She repeated my order details, offered suggestions, and made my order very easy. I don't have photos of my flower order and chances are I will not see what the order looks like as I am not attending the funeral myself, but with customer service this good, I am sure the follow through is great too. Went in again today (10/06/25) only to be told the florist was booked and busy for the time of my wedding and I should've come in earlier. The workers were very nice but staff just seemed very unorganized. Really wanted to support them but was a bit frustrated.
