I wanted a lighter color this time my previous color was dark she kind of gave me a little attitude when I told her to remove the excess polish. I love this salon and I would highly recommend trying it. I've only been 2 times but both of the times I've been it was great. However, the last time I went I asked for an ombré on my ring finger and it was nothing like it looked like on the model. All in all, I loved my nails despite the hombre. appalling-my daughter went in for a simple rainbow design. the nail tech said it was too complicated and belittled her. She caused my daughters nail beds to bleed and the manicure was awful. It was not properly flooded and there were bare spots. Used to love this place, but have been disappointed recently. They are still very clean and attentive to COVID precautions, but the last two mani's I've had were sloppy. Polish was uneven and a gel nail fell off. The pedicures were really rough on my older feet. Kept forcing my hammer toes down and scrubbing too hard. I think they added too many chairs recently and hired inexperienced techs to handle them. read more

I have been going to T and H on/off for several years. Today, I brought my daughter and 3 of her friends who had scheduled appointments. I paid with my debit card. After I paid I took out my "rewards card" to get a stamp for today's visit (after so many stamps you get a free manicure). The guy at the desk pointed to a small sign, up high that said they only give out stamps if u pay with Venmo or cash. I explained that I would have been happy to pay with Venmo had I know their policy but he wouldn't budge. It's a little thing, but it really annoyed me. It's just 1 stamp. i usually come her to get my full set but i asked for a design and the original lady who was helping me said she couldn't do it but another lady could so they switched me over to her. Everything is going great until it comes to the design, i have small nails so i understand if designs get tricky but in that case i wouldve liked to be let know the person could not do it and i would have gotten something else. the lady was very nice but she did not do a good job it seemed very rushed and all she did was throw glitter on top and asked me if it was fine. I got a pedicure the other day and the lady started to use a callus shaver. I have never had one used on me anywhere before. I'm pretty sure it's illegal in most states to use callus shavers because they are sharp and can easily cause infections. The lady was not paying attention while talking and started to shave the side of my foot. She didn't even apologize or acknowledge that she cut me. She just sprayed alcohol in it with no warning. I went back the next day to tell them my concerns and how I was in pain and not happy with the service. They basically acted like it was not a big deal. Didn't offer me a refund. Did not seemed concerned at all when they cut me so bad I have exposed skin. I am more concerned now because I read other reviews and people have noted how they DONT SANITIZE THE CALLUS SHAVERS THEY JUST RINCE THEM OFF WITH WATER. Bad for business!!!!! Do not come here. I am still in pain!!!! I have been coming here for a while now and I will never be back!!! My family and friends will not be back either. I am disgusted by they're carelessness. read more

Very very disappointed. I am a long time customer and have been coming here for years but this is my last time. I had a dip last time and went back this time for a gel. The charge for a gel is $27 but I was charged $35, an additional $8 to take off the dip. The process and time to remove the dip was exactly the same as that to remove a gel. Despite my complaints there was no acknowledgement. I will not return and several family members will also not return. read more

The place is terrible... I'm actually not sure how they are even in business. I made a reservation because they had good reviews and I ended up waiting 30 minutes after my reservation. They were aggressive on cutting my cuticles. I asked them to stop twice before it actually hurt and bled. I told them I had gel on my hands already and they put them on my fingers during my pedicure which means I couldn't do anything with my hands. They left it was burning. Normally they only leave it on for 5 min. You're also supposed to be very gentle taking off gel nails so that it doesn't destroy the nailbed. They ripped my entire nailbed off of every nail and I asked them to stop. They didn't listen and it was terrible. Nothing about the place seems clean... A total façade. It was busy when I was in there during a Thursday afternoon... I'm really not sure why... Nobody seemed happy. read more

ive been coming here for 4 years never disappointed until today i asked for gel man gel pedi THY did my nails today and i am absolutely disgusted i was charged $52 dollars for a REGULAR POLISH pedicure woth polish all over my toes my toenails are crooked and lumpy when ahe started my manicure i asked for round and short nails she made them square, stabbed my fingers several times i ended up just stopping her in the middle of it and asking for a clear coat so i could just fucking leave. Would be a good idea to make an appointment! I got here at 10:10am (open at 10 on Sundays) and 4 appointments walked in for 10:30 which meant my wait is a bit longer than expected but totally understandable)! The wall of polish colors is huge and there are more colors on the check-out counter. They really do have just about any color you could imagine with about 4 different major brands. The sugar scrub was great! The tool they use for callus removal scared me but it ended up being gentle and very effective! I'm super ticklish so this part tends to be uncomfortable for me - she did a great job. Hot stones used too! The pedicure was only $25 which is a fantastic price! May pay by credit card but tips must be in cash - this seems to be the norm for many nail salons now. *update: while I enjoyed the experience, about 30 hours later and my pedicure is already chipping. I have been going here for over eight years and the service has always been wonderful, however the past two times I have come the services have been horrible. The last time I came was for my wedding for a mani and pedi, and the girl did not bother scrubbing my feet at all and did my acrylic nails in ten minutes because they were so busy, they looked so bad I did not have any photos of my hands taken at my wedding because I was embarrassed. I decided to give it another try today and came to get a pedicure with my mom and sister. We made an appointment for three pedicures at 130, and when we walked in we were told we would have a little wait. They took us back at 215 to start. The woman doing my toes was horrible. When she first started I specifically asked her to scrub my heels since it is summer and they are rough, when the time came for that part she completely skipped it in an attempt to get it done fast because the salon is very busy. When I asked her if she would please do that part, she sighed and acted like I was being a jerk. Before that she was cutting the cuticles on my large toe, and she cut me enough that it bled for over ten minutes. I told her it was fine but to not continue doing that, to which she said okay but kept doing it. I then exclaimed ouch and she acted like nothing was wrong. I had to pull my foot away from her. Then when she was doing the hot stones part, she dropped the stone and when she went to pick it up out of the bowl she scrapped my leg and left a big red mark. All in all she was not great. Maybe it was because it was busy in here, but I will not be coming back as two bad experiences is enough for me. read more

The only nail salon I will go to!! The staff is so friendly and always remembers you. They are SO clean, and they do an amazing job. I typically get a gel manicure and it lasts two weeks. If something happens and I chip a nail soon after the manicure, they will fix it for no charge. Their pedicures are to die for - the do hot towels and hot rocks for just a typical pedicure, not even a "spa pedicure" which costs a bit more. They have very reasonable prices. I also like to get my eyebrows waxed here! They do an awesome job. I couldn't recommend this place enough! Definitely check it out :) read more

Anytime I call to try to make appointments for me and my friend she has questions on why I want my nails done by them and is rude about it. Today I walked in and asked for one of the women and she looked right at me and told me she wasn't there as I made eye contact with the woman I was asking for. As a business owner you would think she would be happy people are returning but obviously has some type of jealousy issue. Had my nails done a few weeks ago. Great gel manicure! The woman who did them was super particular and took her time. Came out great. Came back yesterday for the same thing. Had a new girl and I wasn't impressed. She painted them very sloppily and I was going to let it slide as it looked "okay" until about 3 hours later. I noticed that she didn't paint to the top of my nail, and therefore the space in between was getting SUPER dirty. I then noticed that the tops of some of them were starting to crack. Only hours later. I called the next morning to make an appointment and they said they would fix it. I went in, they made me point out--yes actually point with my finger in front of the whole place--who messed them up then proceeded to ask me what time I was in the place and ask their staff to make sure I wasn't lying. They told me they would put another coat on..which isn't what I wanted and that thats all they could do. I got dirty looks the rest of the time. I won't be coming back. read more
