They were very pleasant over the phone and took my information down which gave me confidence they'd be prepared for whatever work load they had. My old mechanic was great, but he was very casual about scheduling and I'd always drop off my car with like 3 or 4 other people all showing up at the same time. He'd often chat about how he had so much work to do and so little time. Here I feel like they're organized and staffed well enough to avoid that. They even told me it was good that I didn't mind waiting until Tuesday, because they were already booked up for Monday. I appreciate that honesty and I'm glad they didn't just try to cram me in when they didn't really have the time. It was just an oil change, but so far so good. They even replaced my headlight which I regret not telling them I already had a bulb for in the glove box, but oh well that's just my own fault for not expecting them to go above and beyond to keep me street legal. It was good knowing they wouldn't over look something like that.

Incognito had our car for 2 months. They did not fix it. Instead, they left it on the street with…read moreexpired inspection stickers to collect parking tickets. We called in advance to ask if they fix Priuses. Now, they are saying they don't fix them, and we need to take it to the dealership. We stopped using them years ago, because they fix something and charge you $1,000 without asking for approval. So, if you go there for inspection, they charge you to replace a radiator which breaks within a year. Another time they fixed the wrong lock in our door. They made us pay for fixing the locks on the right and left hand side. Plus, they made us run to the locksmith and get the parts. It took them a month to fix our car that time. We live super close, and we could have parked our car in our driveway for 2 months. Dave won't accept responsibility, and he just blamed us for our car being parked on the street and not getting fixed. He has the only set of keys for the car, so I'm not sure what he thought we were suppose to do with our non working car.

I needed an oil change and general car checkup. I found a coupon online for $10 off the oil change which brought it to $70. I did not go in an immediately ask for him, instead I let the transaction flow to see how I felt. I was treated very well by Fran and Bill at the front desk but what I truly appreciated the most was being taken into the installation area and shown exactly what the problem was and what it would take to fix it. A huge portion of the pipe was completely rotted through. After getting my estimate which was quite reasonable cuz I did do some research, I explained to Bill and Fran about my previous experience and they were completely apologetic and as gracious as Jason had been. My work took a little while but the accommodations were good. Rapco has a spacious waiting room so distancing was not an issue, a tv and plenty of magazines to keep you occupied.
