I've taken my car here for a couple of issues, one was major and pretty straight forward, the second was even more time consuming because it was much less straightforward. The crew here worked with me to source the parts I needed at a price I could afford and stuck with the problems until they were resolved. Service like this does not come cheap however the value of getting it done right the first time with a shop that will back their work after you've paid for it makes it at least reasonable. These guys are direct and perhaps more unfiltered than you may find at other shops. They are also funny and passionate about getting your car back on the road working right. I highly recommend them to you.

I am not someone who typically writes negative reviews. I usually read reviews rather than write…read morethem. However, after my experience with Import Euroworks LLC in 2026, I feel compelled to share my experience so other BMW owners can make an informed decision. On June 4, 2026, my vehicle developed a serious issue. While parking, the cooling fan came on at full speed and I received a yellow temperature warning. I immediately stopped driving and contacted Paco. I was initially quoted approximately $1,300 for a water pump and several hoses. I also experienced what appeared to be an electrical issue. I heard what sounded like an electrical surge near the glovebox and hazard-warning area. Subsequently, my rear lights remained illuminated and my battery died. Paco identified several possible causes, including a ground strap, failed module, or relay. He advised me not to purchase additional parts and recommended towing the vehicle to his shop so he could install/register the battery and perform a computer diagnostic (Computer). I was later informed that the vehicle would not start and that work had already been performed under the hood. I was subsequently told that the engine had zero compression across all six cylinders. My valve cover was removed and additional work was performed before I fully understood the extent of the diagnostic process or engine disassembly. My vehicle remained at the shop for approximately a month. During that time, communication became increasingly difficult. Calls and texts frequently went unanswered, and I repeatedly had to contact the shop or physically visit the business for updates. I also found myself repeatedly explaining the history of my vehicle. Because I was not receiving clear answers, I conducted my own research regarding possible causes and appropriate diagnostic procedures. I repeatedly asked what testing had been performed and what conclusions could reasonably be supported by those tests. I did not receive the level of documentation or explanation I expected. I was eventually told that the engine had overheated so severely that it was effectively destroyed and that an engine replacement was necessary. I was quoted approximately $5,000 and asked for $2,000 down. On August 28, I went to the shop to inspect my vehicle. I was shocked to find the engine compartment substantially disassembled. The valve cover, spark plugs, ignition coils, intake manifold, cooling fan, intake air box, wiring harness, and other components had been removed. Some parts were in the passenger floorboard while others were in the trunk. The vehicle had also been sitting outside with the engine substantially exposed. I was subsequently told that a leak-down test indicated air was leaking between cylinders 1 and 2 and that no further testing was necessary. The recommended solution was essentially an engine replacement. Ultimately, the replacement engine did not happen. I was told it was no longer available and that the business had determined repairing my vehicle was not worth their time. I ultimately arranged for the vehicle to be towed elsewhere. Afterward, I discovered additional concerns, including a missing rubber grommet, missing intake-snorkel screws, missing screws for the cabin air-filter housing, damage to that housing, and a wiring harness that appeared to have been reinstalled incorrectly. I provided Paco with photographs documenting these concerns. I was told the missing items could be put back if I returned the vehicle, but I was not comfortable bringing it back. To be clear, I am not a mechanic, and I am not claiming to know exactly what caused the mechanical failure or whether any particular person caused the damage. I can only speak to what I personally experienced, what I was told, and what I personally observed. I have photographs and documentation supporting my concerns. Paco, I genuinely hope you take this experience as an opportunity to reflect on how customers and their vehicles are treated. The level of trust I once had in your work is no longer there. Be better. Do better. Customers deserve nothing less.

The beginning of the process was pretty easy. The guy in the office was informational and seemed to know cars. Told me about a lot pricing and parts and the overhaul was pretty cheap because of the car I had. With it now being about a month after the replacement, I'd say they did pretty good. Definitely an upgrade from what it was before. Plus their inspection is pretty thorough so you can get an idea of how the rest of your car is doing. The only problem I had was the timing. I was told the job SHOULD be done in 7-10 business days. Now I know it's guess work to determine timing but the INSPECTION got finished on the 8th or 9th day. Then I unexpectedly had to wait another 2 weeks for the job to be done. I don't have a problem with waiting. It kind of a part of the business transaction but to underestimate the time that much was definitely impactful to me as a customer. I'm lucky to have my parents. Overall, after the finished job, I'd say this place is better than any big corporate office where you are greeted with a robot over the phone and then charge you the value of your car for an inspection.
