Tam & Dang are some of the best & honest mechanics out there. I'm glad I found these guys. I found them originally as the only distributor of the high end oil the French make called Motul (8100 X-cess) & the much preferred German made Mann Filters (oil & air). If you own & have done some work on German cars this is one of the 2 oils to change out in these vehicles. The other would be the German preferred liquimoly. Aside from them selling high end parts they do quality work. These 2 guys have a knack for telling you what exactly is going on with your car. I drive a 2008 Audi A4 Avant daily which I pamper with high end goodies most times due to the nature of their reliability & my fun driving mode (I know but I love this car bc I'm a wagon kind of guy). They also take care of my gf's 2012 Jetta GLI that she pampers as well due to being in the same German car make family (VW). I have had these guys do over the course of 2-3 years: - Extensive engine carbon cleaning (natural build up from direct injection engines due to gasoline quality). - Oil & oil filter changes - Timing belt, thermostat & water pump change (huge job that was thankfully done correctly by these guys & at much less time then I would have completed). This work should be done b/w 90k-100k on German cars. - evap sensor system (part of gas emissions system) - valve cover & gaskets - coolant tank & major hoses These guys always do a great job & within great timing. I never pressure them to get the car back to allow them to do the work they need to do. Don't expect the dealer treatment in terms of topping off fluids, checking tire pressure & such bc they are a small shop that does the work needed with great care but extras cost $$ & dealers have that overhead. They are a bit tough to understand due to their heavy Vietnamese accent but they are great guys. You can come in & say Xin chao (pronounced zin chow) It means hello in Vietnamese. You can also say cam on (pronounced cam un) it means thank you! Be patient with these guys because they are a small shop & don't do the normal things dealers do. They also don't rip people off! Anh Tâm gave me a special price for a major service including oil and filter change, and replacement of transmission oil, coolant, brake fluid, spark plugs , air filter and air conditioner. This garage exceeds my expectations every time I go. First, they rebuilt the engine in my car for less than two other garages I explored, used the best parts, advised me about the type of gas I should use and prescribed an oil change regime. Since they began servicing my car I have no fear it will unexpectedly break down as it did. T & D exorcized the demon that arrived in this car. They've repaired my brakes, troubleshot and FIXED another engine problem, change my oil and today repaired a broken door lock. They are attentive to details (tell me a headlight lamp is broken, ask if I want it repaired, and fix it); do exemplary work, are more reasonably priced than you can imagine and of most value, are truly decent, kind, observant human beings. They know what they're doing and I trust them. You can tell them what kind if car you drive and they will tell you if they will do the repair. read more

I wish I could give this place negative stars. We've been going to this place for a long time (oil changes, changing brakes, etc) and thought we could trust them. Turns out we've been getting scammed for years!!! Took my mom's 2018 Lexus here for an oil change. They convinced my brother that the car needed to change the roter. He fell for this bullshit and paid $1000 to get this changed. When picking it up, they showed him oil that "leaked", and said we needed to pay another $1400 to change the shocks. On a nearly brand new car. Wtf?! That's when we started to catch on that something shady was going on. We got a second opinion about the shocks from a family friend- turns out that T&D had intentionally spilled oil. Our family friend cleaned it up and said absolutely nothing was wrong and everything was in perfect condition. He urged my mom to go get her roter back. my mom went back there and asked for her roter back. It was sitting on a shelf, sanded down, looking brand NEW. They take ur new parts and exchange them for used ones. This is how they treat loyal customers of 10+ years?! Karma is a bitch and gonna bite them in the ass. BEWARE!!!! All they do is scam and cheat and I feel terrible for all the other people who have fell for this! People's Paychecks spent on crap that didn't even need to be changed. Please go elsewhere! They are a dishonest and shady business. And if you do go here, please please Get a second opinion if they tell you to change this or that (especially when nothing seemed wrong in the first place). If you have a Mercedes, they are my go-to place for repairs and oils change. They charge significantly cheaper than the dealership or anywhere else. They might not do all the complimentary point checks you get at the more expensive place. But for the price and the value, I have nothing to complain about. read more

I wished I can give this place zero star.....dishonest and punch of fraud!!!!!!! I came there to get my oil change and they thought I know nothing about car well they were wrong I know a little bit. They did a horrible job on my oil change didn't even clean or check the water to make sure everything was filled. Tires air pressure didn't even check. Basically they did a Mickey Mouse job on it and charged $60 even more expensive than a dealer. I had to go to a different place and got my oil change again. Don't ever use this place!!!! read more

Dang and Tam are the most honest mechanics out there today. Not only are they honest, they really know what they are doing. They have both have been maintaining our vehicles for a very long time.
