two young boys at about 4:30pm. We were the only ones there. It took 35 mins to get seaweed salad and fried rice with chicken and veggies. The sushi I ordered took 40 mins, mostly bc the manager, who started making it early, took a phone call and walked around for 15 mins leaving my unfinished rolls behind the counter. He eventually got around to finishing it and bringing it out. We ate. The food wasn't bad. When the waitress came over to ask if we needed anything else, I very calmly and politely voiced my displeasure about how long it took. She asked I wanted to speak to the manager and I said yes the manager came out the one who was making my sushi and I again politely and Conway voiced my displeasure. After about my second sentence, he flipped out saying "no pay" "finish" "go" - I could not believe his behavior. I asked if I could finish what I had to say and he kept saying "no pay" "finish" "go" as he frantically walked his way back into the kitchen. So we didn't pay. We finished. And we left. It really deserves a 3.5but I could not figure out how to make a half star. The restaurant was not very full, so we got right in to a booth. Immediately we were asked for our drink order and handed a menue. I was following the advice of a yelpie and his recommendations were pretty good. I ordered sushi and hubby ordered Chinese food. Both were pretty good and I think they do better Chinese than sushi. The Chinese rice was plentiful and enough for 2, the egg drop soup was very good (acording to my hubby) as well. I got the sushi roles and they were good but I think not as fresh as I would like. I also thought the ginger was old and I asked for ponsu sauce and got something other than ponsu. The food is delicious and the portions are generous but beware of foreign objects in the food. This is the second time I have encountered a foreign object in my delivery order. That's the reason why I bumped these guys up from 4 stars to 5. While my wife and I were trying to decipher what our kids would probably eat, the waiter stepped in with a winner. The food came out promptly and all of it at the same time. I sampled a little of everyone's meal, so I can speak with true credentials that "all" the food is delicious. I decided late to order takeout from Mandarin Court (my go to for Chinese food since moving to The area almost 2 years ago). I placed my order at 6:52pm throughly the BeyondMenu app. (Paid and TIPPED!) At 8:02pm, I decided to call and find out WTH was up with my order. The person that answered (mgr?) the phone stated that they had been busy but the driver was on the way! I noted that in my mental Rolodex but was still excited about my shrimp and broccoli! 2 mins later he called me back and said that the driver said he delivered to my address already. I told him no one has rang my Ring doorbell or dropped off any food. He said hold on.... He then called the driver on speaker phone where the driver said that I was a LIAR!!! He said that he gave the food to a "man" and that I was lying! The Mgr said that he was going to get to the bottom of this. I confirmed that no was was delivered or placed on my front porch (which would've been another issue). THE DRIVER THEN CALLS ME DIRECTLY AND ASKS WHY IM LYING.! (OMG!!! Seriously?! Never in my life have I had a delivery man say I was lying about receiving a food order! I should have recorded my stomach growling!!) The Mgr called while I was dealing with the driver and said that I know that you won't order from us again (Ya think?!????!!!) but I can't give you a refund because you ordered online. I have yet to step inside this restaurant. My experiences have been based solely on online transactions/delivery. Depending when and what you order, it make take up to an hour to reach your door. Most of the time it has taken less than and hour with an average of 45 minutes per order. Menu is pretty classic for Chinese, and the Japanese section has some great stuff (diverse sushi and tempura choices). It also has a section for healthier Chinese options. The restaurant uses BeyondMenu for their online transactions. It's pretty straight forward and it is very secure. Their drop off service has been superb always and the food has stayed hot and fresh with each delivery. My favorite item to order is their crispy beef and their chicken items (kung pao for example). Also, the online version of their Japanese menu isn't so bad, and the sushi has come out without getting messy when I've ordered it. That's an achievement by itself. One day I will step into the restaurant when I get around to it, but until then, their delivery is so, so, so convenient. read more

They give you a big portion for a decent price. They are also open late and deliver. I recomend this place for all the local chinese food because the others around it dont compare. They also always throw in extra rice or eggrolls on deliveries over 20.00! (sushi was ok) After i ate i needed to add more to this review. The display of the food was pretty and decorative. I absolutely cant say enough wonderful things about Mandarin Court. My family lives in the area so we have been ordering from and dining in at Mandarin Court for many many years. The service has always been incredible and outstanding and they always go out of their way to make the dine in experience wonderful. We were once brought special rolls that the chef was experimenting with to help them determine if it should be a permanent fixture on the menu. That roll actually ended up becoming a family favorite and is ordered everytime we dine here (the American Dream Roll). After years of trying multiple dishes from here our family favorites are: Crystal Chicken, Kung Pao 2 Kinds, Ginger Salad, crispy beef, Lettuce Wraps, any of the sushi, and the general tso's chicken.
