The coffee itself doesn't seem to have any added flavoring beyond the classic Vietnamese brew, so that first sip tastes nearly identical to the original. To really get the cookie butter experience, you'll want to stir that foam in well, once you do, it does add a nice flavor boost. Still, nothing that'll blow your mind. That said, I'd absolutely order it again, because let's be honest, Vietnamese coffee is a win no matter what. As for the location, it's decent. The tables could use some attention, and there was a bit of an unpleasant smell, though to be fair, there's a noticeable homeless population in the area outside, which may have been a factor.
