Great place to grab burgers. We came in on Friday to grab lunch and they weren't too busy. My husband got the Supreme Burger and I decided to order the fish and chips. They both came with a heaping load of fries. He said his Burger was juicy and my cod fillets were fried perfect. I personally didn't like the coleslaw, but everyone makes it differently. Our main meals were great and so was the service. We also decided to order chicken wings as an appetizer. The wings were just ordinary and nothing to really write about. Probably wouldn't order again. Also need to tell them light ice on your fountain drinks or you will have a cup full of ice, although you do get refills. read more

Wow it's been almost 9 years since I've been to Fronks. I gave it a try again after craving bbq and wanting something not too far from home. I shared the 3 meat combo with my boyfriend. It was plenty of food and we even had a little bit of leftovers. The combo came with baby back ribs, pulled pork, smoked sausage and 3 sides. We got mac & cheese, bbq beans and coleslaw for the sides. The food was not terrible, but it was not good either. The meat was lacking flavor and their bbq sauce tasted store bought. The smoked sausage was overcooked. It looked and tasted like it was air fried. The bbq beans was too watery for me. I really like my bbq beans thick. The mac & cheese was too dry. The coleslaw was good, creamy and the only thing that I enjoyed eating. The meal was expensive at $45 something. The service was pretty good. Our waitress was attentive. read more

Came in a Friday night and it was packed! This is definitely a sports bar based on the screaming coming from the front door. I ordered the BBQ Bacon Burger with onion rings and it was okay. I asked for a medium cook and it came well-done. It was also supposed to come with an onion ring and that was missing. The onion rings were good except they were salty. Service wasn't that great and, based on how crowded it was, makes sense. Didn't try any of the drinks but there were quite a few tipsy folks so this place is doing its job. Since its Friday, there's a DJ so it's a little tough to have a conversation so I wouldn't come here on a first date. My first time back after not coming here for a while and I was disappointed. I was shocked when I saw my bill, and I immediately thought, "What did I order?!" Came here for lunch had the wings, which were just okay and soggy; I would have preferred BWW. 12 wings for $22, come one I thought it was lunch special! My brother ordered the taco plate, which came with rice and beans. He said the tacos were average, and the beans were just plain disgusting. The sliders which we shared was the only okay plate, but the meat was very thin and I wish there was more for what we paid for. The quality has gone down for sure from the last time I was here. I finally got to Fronks! I ordered the crispy zucchini. It was very good, but still a little mushy on the inside. I ate them anyway and I enjoyed them. My friend got a burger and found it very tasty. We sat outside since it was too loud for us. Our waiter was very nice and helpful. We drink water, so he brought us both two glasses. We both thought it was a nice touch. We both didn't finish our food, so he brought us boxes. Overall, we had a delicious meal! I hope you will go there and enjoy the tasty food!! read more

This burger lover finally made it to burger heaven! I can't comment on the parking situation because the road was blocked off due to a car show happening (if I had more time it would of been fun to walk around and see) However, we did find a street parking spot on the side of the restaurant. When I first walked in I noticed they had a huge amount of outdoor seating, but we chose to be sat in one of their huge booths that easily could have fit 4 people on each side. They also had so many TVs (but it was not overload or overwhelming. I didn't hear any of the TVs playing) the only thing I heard was the amazing throwback music which I am a sucker for. This place is known for being a great hangout spot for sports. College games, pro games and even UFC. They had a bunch of super friendly waitresses and the hostess that sat us was extremely sweet. We had the AMAZING waitress, Janessa B (how her name was on the receipt) She was extremely sweet and helpful. She had a gorgeous contagious smile the whole time. She wasn't one of the dreaded waitresses that look like they rather get a root canal vs help you and take your order. Side note- they have a pretty big variety of options on their menu. Anything from salad, soup, ribs, Mexican selection and much more. But I believe most of the people here seem to come for the burgers. We immediately put in for their popular bacon cheese fries. Let me tell you, they are NOT shy with the bacon. The pics of the fries don't even do it justice. There's so much bacon hidden under that cheese!! You can get them in regular or spicy. I got the regular. It comes with a dipping sauce that tasted like a chipotle ranch?? And we ordered regular ranch with it. 10/10. This is a must for the ultimate cheat day We also ordered a mighty Max burger (it comes with Mac and cheese on it) ordered it well done and it came out perfect. Also picked the onion rings for the side (I would 100000 percent come here for their burgers whenever I'm craving one). We also split the burger and our amazing waitress asked if we wanted it cut for us Now for the best part We ordered the peanut butter hot fudge brownie sundae. This also comes in two sizes. sm and LG. We ordered the large, because why not? After we ordered it, Janessa came back to the table and asked if we were ok with peanuts or if we had any allergies. I thought that this was amazing. We did tell her it was our first time coming here, so it was great that she checked and made sure we were ok allergy wise. Everything here was absolutely amazing. I didn't get to try the onion rings until the next day because I was so full from the other stuff we ordered. But the onion rings were soooo good and seasoned perfectly. (You can even see all the great seasoning on the bacon cheese fries as well For all this pre tip it came to 55 dollars. For an appetizer, shared entree and huge dessert I think this is extremely reasonable. The burger was the most expensive item coming in at 21.95. It does come with a side, however I do think it was on the pricey end for a sports bar burger. It was still delicious though. Everything came out extremely fast and the plates were taken away by a very friendly guy who kept coming around and taking the dishes away from everyones table before the other food came out (and asking people if they needed boxes) Also, this place is a pretty popular spot for drinks. I met an old co-worker for lunch on May 14, 2025. I hadn't been here in a very long time and it's not how I remembered. The food quality has changed. I ordered a cheeseburger flatbread and I'm sorry to say.......yuck. Everything was off from the cheese to the meat. The crust was like cardboard. The waitress clearly didn't want to take our drink orders, waiting 15 mins until she finally came around. I've been coming to Fronks for many year now. It is one of our go to spots mostly for drinks. The last time I was there, I was working in the area and decided to stop for lunch. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, comes with bacon and avocado. It was bad, really bad. The avocado was black, and it hardly had any of the veggies that it comes with. Honestly for the price is was a bad sandwich. It was not worth it. Love their moscow mules and appetizers but I would not recommend that sandwich. I wish I would've taken a photo of it. I've never gone to Fronk's before, but heard about them when a few workers would go to Lazy Dog after work for Happy Hour when I use to work there. They told me it's a good spot to go, and ever since then I've been curious. I went with friends and the place is pretty big. By the host stand there were drawing of the workers which I thought was pretty cool. Although it was a Friday night, we were able to get seats right away. It was about 6 or so, and the place wasn't packed which was good. We got seats outside. I didn't do any ordering, but one of my friends did. He got the nachos, and got me a margarita. The drink was good...no complaints. The nachos were so good though. It had so much on top. There was meat, lots of cheese, guacamole and I think salsa. They had salsa verde and sour cream on the side. I wanted to order more food to try out, but my friends were ready to leave. Although my first time was a short time there...and I didn't get to try something else...I definitely want to come back. The server was super cool despite my friends being dumb...like silly dumb. I made an order and asked for coleslaw and fried eggs to be added to on top of the pulled pork fries I ordered. The coleslaw and fried eggs came out 15 minutes before my food came out. I simply asked to have it on top and they brought it out on the side. Asked for sauces on the side then she comes back and tells me they don't have half of them and I have to be charged for the sauces. After we finished eating it took her 20 minutes to come give us out check because she was on her phone. Fronk's stands out as a truly worthwhile community eatery in the city of Bellflower. The resident DJ is none other than the superlative DJ Believethat, the staff is especially attentive to all patrons, and the Fronk Fries definitely left me wanting more. DJ Believethat had a clear connection with the crowd and the staff at this spot. I have seen my fair share of DJs, and I cannot recollect a DJ more essential to the quality and identity of a venue than DJ Believethat is to Fronk's. The man mixes all genres with ease, and knows how to read his crowd. People were still intrigued by his mixing until closing time etc. I highly suggest going to see DJ Believethat (yes, like the Martin Lawrence catch phrase) do what he does best on the decks. I ordered fries and water from Miriah. She was exceedingly helpful, considerate, and alert to the content of my order. She made sure I got my order of fries, and I was not even seated because I was too busy marveling at DJ Believethat. She could have been the manager for the night, a part owner, or a bartender. Whatever her role is at Fronk's, she is good at it. The fries here are good too. I'm french fry picky. Most every fry in the basket was just the right texture, and a welcome sprinkle of salt on it. The sauce for the fries never lost its savory je ne sais quoi. We have been going here since they used to be on Alondra and my how times have changed. Portion sizes used to be massive and prices relatively reasonable, especially given the portions. Service was always great as well and quality used to be spectacular. Now when we went this past weekend, our drinks were never refilled until I specifically asked for a refill and this was on a drink with free refills. Portion sizes extremely small, especially for the new super high prices. I understand things are more expensive now, but other establishments are charging less for larger portions. The quality was acceptable, not worth sending back, it nothing to write home about. And the real kicker, they were out of sweet potato fries, which is what I expressly went there for, no worries I figured I would have the Chilli instead and while good, very small portion again and barely warm when I first got it. I mean I would understand if I let it sit for a while, but I didn't. They also no longer appear to have their handmade sodas. And add to that they had the football game on so loud that we could barely hear each other and we were outside where it was quieter than inside. Needless to say this was not the experience we have come to expect from Fronk's and it is sad to see another establishment that was once really good slide so far downhill after not having had them for a while. I noticed another review claiming they don't pay their employees aside from tips, I suspect that isn't true, but if that is true and an employee is seeing this, then know that this is highly illegal, I. I have been coming to Fronks for over a decade. I remember the OG building and the lovely service and food. So, coming back for a visit and inviting guests to find my beloved Fronks so different was annoyingly disappointing. Service, I literally had to flag down the server several times to be able to order, ask for utensils, the check... super frustrating. Had I not had friends drive an hour in to meet me I would've left the first time begging for a drink. Then to flag her down for water, it took hours to just have a meal. And not in the pleasant conversational way. But hours waiting for parts of the meal to trickle out and tracking down utensils. Utensils folks!! The cocktails were unrecognizable from what we ordered. Margarita looked and tasted like pure water. The Rosa I'd ordered had zero citrus. The food was cold by the time we got parts of it and not sure how to eat Mac without a fork or spoon. I'm incredibly disappointed and saddened by the state of this overly loud and seemingly abandoned restaurant. I miss the waitresses we had from the old building and early years at the new. I've been to Fronk's on 3 different occasions and they definitely do not disappoint. It's a sports bar feel with plenty of screens and I like that they play many of the pay per view sporting events. They also have so many food and drink options to choose from and a good selection of beer. Make sure to try the red ale! They also have happy hour on weekdays from 3-7pm. As for the food, I've tried a couple of their burgers (both beef and Turkey burgers) and they have been excellent. The regular fries and potato fries always taste fresh and are on the thicker side which I like. The portion sizes are great and you should expect to have leftovers which is nice. I've also tried the bacon blue salad and the chicken skewers. The skewers weren't necessarily my favorite option but they were still good. The burgers are definitely the stars for me. I'm planning to try their lemon pepper wings on my next go round. Lastly, the PB brownie Sunday was awesome. Overall great vibes, friendly staff, and great food. read more

Found this place for lunch, it's really close to my office and I have decided to really love that because the food was delicious! I got the Fronken-Burger with Chili-cheese fries, and my friend tried the BBQ bacon burger (spicy) with onion rings. The onion rings were fab and cooked to perfection, and the chili cheese fries were tasty, but those patties... the patties were divine! I thought mine came out a little overcooked at first (I ordered medium), but honestly, I think the burger would be great at any temp because the flavor is scrumptious! I had a beer, and my friend got a lemon drop martini. She said it was good, but it would have been nice to see a sugar rim. Loved the coupe glass it was served in, but the sugar rim would have been the cherry on top. The restaurant is all done up with daily specials on the wall and a ton of info like a DJ on Friday nights posted to bring business back in. I think this definitely helps because I will be coming back for the tacos and the wings! They have outdoor seating, but we chose to sit inside. It was clean and comfy, but we were being badgered by large flies (not fruit flies) the whole time! This usually happens when there is an open concept, and the fresh air was nice, so we just stayed waving them away and still enjoyed our food. Bacon Cheddar Fries 10/10: Huge portion and definitely recommend these.. get this SPICY and thank me later! Tacos 10/10: I'm going to be honest, I was skeptical at first ordering tacos from this location just because it's not known for them. It's mainly their Burgers and Ribs. Once again I took a chance and WOW!!!... Carne Asada & Chicken were my favorite and been ordering them since. And of course add that green salsa for a upgrade taste Mac n Cheese 9/10: I already knew this item was going to be good here since they sell ribs lol. I've tried the Bacon Mac and Rib Mac... AMAZING! One tip... eat it as soon as it gets delivered to your table or else the cheese will get to stiff. Buffalo Strips 10/10: Very selective on strips since some location feel frozen and just not great. These were soft and tender and pretty big size of strip. If you get them with the salad you will not be disappointed as well.
