I'm trying to get vac into my after doing some refurbishing so can't afford much but they also deliver to my home 12 miles out of town for $30, which was perfect. We've used them twice. Been impressed both times…read more First time our stove went out. We called and a nice lady answered, asked a few questions, and arranged for the repairman to come out. He popped out and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes (a control board), gave us the price to replace the part with labor as well as the whole oven, and even gave us the option to get the part ourselves from a third party seller (Amazon) and reschedule the install which saved us about $100. The install was quick, he was polite, pet our dog, was friendly. We got a great vibe and swore we would use their services again. Flash forward 5 years, microwave goes out. We call again, give the info over the phone. From the info we gave, we found out it's most likely the keypad which (on this model) is as much as a new microwave; even more with labor. They didn't charge for that, could have came by the house and charged a consult fee but instead they treated us like neighbors and recommended brands that are more easily serviced in the future. I would highly recommend and will be using for my future repair needs

Also I even told the guy at T&C what happened and it didn't surprise him one but so I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place maybe next time they will be honest and not care so much about the $$$$$ and just give good customer service and give them other options

And they had a whole rack of these spices. Prices are higher on, say, Le Cruset pots but you could get one today if you wanted. However, the sumac was cheaper than I expect and in a size that won't take me into the next decade. They also have small bags of items like black sesame seeds for a decent price. Perfect for a special occasion or project.
