The food was great. I love that you can customize your bowl to your preferences. There's variety. It all tasted very delicious. That is the best description I can give to this Mediterranean spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My girl and I went here for lunch; [[HIGHLIGHT]]we walked in and the ambiance is super clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The fresh smell of ingredients immediately swift my nose.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The chipotle/subway style bar that you choose your ingredients is really efficient. The servers are accommodating and suggested us what to try. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The experience of dinning in is pretty good for starters.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My girl and I ordered their Pita wrap where they are famous for, hence their name. Their ingredients taste super fresh and its affordable, as well. Nowadays, these quality wraps cost almost $20, but in here you can get less than that. Their wrap have balance flavor in it, so its not too overwhelming and ease you out in every bite. Overall, I'll go here again whenever I have a chance :)

Okay Bellflower! Why I didn't came back sooner?? I came back to my old town and found this restaurant. Want Mediterranean flavor? This is your call! This restaurant is being here already a year probably... I walk in and I was greeted by the owner, Cecilia. I told her it was my first time there and I started tasting the lamb and chicken meat, it was bomb! I always struggle finding good Mediterranean food and healthy food choices! This restaurant met my expectations with fresh, well seasoned food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is very clean, wheelchair accessible and has a QR code menu.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Prices are a bit high but, but! I don't mind spending a little bit more for something healthier and home made food taste. I am giving a four because the plate could have a bigger side of meat and I love all sides but I feel the plate could be filled with more of what I got, other than that , I am sure I will return to the restaurant!

Always fresh, made to order and delicious. I eat here at least twice a week. Service is super fast & friendly. Love the wraps, pitas and salads with chicken. (Tip: add the carrots & jalapeno cilantro dressing!)

The rice was cooked perfectly, and the sauces tied everything together without overpowering the bowl. The pickled onions and cabbage added the perfect crunch and balance, while the feta and creamy sauce gave it a rich finish. Even the pita was warm and fresh. You can tell real care went into this dish, fresh ingredients, great portions, and amazing flavor combinations. Easily one of the best bowls I've had in a long time. The chimichurri sauce is delicious as well with the other sauces. I would want to try to gyro beef instead of the chicken next time. Customer service was great come support this new business. Ok late post from February work lunch I had earlier this year. Reading all the good reviews thinking maybe I just had a bad experience? Anywho, came in go the bowl 2 proteins. Dry. Like reaaally dry. It was pretty bad. Veggies tastes like they been sitting on the warming tray for a minute. Came in around noon-ish so doesnt make sense to me. Gyro meat was dry, grilled veggiesnwere dry, hummus was mid, sauce was good. Staff was nice, mentioned was my first time there and offered suggestions. Def willing to give it a other try, maybe caught them on an off day. I dunno.

This had to be the yummiest meal i've had in a long time. i got the bowl with chicken and falafel, i've never been the biggest falafel fan but this might have changed my mind. The serving size was really good for the price, and it feels like a healthy meal overall! OK I'm so impressed! Finally a good Mediterranean place on this side of town :') everything is so flavorful and you build it as you wish! Cava who? I'm def coming back to try more things. The price is also great for the huge portion you get. Highly recommend this place! The chicken was juicy and flavorful, the veggies were crisp and fresh, the rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the sauces are a great finish for an explosion of flavors that go so well together! First time stopping by and I am beyond impressed and will absolutely be returning. I was greeted by a beautifully kind woman named Cecelia. She was incredibly helpful and explained to me that do not use any seed oils and how their product is all made fresh! She carefully walked me through the menu and explained to me all of their delicious offerings. I write this review as I am eating my gyro bowl and wow; I am enamored by every bite. This place earned 5 stars for me, bc it is efficient, great quality, good prices, and super simple. I wish they had the full menu displayed (they didn't during the time I went), however the friendly staff, open kitchen layout, and simplicity of the options allowed the whole experience to be seamless. I hope this place stays here forever!!! The food is so tasty and healthy. They are amazing!!!..from the garlic sauce, to the tahini, the hummus, the pickled & roasted veggies, the falafel and the chicken. Excellent!! Their Mediterranean food has perfectly layered & complex flavors, yet the menu is simple and not overwhelming. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I was in the area for an appointment and wanted something quick to pick up and share with my toddler. This was perfect. I enjoy Mediterranean food so this hit the spot. I created my own bowl and decided on a wrap for my MIL to share with my BIL. You can choose half and half on the protein, add on as much or as little veggies, and top it with your favorite hummus or salad. Service was friendly. Wow where do I even start. This place is healthy, delicious and affordable! I got the chicken bowl and it comes with a tiny piece of pita bread for a total of $17. Very good bang for your buck. The chicken is so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The spicy cilantro is definitely spicier than the spicy red pepper sauce. The only thing I'd do differently next time is order an extra side of pita bread. Definitely give this place a try if you want healthy food full of flavor. I ordered online and my order was ready by the time I got there, staff was friendly as well. read more

I was happy with my Gyro bowl for $15.99. TBH, this is the price you got to pay now for fast food places, and they would give you low quality and unhealthy food. So, with the same price, you are getting a decent healthier bowl/wrap. This is better than Halal Guy, though I also like Halal Guy. read more

I'm here for work and didn't want anything special for dinner. But I got it anyway! The guy working was awesome; super helpful and when I decided to eat there, he turned on some great music. It made my day. I got a little bit of everything in a bowl and it was one of the best meals I've had. It all went together perfectly. I walk to Pita & Basil about once a week to get some light exercise on my lunch break. The food's always great and the service is welcoming and friendly. The setup is like a Mediterranean version of Chipotle since you customize your order as it's being made. I personally think the chicken is the star of the show here.
