The crew here worked with me to source the parts I needed at a price I could afford and stuck with the problems until they were resolved. Service like this does not come cheap however the value of getting it done right the first time with a shop that will back their work after you've paid for it makes it at least reasonable. These guys are direct and perhaps more unfiltered than you may find at other shops. They are also funny and passionate about getting your car back on the road working right. They laid out a few options for me with or without using my insurance, and since I had a low deductible we ran it through the insurance. They were great with communicating with my adjuster and even communicated ahead of time that my return date would be 2 days later than originally anticipated, which I really appreciated. I dealt with Arthur and Belinda and they were both fantastic. I even had them do an oil change while it was there and they washed and vacuumed it before returning it! The beginning of the process was pretty easy. The guy in the office was informational and seemed to know cars. Told me about a lot pricing and parts and the overhaul was pretty cheap because of the car I had. With it now being about a month after the replacement, I'd say they did pretty good. Definitely an upgrade from what it was before. Plus their inspection is pretty thorough so you can get an idea of how the rest of your car is doing. The only problem I had was the timing. I was told the job SHOULD be done in 7-10 business days. Now I know it's guess work to determine timing but the INSPECTION got finished on the 8th or 9th day. Then I unexpectedly had to wait another 2 weeks for the job to be done. I don't have a problem with waiting. It kind of a part of the business transaction but to underestimate the time that much was definitely impactful to me as a customer. I'm lucky to have my parents. Overall, after the finished job, I'd say this place is better than any big corporate office where you are greeted with a robot over the phone and then charge you the value of your car for an inspection.

Since my husband and I have trusted Eurasian Auto Repair in the past for repairs and maintenance on our used vehicles, we decided to take the car there for a second opinion. After performing a full diagnostic, Lane called to explain that the brakes I had just paid to have installed would need to be replaced and that there were several additional issues needing attention. We asked if we could come by to see everything ourselves, and when we arrived, Lane introduced us to the mechanic, Chris (forgive me if I have the name wrong). Chris took the time to physically show us what was happening with the car and walked us through each issue in a way that was clear and easy to understand. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us prioritize what repairs needed to happen first. "Your safety is my number one priority." - Pete The second time he gave it back to me the car had a used wheel bearing from another car in it that is covered in rust (verified this from an ASE master mechanic who took the wheel off and inspected it), my windshield was cracked, my car was out of alignment, brakes were very squishy, my E-brake did not work at all, and my wheel that had the work done on it is now making a very loud POP! every time I go over any type of bump on the road with it. I just figured it was beefier than other models. I noticed that the steering wheel seemed to have a lot of play in it and I wanted to make sure there were no issues. I took in the Jeep to another local automotive shop and they quoted me thousands to replace a steering damper, fix the alignment and undergo flushes and fluid changes and even a steering gear replacement. $800 later I get my vehicle back and the issue is still 100% the SAME. From there they quoted me on more fixes .. stating they go through a Chrysler recommended checklist. I felt ripped off and was not about to throw away more money going through some crumby checklist until we got it right ... I was already out of pocket and that's when I called Christian Brothers. I received excellent customer service... the shop had a lead mechanic who loved Jeeps which already put me at ease. They worked with my inspection costs knowing that I had already had a horrible experience elsewhere.. the mechanics gave a thorough inspection and outlined charts showing how my vehicle held up. It turns out she came back with absolutely nothing wrong .. it was just that a vehicle with a suspension and the size tires that I have .. will have more play in the steering. The shop gave me excellent recommendations and I plan on getting new tires and taking her into Christian Brothers to get realigned afterwards. Honesty is rare .. especially these days. And customer service is also a rarity. This shop has integrity, and I am grateful. I had already thrown money away to fix problems that didn't exist and I would have continued to do so if I stayed at the previous shop. We will be returning customers. Thank you Christian Brothers.
